Return item didnt get full amount I paid...update...but Jcpennys had me follow up and provided good customer service on the back end and made it right...good job to them!

They have sizes for the kids and the adults from petite to big and tall. The sale associates are very nice and extremely patient. They even had otherwise difficult to find items like little girls shorts that are school appropriately lengthen.

Had a great custom jewelry sale. Spend over $50 and get 50% off. Spent $32. Wish they had more jewelry.

I didnt go to J C Pennys, I was at the Arbor Place Mall getting my Covid Vaccine.

I was not pleased by the lack assistance regarding an online order that was to be shipped to the store for pick up. Corporate was not of assistance as well. I may shop at the location again, but I will not get any online purchases shipped to the store.

This is my review coming from a diversified set of races... Both JC representatives, present at the time were handling customers. I awaited my turn with my daughter yet the young lady requested that I move towards the other end (to the right) which was reportedly the section where customers should line up. I was called to the register by the other staffer and watched as this young lady did not suggest that others line up at this so called actual line for customers. I watched again as she worked promptly to handle the needs of two other customers yet that was not done so in my case. Respect everyone! If there is a designated line, than all should be informed of this an line up accordingly. May 2021 reshape the minds of all for the respect of all races!

They had close-out prices on some mattresses, but they do not keep it clean, so trying out the mattress would risk getting nasty. Plus, finding an employee to assist with questions or purchases of nongrabble things is next to impossible.

I can always find my XLT shirts.

Store asked when I wanted to pickup when I ordered online then said 4 days later when I drove and went to pick up. They need to get it together.

Found what I was lot for at great price but it took forever to check out person ahead of me. Went to another check-out.

Visited the Sephora inside and was not impressed. They do not take Sephora gift cards. Did not have my foundation color. Did not apply the discount offered by Sephora for beauty insiders. Had to drive to Cumberland Mall to receive better service, promotions and got a few freebies.

I thought there were closing this JCP. They really can just go ahead and close it. Signs dont match up with clothes. Clothes all over the place. It was just a complete mess. I told the cashier I didnt want an item she continues to ring up items. MAAM I dont want these items. Then shes complaining about having to work. Customer Service is definitely lacking. They really should just close this JCP down.

Most of the time they always have what I want.

Cashiers are very slow and talkative. Cant have it both ways.

A self help store

While walking through the store the associates that were on duty today gave great customer service, very friendly and did it all with a smile

The escalator was out, not alot of employees to help. Limited boys husky sizes available. 4 shorts to be exact. The husky section is small and options are very limited

I actually visited Sephora which is located inside JCPenney and they didnt have much of anything at that location. Also, I was sold a foundation by a make- up specialist that was 5 shades lighter than me!

I order online to pick up in store. The store clerks have always been welcoming, helpful, and just delightful .Have found the curtains and linens department to be well stocked. The prices and quality are beyond what I had expected .

Helped me tremendously with fitting my brother, whom is a very large fellow, so he could look good for our grandmothers funeral. Staff were very friendly and helpful particularly a young man in mens clothing. Wish i would have gotten his name.Thank you to him.

Very good store to go to! Especially if you are a short small woman like my self. I always get their Arizona brand jeans. They are the best for smaller people. I have a very hard time finding jeans that fit because Im 4 foot 10 and wear a 2 or 3 in the waist. This placr is amazing for people like this!

My 1st time in this particular JC Penney. They had lots of items on sale after Christmas. Huge discounts of up to 70% off many items. Lots still in stock after the holiday.

This was my fav JCP. On the February 15, 2020 I went in around 11:45 to see if the had put out any new stock or if they had any good clearance. The associates at check out were very welcoming. But this one associate working the floor kept following me around the store. She went as far as to step in front of a rack I was looking through in clearance. I finally said if you don’t move an let me shop! Check your tape 🎥. After all of her Shenanigans I just left the store. This is unacceptable. I’ve been a customer at this location since it opened. Training is key. Do better.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. There werent that many staff available to begin with, but the one associate I did encounter went out of her way to get me the stock and price I was searching for. She even held some merchandise for me while I shopped at another department store in the mall for a better deal. When I returned to the store she was there waiting for me. She never complained. In a world where customer service is hard to come by, that was a breath of fresh air for this weary shopper.

