Definitely the worst place to deal with all your appliance needs

Needed a thermal fuse for my Kenmore dryer and didnt want to wait a week for Amazon to deliver one, placed a phone order during the COVID-19 emergency and picked it up 7 minutes later from the warehouse. Great customer service. Didnt mind paying quite a bit more for the convenience and great local customer service. Thank you LARRY!

They typically have a lot of parts in stock and dont take very long to locate them for you. I recommend calling ahead to make sure they have what youre looking for, this isnt the kind of place you can really go browse around as its more of a warehouse feel with a giant help desk. You can look around, its just a somewhat limited store front compared to all the things they keep in the back section. The service is good though, very quick, efficient, and accurate.

Walked in, gave the gentleman the part number i needed. He already knew what it was without looking it up. I was in and out in 2 minutes flat. I highly recommend going here for appliances parts.

The time I went in to buy a part was probably during their busy time frame and it was also just days before Christmas, this is a great place to get hard to find parts for just about any home appliance you may have. My suggestion: call with the model number of the part(s) you need so they can order it for you if they do not have it in stock.

So... last night my refrigerator showed an error code and stopped working. I think the problem was due to a temperature sensor falling off the bottom of the ice tray and getting stripped by the auger that crushes and moves the ice out the chute. Researching the code showed I would need a new control board and of course ice maker. I found the parts on Amazon and a few other places but the soonest I could get them was two to three days. That would result in a lot of thawed and spoiled food. I called some local places and sheesh the price gouging is real. I perservered and called Fox. Their prices were in line with what I saw on Amazon. The ice maker was only a couple dollars more and the control board was at the regular price listed on Amazon (which was discounted by $30 on Amazon but I can live with paying $30 extra.) A couple of YouTube videos later and my fridge was back online. Only some minor issues which Im going to research on how to fix. Overall Fox was pretty clutch. As long as their prices are fair Ill be back. Oh yeah the guy that got me the parts was nice and funny. I hope you have my same luck because the Yelp reviews were not good...Update: Turns out the inverter board and condenser fan went bad shortly afterwards. Fox had the parts and their prices were competitive with the online prices I found and they had what I needed in stock. If you need parts right away you can count on Fox.

Good customer friendly staff with a great inventory

3.30.2019 My dryer stopped heating...the only option I thought I had was to purchase a new one. Well...nope not the case! Someone at Home Depot gave us great advice. We did several checks and utubed it and voila...the problem was a sensor. FOX had it in stock! Thank you for such great service and saving me $500.00

As far as parts---theyre great. As far as service--well----depends on who you get. If you want NICE, RESPECTFUL treatment---try to get Teresa (who is GREAT) or the older gentleman (Larry?) who has 30-plus years experience with Whirlpool--theyre both knowledgeable and professional as well as kind and respectful. BUT---They have one guy (sorry but I didnt get his name--but he--and THEY--surely know who he is--ETA--Ive been told his name is Rich) that is INCREDIBLY rude and arrogant---talks down to customers (especially women), treats you as if youre too stupid to know what your own appliance is, and has the audacity to sit there and ARGUE with you, when you tell him on the phone what a part looks like (he disputes, saying it cant possibly be as Im describing, and I had to actually bring it IN to the store to show him). Argued with me even about the model #---which I was READING OFF THE PLATE TO HIM on the phone. I finally said, Shall I take a PICTURE of it, to send to you? I should NOT have to put up with being treated like a liar or a fool every time I call this place just to ask about a part. My husband experienced similar treatment when the part (which we were assured was the right one--but when it arrived did not fit) had to be returned. This particular guy (who usually works front counter) argued with my HUSBAND about the part, and talked down to him, as if my husband was some ignorant child. My husband is in engineering, with special training in plastics tolerancing, as a Designer--and he brought both our original part and the ordered part back to them to compare, so they could see the differences--and even with THAT the guy stood there and refused to believe him when he told him the part would not fit our washer-- argued and insulted him. The man finally told my husband, Well, you will just have to BRING THE WHOLE WASHER IN AND LET ME SEE IT--!!---because he would not believe mine and my husbands word that this part WOULD NOT FIT! I finally just called our repairman, so HE could act as go-between and deal with them (though I should not have to do this, for a part we could order and replace ourselves)--and even HE knew of this guy, and said he is hard to deal with. I dont know why Fox cant get rid of this horrible person--maybe hes a manager (God forbid his being the OWNER---Ive noticed in other reviews the owner responds ONLY to the GOOD reviews--and IGNORES the bad ones, where often people are complaining about the same thing as I am--the utter RUDENESS encountered at this store)--but you can expect VERY disrespectful and abusive treatment if HE answers your phone call or happens to be behind the counter. Its upsetting enough that I will not be dealing with them again--only through my appliance repairman so HE can deal with the grief and aggravation of this particular person. I wonder how many OTHER customers this guy has driven away from Fox?

