Ive used this location several times for regular maintenance on my vehicle. The guys really take care of you. Call you and let you know whats going on as theyre working on your car and keep you posted. When it comes to maintenance and repairs these are my go to guys. I dont let anyone else in all of Douglasville touch my Chevy. These guys do GREAT work.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They had my mom’s car and caused more damage than when the car was brought in. They offered to fix it, and then when they realized they couldn’t, they refused to fix it. The owner was extremely rude, and even though he gave my mother a refund, he screamed at her and told her he was done working on her car. It’s unfortunate that you can’t rely on a “reputable business” in your town to at least stand by their 24 month warranty. Horrible outfit. This place has gone way down hill. Don’t waste your time or money at this dump.

This place is amazing. They truly help you. Prices are reasonable. I forgot who Me and my husband had, I just remember him being bald and in the middle check in desk, he worked on my 2012 Honda Civic. He was super helpful, kind, respectful and truly made sure we left with everything handled. Being able to leave your car here is such a great option as well. Also, I went to another place to get my rotors fixed, they wanted to charge me $600+ which I knew was absurd but I came to Douglas County AutoCare and they charged me less than 300!!!!!!! They will always have my business. Thanks to Corey’s Cars for sending us. I live in Fayetteville and will make a hour drive for anything that needs fixing with my car. Super happy to have my rotors fixed 😭.

A/c fixed. Was more than expecting after they got into it. Nice people though, did not feel taken as I have at other auto repair shops.

Brought my 1996 Chevy Impala SS in for a full tune up. Not only did the guys do the job I brought my vehicle in for, they also took time out to call me as they were working on my vehicle to inform me on other minor things that were going on with my vehicle that I was completely in aware off. Bob was great! He called to ask did I want to get certain things replaced while they already had parts off to make it easier. I was very satisfied with their service and I will definitely be taking my vehicles to them for any major or minor repair that I cannot handle myself.

Called on Friday am To see if they could Put an ignition switch on A 84 Chevrolet s10...was Told Couldnt get to it Till Monday....Got Towed to Location on Monday...only to Be Told They Dont Work on a Truck That Old ...Would have Been Nice To Know That on Friday 😫

This place is amazing! We had a last minute change of plans and now had to take my car out of town for Thanksgiving. But this wasnt known until the day before Thanksgiving. I knew my rotors need to be resurfaced on the front before we took the car. Im a firm believer that my failure in planning does not make it your urgency. I called and got a price and was told if i got it there but 1200 they could get me in. I headed straight over dropped it off and called for a ride. I knew the car had to be fitted in around other appointments and expected it to be a while. My car was ready for pick up within 2 hours of dropping it off.My experience was amazing and the employees were upfront with setting my expectations.Ill be returning for future services.

These guys are awesome! Ive used them for both my Jeep Wrangler and F150. They are always professional and very affordable. Trent and Brett are great. I trust them 100% and will always be a customer.

Mechanics were courteous and straight forward. Brett took the time to explain the issue my car was having and what it would take to repair. I noticed that they treated every customer with the same amount of patience and respect regardless of how very busy they were the day I visited the shop. If you need repairs from them on Monday or Fri, their busiest days, it is likely you will need to leave your car with them.

Ive had the joy of supplying Douglas County with a lot of their parts over the year. That being said I dont just toss out reviews for every shop I deal with. They are easy to deal with, always pay up for the best parts and warranty and for the most part never have any issues. I would not hesitate to let them take care of my fleet. I called and asked if they could mount tires on to wheels if I brought tires and wheels there he said they could. The price he quoted me at seemed a little higher than most places and it was around noon and he told me oh but I cant do it today. Really? It takes like 15 minutes and they couldnt fit that in? Well I put the tires ob my wheels at home without a ride machine. I am happy I did and saved myself about $100

My daughters car was in a bad way. Another shop had left hard ward off of her car. Tim & the fine gentleman at Douglas County Auto fixed her up and kept me in the loop too.

