I can’t say enough about this place. I thought all was over when Mavis took over the tire world. But hear ye hear ye Goodyear Tilly Mill saves the world! This place is so professional with the nicest staff. They have the sweetest people that work the front office. It’s really unbelievable. The shop is centrally located, just off 285 and Peachtree Ind. I’m so happy to have found this place. In times of stress, I actually look forward to seeing these people..

The customer service in this place was refreshing and amazing. From my first meet with the Gorgeous Young Sista at the front desk to Mr David who worked on my car....Everyone was so friendly and what I thought would be $300 ended up being only $65...something that was minor that Mr David fixed for free...I dont write reviews based on how inexpensive a service was but how I felt when I leave....I felt like I could trust them and it was my first time visiting this place...Great experience - Thank you

My continental run flats for my Mercedes are never in stock anywhere (typically take minimum 3 days to order) and Rita got them for me ahead of a weekend trip I desperately needed my car for.She has the sweetest disposition and was so kind and professional. If I could give this place more stars, I would. Today I ran across something very rare now-a- days, an establishment that will go out of their way to make you feel at home. Yesterday it was pouring down raining and I was in the doraville area I needed 2 tires for my company truck,so I called 2 places before calling this Goodyear.I was greeted with the nicest voice.she told me to just Come on and just ask for Ms.Rita She also ask me if I had my morning coffee yet. I told her no maam, not yet. she said Lets have one together. I knew then this was where I wanted to take my business. When I got there, I knew it was her, she greeted me with the biggest smile. She took my info and said Welcome to the Family The service was impeccable. I will definitely go back . Certainly was rare to receive such Great Customer Service from the woman at the front desk, whos name I cant recall. (Regina, Renita) she knowledged me upon entering the building and the staff pulled my vehicle in and finished the tire repair before I could even fall asleep. I live near the airport but would rather drive there for customer service like this! The facility was clean and provided work stations for customers and even comfortable seating.

Had the front brakes/rotars, rear brakes only done on my car yesterday. Not a bad price. The service was great, and the staff was highly knowledgeable and courteous.... Highly reccommend..👍

I took my 2012 Hyundai Sonata in this morning(7/2/2021) for an A/C diagnostic test. After the diagnostic test was done I was told that my fan needed to be replaced, my a/c compressor needed to be replaced and also an a/c pressure switch. The quote was somewhere over $1000 for parts and labor. I denied the service due to having some mechanic experience myself and I knew that my fan was working fine on my car because it’s relatively NEW. But also after leaving the shop and checking under the hood I realized they left my air duct hose off the car, which I returned and they put back on for me. I understand mistakes happen, but then I went to take my car to another shop that’s a bit farther from my house than I wanted to go, but since I know the mechanic better I just went for a second opinion. He instantly saw that there was no Freon in the car which means it prolly wasn’t even tested and that all I needed was a recharge. This left me upset with the service I received from whoever claimed to do the diagnostic had not done their job properly. I was hoping to get a refund for my $65 spent on the diagnostic fee and I also feel like they were really trying to take advantage of me thinking I was young and assumed I didn’t know any better. This was absolutely disturbing and unfair treatment.

If anyone needs to run a business with superb customer service, they need to go and learn from these guys. I don’t live in the area but I was on 285 when the plastic peace under the engine falls halfway. I had to pull to the nearest exit and they were the very first store. They took care of my car immediately. Very professional, clean waiting area and nice fish tank as well 😉. Thanks you guys for being there for your community.

Bought Kumo tires from this store maybe six months ago — had big bubble pop out on side of tire. Brought in to find out what options since tire still almost new. Owner rudely told me I hit a curb and tire now needed to be replaced. I said I didn’t remember hitting curb but ok, I have been driving 50 years and never had this happen. He got very angry and said it was all my fault and don’t blame him for my mistakes. I said could they do anything on a replacement since it was still almost new — he said they weren’t in the business of giving free tires for customer’s mistakes. Then he got very angry that I would ask for any discount and became insulting and extremely rude.Never had a problem with any tire store after buying many, many tires. This owner a really nasty human being.

On Monday I took my Father there to get an oil change. when we walked in the door, the lady with the braids greeted us with the biggest smile. You see our Mother had past 2 days prior and we both knew that we needed to take a long trip in a few days. .She offered coffee and pastries .She was very friendly and helpfully.She made us feel like we were in her Home. The service was fast. The establishment was Super clean. When we came back to pick up the car, She called us by name and only talk to us for a few minutes. My father has been coming there for years and we have Never been treated so Nicely.Thank You Ms. Rita you have a spirit of an Angel. RITA, WE PROMISE TO RETURN TO HAVE A CUP OF COFFEE WITH YOU.