Walked in with my part, but since I didnt have the model number of my dishwasher, Bob was kind enough to say, well I cant really do anything for you. Refused to try and look anything up. Took about 45 seconds to find it on my phone and do his job for him. With such poor service I am surprised they employ so many people. Save yourself some money, pay people to do a service

Great telephone support - they can check stock and quantity for any location. They helped me identify an equivalent part that was an hour closer to home. Counter service was prompt and courteous.

I worked with Bob on an oven element that he found without the model number of the product based on the piece I brought in to him. He had it shipped from Gainesville location to Doraville in two days without a shipping charge. It worked out PERFECT! This is a great company, I would highly recommend them to ALL! I went to the location but was only accepting pickup orders they gave me a card to call to place a order so I called the guy who answered was really rude had an attitude so I just decided to end the call no reason to be rude!

I went to Fox in hopes of saving myself some money by purchasing a couple simple parts. I actually received way more than anticipated in terms of service. Tony was just superb with his knowledge of my situation, and very patient in helping me decide what direction to go. I purchased the cheaper route in hopes it would solve my problem it didnt. The issue ended up being what Tony had suggested a control board, I installed the board myself and hooray I have heat again. I would recommend Fox to anyone looking to save themselves some money. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Im kinda intimidated at hardware stores but here they are quick and take the time to explain things to you. I wish all stores were like this, you just explain what you need and they go find the stuff in the back for you instead of wandering around overwhelmed and confused.

My Dad worked for Fox for 30 yrs, then went on to other ventures. Most of these ppl Ive known since I was born, and now that Im in service work they are still as kind and knowledgeable as the best of them. Although since Mr. Fox passed away things have became more business and kinda lost its family feel, they are still the #1 place hands down for HVAC and appliance parts.

They have parts for many different brands of appliances. They can order from manufacturers for you. Staff are very knowledgeable. But prices are higher than the internet suppliers.

They are great vendors. I run an appliance company and everytime I call they are so helpful and funny. We need to laugh some in this stressful world.They always treat my techs with respect and help them to figure out what parts they need if techs run into an issue with parts look up.

The only place I know that will sell parts to the public. The people are friendly and helpful. Costs a little more than online, but having a local store is vital for me.

Very helpful and knowledgeable... Recommended I replace the thermal cutoff and the fuse since it comes as a kit and the cutoff may be causing the fuse to blow if its not cutting off at high temperatures.

Plopped a motor on the desk, brought me a replacement that was cheaper than I could find online. Replacment was a tad different form, but works just fine with the provided mount.

THANK YOU!! My A/C went out and the service company said that they would not be able to come out for four days... This is Atlanta or HOTlanta, and I just couldnt wait. I did a little research (Youtube) and the problem appeared to be the capacitor. I called up FOX Appliance Parts, gave them the model number of the unit, the gentleman gave me a part number and confirmed that they had it in stock. I dashed down to their office, picked up the part and my A/C unit is back online. FOX Appliance Parts is the best! I highly recommend them.
