Every once and awhile I drove an hour and a half just come to this shop because I love it so much. Today my wife had her first cigar with me and we had a great time there. I always love coming here to load up on my cigars, but this visit was just a date visit. I love this place very much and very much recommend it to anyone!

I frequent The Cigar Box as it serves as my local go-to cigar lounge. From time to time I stop in and smoke but typically I purchase and enjoy at home. I’ve always had friendly people greet me and offer to cut my cigars without prompting. One of the owners even invited my brother, while here on a visit and I to enjoy some of his bourbon. The place is 5-stars but today I stopped in after work to purchase a few cigars. The cashier never acknowledged me as I arrived. I went into the humidor and after a few minutes making my selections I came out to purchase. The cashier “Sam” as he told me once I asked never looked up to interact with me. He gave me my total and then just placed my card and receipt on the counter, not handing it to me as I gave it to him. A female sat there with him and they were eating. It appeared that he was annoyed that I was there and my purchase interrupted his meal. The entire interaction was really off putting and typically it’s the type of stuff that makes me say never again and also encourage others to not visit as well. I hope the owners see this and address it. Definitely not what I know The Cigar Box for. I will gladly update this review once this is addressed.

Nice relaxed atmosphere and everyone was very friendly. They do not serve alcohol, but you are able to BYOB which I think is awesome. Definitely will visit again!

I was visiting from out of town on business and looked for a spot to chill for awhile. Saw The Cigar Box, read reviews and figured Id give it a try. It didnt disappoint. Great layed back atmosphere, friendly people and nice selection of cigars. I will definitely go back when I visit again.

On Superbowl Sunday night, the cashier was not helpful. He sat in the chair and would not cut my cigars I purchased. A customer standing behind me cut the cigars for me...Women smoke cigars too...Treat us right equally as customers.
