*UPDATE 12-23-15 we decided to give this location another try, and it proved to be worse than the last time. This time there was an extremely rude girl behind the counter, who seemed to be mad at life and everything around her. She was very arrogant the entire time we were there, and had no idea of which donuts they had to select from. After having her walk off away from us WHILE ATTENDING THE COUNTER, the manager came over and apologized for the rude urban youths behavior. He coaxed the rude teen back to the front, in which she checked us out without saying a word, let our receipt print out, and once again WALKED OFF WITHOUT EVEN TEARING THE RECEIPT OFF AND HANDING IT TO US.... We had to reach over the counter, retrieve the donuts we had paid for, and take our own receipt... No thank you or anything. Just beligerant rude behavior. To make this visit even worse, as we walked out of the store, the foul girl was cursing at us while she stood beside an employee who closely resembled Lil Jon. As we walked past the large glass window that allows view to the back, she was staring directly at us cursing, and could easily hear her call my wife and I, f**king crackers!!! It is obvious this location has started to strictly hire only racist urban youths, and thugs with gold teeth, and the product and customer service reflects the abilities of these sub par employees .. We will not be going backOriginal review 12-5-15This location started out well and weve visited this store often, but a year and some change after opening, they have gone downhill, and have began to under fill creams inside various donuts, as well as minimal toppings. I got an assorted dozen, containing several cream filled donuts, and all but one were filled minimally. The dark chocolate cream filled, had absolutely no cream inside whatsoever. Watching the employees come and go over the past several months it is apparent that this store is now only hiring high school drop outs.

Drove up here at 10pm. They were closed. No one was there. Hours say 11pm close time. Where are they? No where. Store is dark. Close at the stated time, please. Thanks.

My son and I have never had hot donuts so we went inside to experience this milestone together as we were pleasantly surprised by the freshest hot donuts and the friendliest staff. We stopped at the window (where the donuts are being molded and goes through proofing, then into the grease) to watch the donuts being made and an employee walked by and I asked him (AJ) a question as he answered with enthusiasm. I mentioned to him it is going to be mine and my sons first time having hot donuts. He was very attentive and asked if we had any questions about how all the equipment worked and how the donuts were made. He was more than happy to answer any and all questions we had for him. AJ is very, VERY professional and personable.As we were waiting for the hot donuts to finish we went to order our drinks and was helped by Crystal and she was also very professional and helpful and helped us with a smile on her face. She was working very hard and asked us to have a seat and she would bring the drinks out to us. So we sat for a very short time Crystal brought out drinks right over. She was very nice and made us feel welcome as did AJ.After getting our drinks and hot donuts AJ and Crystal both made sure our experience was good and AJ even talked us for awhile while making us feel very welcome and was happy to have us in his establishment.I later found out AJ was the manager or general manager. AJ and Crystal went above and beyond to make sure out experience was great. We WILL be back!!!The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean also.

I drive from Chamblee just to eat at Doraville Restaurants. Great stuff!!! Keep it up Doraville!!! Yall rock!!!!