I am very disappointed in this place. I called about a vehicle that I has just purchased on Friday. I also expressed my concern about the tire pressure light. The first person I spoke to was very nice. We briefly discussed the car and my needs and came up with me dropping my car off before opening hours on the following Monday so they could have the entire day with the car. I did just that and spoke with someone else who told me that they recommended a few different flushes& a oil change(totalling $300)and informed me that only one tire sensor came back bad($85). Ok cool. I come to pick up my car, pay for the work, get in it, start it up and begin to ride home not even 10 mins away and the tire pressure light comes on again. I called them still riding in the car about the light. They tell me when I get a minute to come back. I work at night so I go home get dressed and stop back by( all in within 2 hrs) on my way to work to only be told that it was now a different sensor and that would be another $85. I just paid you $385 and you had my car the entire day. I hope the money was worth losing a potential loyal customer. Oh well, your lost. Bad Business!

After initially being frustrated about the amount of time it took to have my vehicle just looked at after being towed here, they made up for it by quickly getting it repaired once the diagnostics were run. Bob serviced my car, explained every detail to me and answered all the questions I had. My car is running much better than it has in a while and I would bring it back here in the future.

They are also excellent about working with you for alternative fixes if your budget is strained.Theyve also been on the ball with getting the jobs done in a timely fashion.We HIGHLY recommend this business (we drive a long way out of the way to use them; thats how much we trust them).My husband is a gear head and has always done our automotive work himself. This is the first place he has ever trusted to take our cars, and the first place he hasnt minded forking over the money to do our repairs and maintenance. That alone says a lot about them.It is getting to the point where an ethically run business that treats people well and does what they are supposed to do is a rarity--it feels good to reward good behavior!Always on the lookout for 5 star businesses.

My tire pressure light in my car was on so I checked and it was about 8lbs. Low so I went to Napa Douglasville and it took a short time .The tire was ok no charge, but I was told I did need new tries soon. No pressure sale. Great service, great workers .I will buy tires there and no where else. Very happy.

The guy at the counter was amazingly pleasant. This was my first visit to this establishment and I am so glad I choose to visit. I needed my car serviced and prepared for a long road trip. I felt so at ease when told that my care was in excellent condition and road worthy. They even reduced the amount of the service fee. They gave me an estimate of $45 and I only ended up paying $25. I will be returning when Im in the area. I recommend this place for your next car service.

I called on 09/30/2020 to get a price on a diagnostic and he gave the gentleman that I spoke with on the phone stated that I needed to leave the car and I explained that I use the car to get back and forth to work and he tells me GOOD LUCK and hangs up the phone! really Im glad I didnt spend my money there..

They took the time to find the real problem and it wasnt what a prior mechanic said at another location. They saved me some money and who wouldnt appreciate that. They also do good work.

They are very reliable and honest people. Due to their days of operation (closed on the weekends), I have to take time off from work to go the Douglas County AutoCare, but its well worth it. Yesterday my wife was treated badly as she only went up there to get her truck worked on. She went in said she was tired of coming up there to get worked done. She asked how long was the wait and was told that it would be 45 minutes. Few seconds after that a guy comes from back and says they are not working on her truck and she needs to leave. Why tell her 45 minutes then after that say no you need to leave. Now this is the only time she gets loud because she is shocked that this is being told to come up there. I would like to see video of her when she entered vs the video to how she reacted after being told to leave and they they would give her a criminal warning for trespassing. Really...trespassing? She was treated poorly and this could have been handled better. It upset me so much that I went up there and let them know how I felt. I usually get work done there and my wife has been up there on several other occasions prior to this so this is not there first time seeing her. I will no longer be going there because of my wife being banned. This is unacceptable and something has to done.

I was glad to see you opening the door I had one quick yes or no question l know where I was parked wasnt correct and was going to move right away but you were so upset you couldnt see straight . I have been a customer for more than 20 years. There is a good reason for that. This facility does quality repairs at a reasonable price. They are honest, courteous, and professional.

These guys (this shop) is the most dependable and honest service shop in Douglas County! Fast and will stand behind their work! Will not up charge you for something that you dont really need. Ive had several instances where they have called me back to inform me that I didnt need something, when we thought it was something else initially. Could have easily said I needed it and up charged me without me ever knowing the truth like some other shops. Ive been going to Douglas Co Auto for many many years with no bad experiences.