When work relocated me from Iowa to Atlanta, I knew many services would be challenging to replace. One of those challenging services is automotive repair. We typically drive our automobiles around 300,000 miles before we replace them. I was looking for a repair shop (not a dealer) to service my car with BG products and help with my maintenance plan. My internet search turned up Tilly Mill Goodyear. I have been a customer for almost 2 years, and every detail has been up to my expectations. I am a picky individual when it comes to paying for automotive repairs. I believe in paying top dollar for quality and value. What the staff at Tilly Mill does meets that expectation. From little things like putting the oil change reminder on the windshield and ensuring the onboard maintenance reminders are reset to ensure the light bulbs are illuminated. They also handle the big things, such as the preventative water pump and timing belt replacement for the 100,000-mile service on our Honda Odyssey. The value I get from Tilly Mill Goodyear for automotive maintenance is superb.

I have found my auto service shop. Honest people with integrity. I have used their services 3 times now. Each time they prove themselves to be good humans treating others as they would want to be treated.

We had a very bad experience. The girl who attended us at the reception was very friendly, but the Latino who was going to repair our tire, gave us a bad service, very rude, and with an attitude of 0 willing to help, very bad attitude on his part, we will not return there

The owner, John, and the service manager, David, always explain the problem and their recommendation and options for service very clearly and understandably. The staff is sincerely concerned about getting our cars fixed. Easy to get an appointment. If you have to wait on the repair, their estimate of when it will be ready has always been exact within just a few minutes. Very comfortable waiting area. I highly recommend them.

Im new to the Peachtree Corners area. Moved from VA about a year ago. I had tires put on my car at another garage not long after I got here and it was one of the worst automotive experiences ever. My wifes Enclave needed tires so started doing a little research. TILLY reviews were great... They were spot on. Dropped the car off, greeted by David and two smiling ladies at the counter. I had 4 tires installed an alignment and was told it would be ready in two hours. It was done as promised and a couple leaky TPMS valve stems repaired with no extra charge. As long as Im in this area I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. Hard to to find a good garage and even harder to find an honest one. This is the place to go. Thank you so much.. will be back for all my automotive repair needs...

I normally have great service at Tilly Mill, however, I did not have a good experience on my visit this past Fri 8/14/20. I have been coming to this location for years, however, after my experience last week, I will not be returning. While David was very nice and exemplified good customer service as he always does, Jocelyn and the other woman that works there, I am uncertain of her name, shes the woman with the short dark hair who may be an owner or operator, they both were very rude, unfriendly and did NOT give good customer service.I came in for a simple oil change as I do often and tried to use the online coupon, however, was prohibited from doing so by Jocelyn who stated I had to say upfront that I wanted to use the coupon. This was something I never had to do beforehand as the online coupon was always applied for a simple oil change. When Chris was there, I never had an issue until Friday. If it is the store policy that online coupon usage needs be stated upfront, then that should be posted at the register or mentioned online so customers will know that BEFORE coming to the store. Otherwise, it just looks like a false bait and switch advertisement.However, the use of the coupon was not a big issue. After paying for my service, I came back into the store to speak with David about it and another issue that was stated to me about my vehicle and as I entered the store, Jocelyn sat at her computer and ignored the fact that I was even standing at the register. It was as if I, the customer was completely invisible and not worthy of customer service AFTER paying for the oil change. The other woman with the short dark hair was also behind the counter and ignored me standing there as well. I also overheard her whisper to Jocelyn, What does she want? as if she could not be heard.I find that to be deplorable, unprofessional, and very rude and disrespectful to paying, loyal customers that have spent money with this business for years. Perhaps it was because I had questions about the use of the coupon, or maybe because I wanted to speak with David about it AND another issue concerning my vehicle, or perhaps it was because I was a person of color, nevertheless, as a customer, I should not have been ignored standing at the register as if I was not there. A simple acknowledgment and question would have sufficed. I dont have to spend my hard-earned money with a business that treats customers that way.For this reason, I will not be back to Goodyear Tilly Mill. There are other locations and businesses that will be glad to service my vehicle and treat me like a valued customer in the process.**UPDATE: To all who are thinking about patronizing this business, the business owners response below to this comment further proves my point as to why I WILL NOT BE RETURNING and why others, especially PEOPLE OF COLOR should NOT do the same. The owner is a complete LIAR because HE was NOT there the day of this incident! The only 2 individuals that were in the store as he confirmed, were his wife and Jocelyn. I never spoke to nor asked the owners wife a single question (LIE #1). Further, I was NEVER ON MY PHONE when speaking to Jocelyn nor to David therefore, (LIE #2). David, the store manager and I spoke for all of 2 minutes, not 15 (LIE #3). The issue they CLAIMED was wrong with my car was NOT a lack of preventative maintenance (LIE #4) as I visited the shop where I had the maintenance performed LESS than 1 year ago to confirm, and that shop stated my brakes were FINE! Complete load of bull crap from this LYING, unprofessional business owner. The fact that the owner would respond with such a nasty, disrespectful tone to a customer or should I say EX-customer just proves why they are so unprofessional there. It stems from the top down! Perhaps the owner doesnt have a problem with people of color, but maybe his wife does as shes ALWAYS very unfriendly giving nasty looks whenever I visited this store. Went for emissions test 4 months ago we were in and out in a half hour at the most. Nice clean lobby with drinks and fresh pastries. I took our van back in this afternoon to get the oil changed I checked in and sat down at 3:15. They serviced the van and I was pulling out of the parking lot at 4. Once again I got great service and Dave the guy that checked me in was very polite and answered any questions I had. This is definitely my go to place from now on!

