The store is a nice store for its location. The selection is sort of limiting but with the size of the retail area it is understandable. The staff are friendly I wish they were a little more engaging when youre trying to search for a particular book or genre. one major thing I would like to say is, I wish when the clerk is ringing you out. That they didnt try to up-sell you on a million different things or donations and you waste the next ten minutes of life telling them no to every question just so you can check out and go about your business.

Good customer service unfortunately did not have the books my daughter was looking for had series 1 was missing 2 and 3 had series 4 that didnt work for my daughter.

This is the first physical bookstore I have visited in the last five years or so. Great selection. They also sell coffee cups, and of course, funko pops.

Service was excellent. Love that they are offering customers to buy a book for schools the store brings personally to the schools.

By far my favorite store in the mall. Ive always loved books and i can always spend hours in this place. My only thing is the lack of space they have. Definitely no Barnes and Nobles, but it feels the need for a book lover.

Helpful staff, a variety of books, comics, and board games, and Ive always found what Im looking for on another day here, if not the initial visit.

Like bestbuy, this store makes me excited for the rise of Amazon. Sure, a book store is a fun experience, surrounded by hundreds of stories, but whos trying to pay $30 dollars for a hard cover when I can log into prime, get it for half the price at the cost of waiting one to two days for shipping. All in all, I love the authentic book store experience but catch me online for eye deals.

Hours have been spent here just finding the right book. Depending on the time of day the staff is either really nice and helpful or wont help you at all and are kinda rude. At least that has been my experience.

I always love coming here to get books in mint condition -- Amazon may be cheaper but they always butcher the cover.

It is fine for what it is, a book store. I would prefer it to have a coffee shop and comfortable seating. I also think it would be better if they reduced the toy selection and brought in more books.

Always a nice time in BaM. Theyre always nice, and help any time. The shelves are always neat and well categorized, and they have great selections.

Not a huge store but theres enough to keep you browsing. I always enjoy a good biography or history and they have a decent selection. Its really the only bookstore in the Douglasville area so they have that going for them also.

BAM is one of my favorite stores. The employees are very knowledgeable and give amazing suggestions. Nothing beats a good book.

Theres a large selection of books and board games, as well as other merchandise. Especially their POP! figurines. Youll love BAM if you like books and board games. Its definitely the best bookstore in town ever since Borders left.

Visited store today, my daughter was browsing and reading a book with the intent to purchase but was asked to leave if she wasn’t going to buy the book. After that invitation would you buy a book from them?We try to support brick and mortars, but we can go to Amazon, read a few chapters, get free same day delivery, and pay considerably less. With this type of poor customer service, makes me reconsider supporting this business with their overpriced products, with this kind of service.Visit with caution.

This is such a great store to peruse, check out the seasonal books and new releases and they always have good reads on sale. I never miss an opportunity to come here.