Needed a state required auto emissions test and they took care of it immediately. Very cordial staff and nice lobby facilities. Could not have had a better experience.

I came into town for Labor Day weekend and the first thing I did was drop my car off at NAPA for a little TLC. I left knowing my car had received excellent care and the team provided me with detailed information and answers to my questions. Consistently impressed with Douglas County AutoCare!

I took my 2007 vehicle to this repair facility after failing an emissions test. After providing them with the results of the failed emissions exam, I paid to have a diagnostic completed by Douglas County Auto Care. After the diagnostic, Douglas county autocare told me the results and assured me that they could repair it to pass the inspection. After a $95 diagnostic and $541 to replace an O2 sensor and exhaust manifold, my check engine light was still on so I took my car back to them. Upon them reinspecting my car, I was told it needed another repair to fix it. I paid $115 for the another sensor to be replaced. The repair did not correct the problem and the car ran worse as if no repairs had been made at all. Finally after spending a total of $751, Douglas county tells me that they did not know what the problem was, hands me a state emissions booklet and tells me that I should buy another car. Hindsight, Douglas County Auto was guessing at best and at no time did they know what the problem was in order to fix it. I wish they would have been competent in their diagnosis instead of just replacing parts in hope that it would repair my vehicle. I would not recommend Douglas County Auto repair unless you know exactly what the problem is. If not you most certainly will face spending money on unnecessary parts and labor with the possibility of not having your car repaired at all.

Worse experience in my life. They made me wait 3hrs just to look at my truck and everyone before and after got out of there. You cant tell me it takes 3hrs just to look at car . when i ask when i would be next Richard said maybe tomorow. I will never go back there again. I wouldnt even send ny worse ememy there.

I have been using Napa Auto Care for over 5 yrs in Douglasville and have NEVER experienced or been treated the way I had been treated today. I have been given the run around in regards to my vehicle, have been lied to in regard to particular parts needed for the vehicle. The services provided were supposed to be given FREE due to certain issues concerning my vehicle and was done rather poorly and I do believe it was because it was FREE! You get what you dont pay for!. On top of all that has transpired today, they decide to call the Police on a (ME) a FEMALE paying Customer because they dont want to do their job the correct way the first time around. It is up to the Auto Repair Center to fix your car NOT damage it. As a longtime paying customer, I should have had someone to come to talk to me and not be abrupt and tell me what they werent going to do due to an attitude. Especially, after dealing with them for over 2 weeks concerning my vehicle. Who wouldnt have an attitude? Who wouldnt be tired? I had the right for someone else there to continue fixing what was damage even if the original person did not want to fix the issue. I had the right to Express my frustration when constantly being told one thing and shown another. Anyone, would be irrate or disappointed with poor service. The company is supposed to take responsibility for their actions whether a person is upset or not. It is completely wrong to be treated that way. Maybe because I wasnt WHITE enough. Excuse me for being upset about property of mine that you keep damaging. Long story short, this is my review & Corporate will be contacted. Lets see if they will be if any assistance. (?)

Out of all these places I highly recommend Douglas County AutoCare.They have competitive prices, great customer service, and quick turnaround time. I have to say my sales person, Brett, he was very professional and is no doubt an asset to the company.Sure you might save a buck or two else where, but in my opinion based on my actual experiences over the past 10 years having to service four different cars, if you want it done right and you want it done honestly, then take your car to DC AutoCare.Just picked up my 99 Lincoln Continental today. My father and I were driving from SC to Colorado when the radiator on our truck blew. Fortunately for us it was right at the exit off I20 which led us to Douglas County Autocare. Unfortunately we didn’t make it all the way to the shop before we died on the road. I called Douglas County Autocare at 5:30 and even close to closing time they sent a wrecker to pick us up, an employee with their personal truck to pull our U-Haul trailer back to the shop too. After putting the paperwork together and collecting our key they even gave us a ride to a local hotel to stay for the night. They called us bright and early with a diagnosis and estimate and then picked us back up at the hotel and had us back on the interstate before noon. I can’t say enough about the service we received. We were blessed to be where we were when this occurred.
