Delivered here, overnight parking, my appointment was at 10am they knocked on my door at 7am asked me to open the doors and I was empty in 1/2 hr, I wish everyone was like them, thank you.

I called this place for 3 hours straight and finally they answered the phone. Once I got there, the woman that took the order inputted it wrong. Thank goodness for the gentleman that was working. You can tell he wasnt new and took care of my order.

Your truck drivers have no customer service skills and many of them are not capable of driving 53 trucks. I think you should re-evaluate who you hire to drive and deliver material. As a manager I shouldnt be pulled from my duties to handle a driver refusing to do his job.
