I had to purchase some t shirts and was looking for an XL shirt. Tabitha took the time help locate the shirts for me. The cashier was also helpful as he directed me to Michael’s website to get a coupon. He helped me save a lot of money! You guys are AWESOME!

Had picture framed. Jenny worked with me to choose colors that would compliment the picture. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was extremely pleased with finished product.

Ran in to make a quick purchase - I was in need of a cake carrier for a cake I was making for my little brother. The woman who helped me was extremely nice in trying to help me figure out the dimensions since they were not listed on the packaging. After choosing the right carrier I went up to the register to check out and all of the young girls working there seemed very friendly and showed professionalism with their customers - making sure we all found what we needed and asking if we had the app.The 4/5 rating is because I have been here before and the staff at the time was nowhere to be seen on the floor and only 2 people at registers. Could just be due to staffing issues though.

Loved this place! They have a whole section for painters, even things you can use to decorate your home. Tons of picture frames and I went for photo albums and they have a huge selection! They even have price check areas that are easy to use.

I love Michaels, but this store was my best experience ever. I say that as a multi- state Michaels shopper (CA, MI, TX, and GA)Not only was I able to quickly find the exact frames that I envisioned, but I caught a famous sale day. Then I managed to leave behind the items that I was framing. The staff found and secured them for me and was just as excited as I was that they had found them. You cant complain about the selection, people. You knew damn well what you were getting into when you chose to walk in. Having said that, a lot of stuff i need does not live here. They had NO ammo. NO parts. NO gear. Pfffffff.

Storage nice and clean organized customer service is excellent

I went to get two masks framed, and I was helped by the most knowledgeable staff member. She gave me so much help choosing the right frames, matting and the price was very reasonable. I also got threephotographs made on glass at a lower price than Fracture.

Clean and organized store. They had exactly what I was looking for. But about 1/3 of the shelves were empty.

This store is amazing

Greeter at the door wasnt wearing his mask properly. One cashier WASNT wearing her mask at all!?! When I asked about their mask policy, another cashier said, Masks arent required, but suggested.Ill take my money to Hobby Lobby til this pandemic is over! Michaels may not care about fighting this pandemic properly, but my health is too important to me!

One of my go-to craft stores. But lately they seem to be out of things I go there for. Always clean with friendly staff.

I am really disappointed in all if the retail stores located in Douglasville. There is literally nothing on the shelves. Also, its as if we get the bottom of the barrel of leftover things that no one wants. I can literally go to Hiram and not only find that their stores are fully stocked, but have way better products. Douglasville, we can do better.

Very helpfully staffed at the framing!

Poor cashier! Only one employee to assist a line of at least 15 customers. Went in around noon for a quick couple items and after at least 20 mins in line and it had barely moved I couldnt wait any longer, so I abandoned my cart. Later that day I went to Hobby Lobby.

Great arts and crafts store. A bit pricey but frequent sales and loyalty rewards keep my rating at 5 stars.

I suggest their be a note when doing a curbside pick up at this location you inform people to park near the door. I was park in the first parking space in front of the store and saw the clerk come out and turned back around after waiting 15 minutes. I walk in to get my items and the clerk said she cant leave passed the fire lane.

I went to this store to pick up at the curb. Its 630pm so I completely get that they are fixing to close. The lady that finally answered the phone said that she would do it this once but it generally stops at 630. I look at my clock that says 634. So I said I was sorry and I didnt that. She rudely says yep its there on the website. I just laughed. She said it would take a few minutes to get together and someone would bring it out. This led me to believe that my order wasnt even ready anyway. The girl that brought my things out was polite but didnt thank me. I will NOT be returning to this store. The associates never seem happy to work there or happy that they have a job at all.

We frequent this store. Shaunacey who works in the framing Dept is AMAZING! Shes extremely knowledgeable adout matt and frame selections. Shes fast, friendly,and patient. We love to see her when were there. I would suggest asking for her when you need framing. You can call in to see when shes working.Were at this location a lot having our art framed. Weve gotten framing in Buckhead and Tucker, and out near Stone Mountain. We love coming to this location the most.Weve been helped by Seth, a younger male rep, and four other ladies in framing, Shauncee is the best. I make it my business to tell her my experience with the others when shes not there. She makes our experience easy and it never takes a long time.Measuring the drawing, choosing colored mattes that coordinate, frames, and sizing the mattes to match our clients needs are all very important factors in getting art work framed. Shauncee is the best to do it!!!! Well worth having your framing done at this location.The store is clean and organized. Most of the staff weve met are friendly and helpful. Helpful staff, holiday decor deals, and they offer curbside service...

I love walking around in here, even if I need to find specific craft materials. This store caters to pretty much every art need you could possibly have. It can be a bit pricey but they always have sales going on and coupons readily available. They also have custom framing in the back.

Michael is not overly stocked like Hobby Lobby. Plus Hobbo Lobby has the best discounts.

Seems much bigger than other Michaels. Customer service is excellent as usual. The last out was a little different with jewellery making in front. Not a big selection on yarn. Great section for home decor.

Day after Christmas and they barely had 3 registers working the returns and sales. They need to do better for holidays. Otherwise I love them.

It seems with every visit the customer service declines, and when I say customer service I mean a simple “hello” when I come to the register is pretty much all I ask for. At this point I expect better customer service from McDonalds than this store. 🤦🏾‍♀️

My wife is teacher so she loves to shop here. I am usually just a companion but it think the store is well organized and items are fairly priced. They have a lot of discount on many products for teachers.

Great store. But the ginger bread houses all sounded broken!! Facing store door at right parking isle has a terrible probably 4 1/2 inches deep water small pond needs to be handled!!! Its not visible do deep!!! Shoes socks bottom of pants soak and wet!! Please work on this issue. God bless and thank you. Had 5 check out registers that was a great help moving the line. Thanks

I find it to be a bit overpriced here. If you have a hobby lobby close by, its much better.

I dont like to shop, and I am not one of those craft/scrapbook people, but my son wanted to make a jacket with metal studs, create and sew on some rock band patches, so he found the materials were at Michaels. Tabatha was extremely helpful in finding our items, and helped us again at the register. She explained that I could pull up 2 coupons on my phone to save over 40 % on my total. Speedy and great service.

Went to the classes they have today. And the teacher actually knew what to do how to help and keep it interesting for everyone. Great with kids and overall helpful with everyone.

Love going to this Micheals. Its always clean. The classroom they have there is nice size classroom as well. Ive taken my kids on Saturdays for the kids craft projects. This Micheals also seems to be bigger than others Ive visited.
