Ugh!! Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered 7/3 and was to be delivered on 7/21. I have called twice and emailed twice... no response. Although I noticed the money was taken from my account within 3 days of order being placed. I am very frustrated. A friend ordered last year and had no problems at all. I live about 30-45 minutes away. I think I will do a drive there and respond with what I find.

Im experiencing the same issue as others.. ordered over a month ago and cannot get any updates on my order. No response on voicemails or emails. Im starting to think this company doesnt exist! Id be happy to take this review down if someone could please call me back and show some customer service.

I ordered my bedding back in April and was promised roughly by the beginning of May. I keep trying to call, but no one answers the phone. I put in my order number but it never charged status...states its being produced. I understand about COVID, however, everyone else has stated something on there website. Im concerned that I have been taken advantage of. I really hope this is not the case.

Just like the rest of the reviews ordered product, money was take from account, not Emails or phone answers. Should have read the reviews first

Wonderful bedding, however, in my original review, I wrote how I ordered my sons 1st bed and bedding a month ago. It never came. I contacted company and they promised it would ship and it didnt. I called company and they say sorry for the inconvenience many times. They even have it in their possession ready to ship they say. I ask if they can overnight it so I can have it for the bed tomorrow. They cannot and will not. I offer my own Fedex Acct number and my own ability to arrange a pickup today for Fedex to deliver tomorrow. They will not cooperate. I ask for them to send it UPS overnight. They will not. I asked for manager. She says she was the manager. Asked for her manager; states that would be the owner. Ask for owners name and to call me. Owner isnt available. Asked for owner to call me today. not available. Again ask for owner to call me. She says she will pass along the number. Refuses to give me the owners name either. Terrible customer service. My son is 3 and the new bed was arriving for his train room and nothing train related bc the bedding never came.....I received a call from the CEO after posting this review. He promised to overnight ship it which he did do and I did receive it. It is beautiful bedding and the product is wonderful. Unfortunately their timeliness with delivery and their promises were not kept, and the staff who takes the calls is poorly trained. I would use them again, as I love the product but would plan 6 weeks for your bedding to arrive. This way you dont have a disappointed toddler who you promised a bed with train bedding to. Beautiful wonderful quality bedding though. I believe the CEO took my comments seriously. Hopefully staff will be retrained.
