All I can say is AMAZING. My girlfriend cracked her phone so bad the screen would glitch and she was so upset. I called around looking for help and am so glad I found this place. Got us in and out in 15 minutes and Eric was awesome! He cut me a great deal and did a great job. They also have a great warranty available. Will definitely be using for my future repair needs.

My first time visiting the store was pleasant, and as soon as I got my phone fixed instantly there were problems and I had to find myself going back a few times. When I initially went in, there was someone new working on my phone. After, I got it back half of my screen was glitching and when I would make calls I would have to put my phone on speaker in order to talk. These were never problems with my phone before I got it fixed…it was simply just a cracked screen. Soon after I spoke to the store manager I believe, he explained to me that the person was new and I asked for a discount in that being the case. The Manager was helpful to assist me as best as he could with the problems my phone had after I got it fixed the first time. By the second time I went in to get it checked again my phone easily cracked. I will admit, I can be clumsy at times and I didn’t have a screen protector on it yet because they didn’t have any in stock at the time I got it fixed. So I had to get it fixed again. I went in for a third time, this time I went in the person there said they would fix it in 15-20 minutes, I left for about 30 minutes and came back and they went on break (which they stated they would be going on break). A few other customers and I ended up waiting for a surplus amount of time than said on the sign. The sign stated (went on break will be back in 10). All I needed to do was pay and pick up my phone. They were gone for about 2 hours max. Finally, they came back and the phone was done, but I unlocked it and instantly the screen had these white lines that were getting lighter. And he had to fix the screen again; he stated that they were cheap screens. So, when I got it back everything was fine and about a week later I barely dropped my phone this time and the screen cracked very easily, and those white lines randomly came back up and they won’t go away. In all, I appreciate the manager and the workers for doing their best to fix my screen, but ideally this is not the place I would go back to. It was a cheap fix, so if you are looking for quality for your buck, I wouldn’t go here.

I broke the screen on my phone and came in here. A week after paying upfront and ordering the part arrived, I went in to have it installed. Instead of it being done same day like originally planned, I was told I needed to drop my phone off. So I drop the phone off as needed. After 2 more days I go back in to collect my phone. Discover everything works except for my volume control buttons on the side.So now Im out 200$ multiple round trips to that store and have a phone thats broken in a entirely different way than what I originally paid for them to fix.

Quick fix, very professional customer service. Best in Douglasville, will be back to this location for my iPhone and android repair needs

I took my iPad there to fix a broken screen. I received it back almost a week and a half later. My husband immediately noticed that the new replacement screen was a lot thinner than the original screen. He was right, it cracked again once he put the case on (This is right after we brought the iPad home). Its only been 3 days and the crack is getting bigger and bigger. The iPad was also dead when I picked it up so I could not review the screen before I left the store. This prevented me from seeing that the screen has a white spot that wasnt fixed. I attached a picture to show the crack and white spot. I would not recommend this place.

The big guy fixed my girlfriends phone in less than 15 minutes and got the price adjusted so I could afford it. She was told by the two other places that it would take a day. We will not go any place else.

These guys are very professional and kind. They were driven to help as soon as I hit the door. My phone wasnt charging this morning and I feared Id have to buy a new one but Jeremy cleaned it out and treated it and its working like new. Cant thank these guys enough. Highly recommend them.

I actually took my own phone apart which was not that fragile or hard and did it myself doing the exact same they did no problem at all, get someone you know thats decent at disassembling and reassembling and get them to replace your battery and save yourself $50 by getting one off ebay.Theyre pretty slow and if the person that works on your kind of phone isnt there good luck you get to come back tomorrow or another day.

These guys did great, were very quick, answered a million of my questions AND WERE CHEAPER THAN THE APPLE STORE! I really appreciated all of their help, and I will use them again in the future. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

My haptics system in my phone had become unscrewed and he opened it, screwed it back in, gave me diagnosis as to what the problem was and told me what I needed for it to be fixed all for free and the least I can do is offer this review. A friend of mine also needed his screen replaced and had no problems with getting it done well and quickly. Very good store with great service

This place is very unprofessional when they lose your property to a 3rd party repair contractor. The staff is inept at dealing with customers. The district manager will shirk all his responsibility to subordinates and avoid you if you have a complaint. They will ship your property off,lose it, have no idea of where it went or when, never return calls, and then to top it off stick you for shipping on property they were responsible for. Bona fide circus.

I had my ipad fixed here and the camera wasnt showing right. Turns out it was lined up right they fixed it for me for no extra charge.

I had so many encounters with them I thought they would get tired of me. They actually had great customer service! I had to get an LG Aristo 2 screen fixed. Once the tech fixed it (super quick btw) the sound stopped working. He ordered another piece and he stated that didnt work & to call the following week.Surprisingly when I left, the sound started working.All the times I called to check if the orders were in, all the times I stopped by, they always were so responsive and professional. I would definitely recommend them to others!

My iPhone screen was somewhat crack and was recommended to take it to the location at Arbor Place Mall in Douglasville. For the first time going in, the manager there named Chris to fix my screen with no problem and not a long wait time and offer to fix it for $75 instead of $85 since it was my first time. I recommend going to get your phone screen fix by him.

This place doesnt know how to business. The staff is untrained, they dont know how to handle customers and the pressure of dealing with 3rd party sources. My phone got lost 3 times and I still dont have a clear explanation on where it is. All the district manager has done is sit on his tail when I paid 200 dollars to have a board repair and still have no phone. On top of dealing with a missing phone, I had to pay for the shipping.

Best place to get your phone fixed! I was helped by a very polite young lady (cant remember her name, started with a K. Long hair) who had my iPhone screen fixed in only a half hour! Absolutely amazing results, and FANTASTIC customer service! I highly recommend.

I originally had posted a great review of this place in order to get a discount. Since having my iPhone screen repaired, I have had nothing but problems. The entire screen fell off the day I brought it home. I went back and the (assumed) manager said a screw was missing. (Okay fine, honest mistake, no harm done). However, one single drop from about a foot and the entire screen is back off and totally shattered. Whole phone is unusable. Complete waste of $130. (I was quoted $80 over the phone).I’ve spoken to workers and apparently there’s nothing they can do. Great customer service until you actually have an issue

Instead of being a coward and sending messages through your employee to banned me from your store how about instead Be accountable, and demonstrate you’re responsible.
