The Donna Walmart is great. Store is roomy & no crowded aisles. Staff is friendly & helpful. Can find what I need most of the time. When I do not forget my list. Thank you. 😊

Its Walmart. Its clean. Its big. Lots of staff on the floor. Havent had an issue there yet. Their key copy machine sucks and has given me issues multiple times. But its not technically Walmarts fault so Ill give it a pass.

The best international super market, inclusive store, the workers are so professionals and all thinks are im the correct place and all is so clean

I live in Florida, just visiting... The Donna Supercenter is clean, employees are kind and helpful... I did not check the restroom this trip... Oh the only weird thing is the Pharmacy drive thru is on the right side of the building (facing from the front) but when you go inside the pharmacy is all the way on the left side near the front. So your scripts are transported how? Bank deposit vacuum tube?

Always love going to this neighborhood WalMart...its way smaller but less crowded, usually always stocked better than full store, isolated, usually never (too) crowded, ample aisles, has pretty much everything you need. Self checkout can be annoying for wait times on team members to approve certain sales or overwrite (markdown) items. Still a great (and better place) to shop compared to most

Love the low prices and the selection when I go there shopping.

Fast and friendly service. And always go in for a couple items and come out with a buggy full of stuff I didnt need. But thats why I love walmart.

This Walmart is so organized and well stocked. We always find what we need at this store. And there isnt a problem with check out slots.

Entering into store was greeted with a smile. Store was organized and clean. Had much better stocked selections in clothing and aisles were good to go.

I parked. I shopped. I left. Few registers were open and everyone was herded through the self-serve registers. Less human interaction. Sad. Efficient. But sad.

Walmart was clean and the employees were nice but I only give them 4 stars because the registers are all close and self checkout it’s always busy

The Donna Wal-Mart is my go to store. I like the variety of items that I find here. It is close to home so I like the convenience.

I gave this a three, it needs more motorized shopping carts for the elderly. Plus they always seem to be broken down.

Great food, you can order any item on the menu any time of day. Both American and Mexican food available and both are excellent along with fast friendly service.In short the place is wonderful.

I use the Walmart app, then choose pick-up and delivery. That way i get to compare products and because the app offers specifications and reviews from other shoppers. You also get a free trial to Walmart+ which offers free same day delivery to your door and $10 for expedited 2hr (most of the time they deliver within 45 mins). Last but not least Walmart Pay lets you scan products while shopping in-store, easy to use QR code scanner at checkout, and your done. No need to take your wallet or cash if you link your bank or debit card. Safe to use app with biometric 2 step verification. Only problem is it buffers from time to time other than that its the best app in the industry for groceries and online shopping.

Customer service needs immediate improvement! I bought an air filter, the casher scan the item and put it on the other side of the counter. He then handed me the receipt but not the item. I had to go around to get it and not one word from him. This was in automotive department.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE AUTO CARE CENTER! I went to ask for Freon & oil for my truck and the girl that was there had no clue what I was talking about! She was too busy on her phone that she didn’t acknowledge me whatsoever! She had no name tag for me to address her by, but all in all it was a terrible visit I had. Will NOT recommend nor will I ever go back.

It was convenient to send money, in-out to the money center.

I went for an oil change 4-24-21 7:30am and got bad service by the guy in auto care that checks in the cars, he didnt want to help me out kept checking in other cars but mine, told him I was handicap I couldnt be waiting anymore and he just said ohh and smirked he needs to get trained better by management cuz he really lacks common sense and customer service skills.

I like this Walmart SuoerCenter. Its alot cleaner and more organized than the Weslaco location. Its also not as crowded, which is always a plus.

The Walmart on 1200 Jackson st. In McAllen was Terrible. Only had SELF CHECKOUT. I LEFT MY BASKET OF GROCERIES AND WENT TO SALINAS WALMART WHERE I WAS EAGERLY GREETED BY A HUMAN CASHIER AFTER WAITING PATIENTLY TO DO SO.

The person at the gas pump didnt let me load because I was driving in reverse to te pump. He was rude to me in front of my wife.

Waiter was great and tea was pretty good! Salmon is very rear ingredient in sushi over there or it is combined with cheaper fish. Sheff got mad at the waiter because he let people 20 min before the place was going to close. I expected more
