My husband owns a 2017 50th anniversary Camaro which he bought brand new. Within the first year it begin having a “parasitic battery drain” and this year is on its third battery.Upon taking it to our original dealership, multiple times over the past three years…you know.. cuz you trust them… it was always blown off as a “bad battery” or “not driving it enough” or possibly the alternator. Their solution was to tender it every night, (plug it in and charge it) which is not a viable solution, especially on trips.We took the car (on someone’s suggestion) to Borderland.Within two days they had a “good idea” of what was causing the drain and by the time we got it back, it’s now running perfectly!Before it would hold a charge for maybe 3-5 days. We’ve had it home a week now with no problems. Turned out to mostly be an issue in the wiring harness, and an adjustment to the computer, not bad batteries or lack of driving, or an alternator.Fabio and Neo know what they are doing and they care about the customer!! They kept in touch with us the entire time and let us know what they were finding! I cannot express our gratitude enough to this team!!There are not enough stars on here to rate them as highly as we think of them! They deserve 20 stars at least!!It’s totally worth the 50 miles each way for us to go see them for our maintenance needs!!And now we’re canceling the rental car and taking the Camaro to Disneyland to celebrate our birthdays… without the tender!!! LolThank you so much Borderland you have a customer for life!!

Most awful service. We purchased a brand new vehicle in Douglas, because we wanted to help in a way to boost the economy. We could have easily bought a car in Phoenix. After months of getting it built, we got it delivered. One of my first trips to Payson, Az while driving, one or the flaps came undone and caused a lot of damage to my car. Thankfully no one was hurt. I called the dealership, since it’s only been a couple of months and they told me that I should send pictures. Once that was done I got a call back with an excuse that they believe someone hit my car, causing the flap to loosen and that they would not cover the damage. I am very careful when it comes to my car, and I hardly ever use it since it’s more for traveling. I am putting this out there for those people who have the same idea as I did, so that they don’t. I have learned my lesson.

I want to relay my recent experience with our local dealership because it was so horrific that I was compelled to share my story with others, so that others would not experience the same!I was going to initially write this long, step by step, conversation by conversation, he said she said story on this bad experience that I had with our local dealership, but I decided not to. Instead I’m going to get straight to the facts.The facts are:I tried buying a car “local, to keep my sales tax local” and didn’t end up doing that because I saved over $5,000 by not shopping local.I tried again to give business to our local dealership by having my vehicle serviced there and they treated me like if I was the scum of the earth. I cannot even begin to express how poorly I was treated, it’s just unbelievable!The concerns that I expressed to the dealership that I had with my vehicle where completely blown off and/or “were not covered under my warranty.”I escalated my concerns to management and after not returning the call I was promised, I called in to be told that there was nothing they could do for me!One of the issues I fixed myself, being that I have absolutely no understanding of fixing vehicles.I ended up taking my vehicle to another dealership (not the one I bought it from because they are four hours away) and my concerns were not only addressed but covered under my warranty! One of the issues being a socket wrench that had been left under my hood causing a rattling noise that the local dealership did not even see or even possibly left there! The others were simple fixes too!In the end, yes it is an inconvenience to drive to Sierra Vista or where ever it is you are going to get quality service but I would rather do that then get the treatment and service I got by trying to “shop or do business local.”

BY FAR WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE AT A DEALERSHIP! I wouldnt recommend anyone taking there vehicles to this dealership. You are better off driving to Sierra Vista and going to Lawleys. First the service man I spoke to by the name of Favio told me it would only take 2 hours to fix my front right head light, so I would be looking at a total price of $195 which is still pricey thats just my personal opinion. Come to find out my car was there for 6 hours and they charged me $300 mostly in labor. How ridiculous is that? It isnt my fault the company and there employees dont know how to work in a timely manner. The actual cost for the replacement for the headlight was only $56. Then again what do you expect its Douglas.

Just bought a truck and customer service was great I loved it but the only thing I really dislike was a employee there he clams his the manager witch I know his not he gives us a really hard time when we take our cars to get fix or for whatever reason.

I was told by Jose we could deal on trading my 2013 Ford F 150 in on a new 2016 Chevrolet I asked if it was guaranteed he said yes I told Jose I did not want to drive the distance and be told no deal could be made and I had no money to put with the trade and I told him how much I owed on my truck he said no problem there was a couple of trucks with high rebates that would work i drove 75 just to be told there could be no deal this is twice this has happened
