I scheduled an appointment at 10:30. I show up exactly at 10:30 to see the doors locked. I called to see where the doctor was and they told me they had already left because they “did not think i was going to show up”. I drove over here for nothing, and they left before the appointment time. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