I have been to this location NUMEROUS times and every single time they continue to display a rarity that you would find in a tire/repair shop... HONESTY. Other shops try and try to find something wrong with your car even if you come in for an oil change but I feel like at this shop, their mentally is “if it’s not broken then don’t fix it”! Chris is the manager up front and runs a superb exemplication of great customer service. You can definitely trust these guys!

This is such a wonderful auto repair center! It is impeccably clean, and the owners and staff take such care to advise you on the care of your vehicle in addition to just performing service. I love coming here especially because there are always fresh Greek pastries! Ive been to this establishment multiple times in the last year after recently moving here to get breaks done on my vehicle and oil changes. They have done a great job every time, customer service is great as well. I would highly recommend this location.

1st time changing my oil here since they had a good offer and is right by my neighborhood (I usually go to the big dealership) But probably not coming back. When I first came in, Manager was very rude telling me he was 3 hours behind and blah blah blah. Then when I picked up my vehicle, he was very mad and stressed out. Didnt even say hi or good afternoon. I am sorry but this is a business, cant be acting like that with customers. Besides that, the mechanic was way more helpful and super nice, he answered all of my questions.

Wonderful southern hospitality in a beautiful facility. Enjoyed the Ribbon Cutting event with Mayor Pittman of Doraville, GA today and got an oil change at the same time. Even with all the event distraction, the Tilly Mill Goodyear Auto staff took time to conduct a courtesy check on my tire pressure and add more air to the right front so that I enjoy the best gas mileage possible.

This is the worst place I have been to get my car serviced. I went in for a simple oil change and left with a lot more problems. The car had no red lights on. On the dash board now I have two and they don’t know why or how it happened. They are not trying to fix or help with the problem. Will never go back or suggest someone to go back.

I went in to have a rattling sound looked into, an oil change, and my headlight fixed. The rattling sound ended up being my water pump, which is a pretty big deal.The staff were all very friendly - and FAST! They offered me a loaner car, even though I didnt need it.When I picked up my car, I realized both my headlights were out and had to go back - normally Id be upset about something like this, but they fixed it immediately and didnt even charge me for both lights, even though only one was out originally.I will be taking my car to them from now on whenever I need something done

I usually hate getting my car fixed, but the service & professionalism at this new Goodyear location made it a pleasant experience. They offered help & advice in an honest way and didnt try to sell me. The waiting room was clean with free Wifi and refreshments. They will definitely get my business again in the future.

Went in because my tire pressure sensor was telling me air was low in one of my tires. I kept putting air in the tire but nothing changed. The guys there took a moment out of their day to put air in my tire and found out that my sensor reading was off. Dude reset the sensor, checked all the tires, and sent me on my way. I didnt pay a dime, and got friendly and knowledgeable service. Will definitely be back!

