Great customer service 👏 👌

The customer service was excellent the rep was very prompt and very knowledgeable in the product and services he was very thorough in explaining the instructions and information needed he made me feel very comfortable with his way of building rapport not everybody can do that but this gentleman at this AT&T Store in Donna Tx by the name of Joe he said he was the manager well let me tell you that he went above and beyond to do his job and did it very well KUDDOS to that young nan I was very satisfied with the service he provided and acknowledged other customers that were coming in and he was at the store by himself mind u and he handled everything in a very professional manner I was very impressed by all of that I would recommend anyone to go to that store in Donna Tx on D. Salinas Blvd ask for Joe the store manager 👍👍👍He was Excellent

I came to the AT&T store and Donna Texas I’ve spoken to the manager he is very very dedicated to his job he’s well mannered he’s very helpful most anxious to help people and treat people with dignity and respect very kind hearted man and I’m sure he’s going to go very far lucky to have him

Great staff, polite and helpful

Joseph and Dan were very helpful in ordering me the dual screen for the lg v60 phone. My children went to another At&t retail store and they didn’t want to help them. Now we know what store we will be going to.

Bad

Horrible, and I mean HORRIBLE service. The assignment manager poured in my phone number into the ATT SIM card even though my phone wasn’t unlocked. I then couldn’t use my phone and she said there was nothing she could do. I then spoke with the manager and he was very aggressive and hostile when I confronted him about the problem. He was even worst, he told me that they don’t unlock phones and that it wasn’t his problem. I could not count on them to get me out of the problem they put me in. Who hired these managers?

Guys were great here, fast and easy service. Was in and out in about 15 minutes compared to hours I’ve spent in other ATT’s store .. thanks too both Joes!
