This cricket store had the best customer service I have ever had until they changed managers it was a five I sure hope it stays that way with these new managers and employees

Young man did the best job I have had. Fast, easy, knowledgeable and friendly.

The cashier (i dont remember his name) was extremely helpful. Ive been there twice and both times, i have left the store absolutely satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

These guys were seriously helpful and polite they knew exactly what I wanted especially that one guy his name is William. He was there with me step by step and guided me through the process would definitely recommend.

Came in to buy a phone and they are so helpful. Explained everything and answered all my questions about my free iPhone 7. They helped me choose a case and had a great screen protector. Hannah, William, Geni, and Flydo are wonderful, definitely coming back here from now on. I will make the drive. Im not going to the one on highway 5 anymore. Fairburn is not rude unlike them.

I came into the Douglasville Store at the Fairburn and the Manager name is Hannah! Totally extremely gracefully and appreciate the customer service experience I had today and before with this Manager she answered all my questions and concerns even the questions I did know to asked. Also explained to me about the insurance as well. If you want excellent customer service and respect the store staff truly display gratitude. The Manager set the staff and the entire staff followers excellent leadership.Thank you Cricket for hiring a staffs that care and ensure your customers leave the store with awesome experiences.Blessings to one and all at this store!Please give this Manager kudos.

Dont waste your time! All they do is push products in your face for you to spend more moneymoney! Of course thats what businesses do but they didnt care about my needs...then when I stated I didnt want the insurance or the extra unnecessary merch I was given a dirty look...Ive spent over $200 here and cannot receive the help I need. Im done with cricket and the service sucks

Evenone is nice very helpful got a new phone 2 days ago they gave me a good deal and I had metro PCS for almost 2 years and I love my new and phone service so much more better here.

Workers cant stay off their own phones and do too much at once. Needs more focus on customer and service one person at a time.

Good luck getting help. Every time I stop by here, the employees are never in the store and always out on the side of the building hanging out and smoking.

I switched from metro 5 days ago and got the ZTE. From day one I cant send or receive texts majority of the time. Been to have it fixed twice with no luck. There is a 7 day exchange, return policy but you have to pay $25 to replace the phone and no refund on a free phone. I regret the decision. This is horrible service. I wouldnt recommend it for a kid.