Today, I went to change the oil in my car and was advised that I had zero cooling in my radiator. Then I was told that the radiator is leaking and that the replacement will cost $500.00. It sounded very starnge since my car did not heat up and I saw no leaks in my driveway. Before coming to that shop, neither my radiator leaked, nor did my car heat up. I called my son who also became suspecious and immidiately drove to theat location. While questioning the owner, he became very irritated and said that we accuse him of breaking the radiator. I told my son that I have already called my mechanic and that we should leave that shop. We drove to my mechanic who put the car on the lift only to realize that there radiator was not leaking at all. As far as I am concerned this insitution is not honest and cheats people. The last resort for me is to send a letter of complaint to the BBB.

They clearly have thought a lot about the quality of their waiting area and the guest experience.Little, but nice features like refreshments, a child play area and a desk in addition to the regular chairs-by - a-tv arrangement of other shops.

I went in for the Semi Synthetic Oil Change with tire rotation. When I received my car back, it smellled of cigerette odor. The tire rotation was not properly done as my steering wheel shakes. My car also sounds rougher than usual and not as smooth as before. Upon checking my oil, I noticed the level was low. I will now have to go get another oil change after only two weeks of already getting one done.

I love this place. The people are pleasant; the lobby is clean, the restroom is clean; the waiting area is nice--complete with a desk for the customer to use; and there are complimentary Greek pastries, coffee, water, etc.; this place even smells nice.

Love this place and have recommended it to many friends and family members. In fact, in one month I took my car, my husbands car, and my sons two cars there for maintenance. Couldnt be better as far as I am concerned. Have been going there since right after it opened so it has been awhile now and have not had one single problem. They will drive you to work or home if you cant wait while the work is being done, and will also come and pick you up if necessary. I stopped taking my cars to dealerships years ago because of the subpar work and being treated like a number. This place is the exact opposite. I like going to tire places like Goodyear for mechanical work as they look at all aspects of the car AND the tires, alignment and shocks. Other places ignore one or the other, but if you have a tire failure you are just as stuck on the side of the road as a mechanical failure. Thats why I like the comprehensive treatment I am given at Tilly Mill Goodyear.

This place is so excellent. I recently moved to Chamblee and came to this place based on reviews. Their prices are very affordable, the service is great, and the mechanics are very helpful. I have finally found the perfect place for my cars maintanance.

This family-owned business really does a great job at caring about the customer (me). Pleasant attitude from the service staff and on the telephone with me. Gave me a ride to/from for a repair when they needed to keep my vehicle for awhile (no charge). Not only is the lobby and waiting area clean, but when I was taken back to the garage area to talk with them about my repair, I noticed the spotlessly clean bay area. They even have a desk for customers to work at, Wi-Fi, and a Keurig for free fresh coffee. And the bathroom was spotless, too.

Chris is always great. Oil change was fast and I was putt okc there in n no time.

Got a brand new set of tires on 6/20. Hydroplaned and got in a car wreck with my 3 kids in the car 2 days later on 6/22 driving on a local road at 30 mph. No puddles, road was just wet from rain the night before.Called Customer Service, zero sympathy and offered to do nothing about it.Update: called Goodyear corporate who referred me to a different Goodyear dealer. They looked at the car and said the wrong sized tires were put on the car.Called Tilly mill auto back with this information and were not willing to help or do anything at all as it was the same size tires that were previously on there past 5 years with no incidents. Zero empathy for the fact 3 kids were in my car as I drove into someone head on with wrong sized tires on the vehicle. No offer to replace with correct tires or anything at all.

I went there for installation help for my new set of tires, purchased from Tire Rack. Thr job was only half done, as after installation, I found that the TPMS on the tires was non responsive. Chris, who sits at the front desk is a great service rep and he ensured me if the TPMS doesnt fire back up after few mintues, I can come back and get it checked. So 3 stars for now. Apart from this, they have a good facility with coffee, work space, small play area and free wifi.I plan to go back there for them to check my TPMS and if the job is done right, then I would give them another review.

My key fob was damaged by them when i took my car for a rotation/balance. Of course, they denied it. I had to pay about $200 to replace it. Beware.

These guys are absolute crooks. Old lady, two old men that inflate their price of repairs almost double, what the dealership charges.They’re from NewYork, where price gouging is accepted. Nice People, but they lie about your car needing parts and claim your car parts are about to fail you and that Your life’s at risk. Anything to get you to pay they’re inflated rates. My MERCEDES brake job all four / front and back at RBM MERCEDES $869.80 Thiese guys estimated $1236.57. How in. The hell can you be twice the cost of the dealership. BEWARE !