Was able to return item quickly and easily. The store was not busy and I was able to shop and pay for my purchases with no wait. A lot of really good sales and it was eady to find some good deals.

This place seriously needs more cashiers working, especially this time of the year. The lines are long, shoe register was closed, and jewelry wouldnt checkout anything but jewelry. Im sorry, but two workers cannot checkout the whole lower level of this store.

Whoever is the store manager now needs to get fired. I overheard her talking badly about other associates to another one and belittle two others while shopping. Her attitude was disgusting. I went to ask her for help and she told me she didn’t have any time to help me. Please find someone with better qualifications to run this store!

A little pricey but they have good deals throughout yr. Can find at least a couple things for everyone there. Its my go to store before any others. Wish we had one in Calhoun or Cartersville Georgia so I didnt have to drive so far

I love JC Penney brands, Worthington, etc for work wear. The bra selections are great here. The exercise clothing for women wears well and stylish to boot.

I had not been in here in a while. The store was set up nice and seemed clean. Some of the things they had didnt seem to belong in jcpenny. Some of the clothing was over priced for what it was. Didnt carry as many name brand items as I remember

This is for Sephora. Ive been shopping here for years. But, the ladies they have in there today. Monday March 4 2019. Needs to be retrained or gone. I asked them questions which they didnt have answers to. Then make a smart to me that was in call for. They were more into trying makeup in the mirror for there self instead of helping me. Very unpleasant and not personable.

J C Penney has gone down hill. Nothing like it use to be. We could not get anyone to help us find the clothes we were looking for. One person stopped by but, told us she worked jewelry and had no idea where to find it in the store. We left Penneys and went to Dillards. Found what we were shopping for with the help just as soon as we got in the store. No wonder many of the J C PENNEY stores are closed.

This location is ok. The associate at customer service could have been a little nicer. The sales were ok but nothing to write home to momma about. Clean, organized and would I visit again, if I had to but not at the top of my list of places to go.

It was just ok. No huge sales, no customer service. It was actually kind of dead in there. They had some cute things considering their inventory seemed pretty minimal.

Helpful staff. I have not been in the mall in yrs. And the 1st person i saw i asked him where to go he showed me. He even made sure i made it to that department he walked with me. I was so impressed and im glad he was there.

The customer service and atmosphere were awesome.

Ive spent over 20 years working in retail stores. At this store there were so many shirts jammed on to the racks that if you took a shirt out you couldnt get it back in on the rack. Pants were stacked unsized and so high that you couldnt find your size. The cash register kiosk was a total mess with clothes hanging all over the counters and onto the floor. The lady that rang up my wife spent more time talking to another customer than caring for my wifes purchase and of course no bother to thank her for her purchase. I have no idea about other JCPenney stores but this customer service experience was a disappointment.

Cashiers were great. But basically this is a self service store. Shopped for almost two hours in several different departments and could not find not one single person to assist me.

Its a bit disorganized. The lady who went and got my online order was very friendly. Seem like they have a lot of new hires who are still trying to learn the system. So try to understand if they are a bit slow.

I was recently shopping in the childrens department and witnessed an employee by the name of Sandy being rude and extremely unprofessional to fellow employees and customers. I was shocked to see how short she was with me seeing that I was spending a substantial amount of my hard earned money. After she rudely waved the woman in front of me to the back of the line she rolled her eyes as if I had offended her or something. I will not be spending my hard earned money in a store where it seems they could not careless as to whether or not I was satisfied as a customer. I will not be shopping here again and I strongly encourage JCPenneys as a whole to properly train their employees to at least act as if they want my business. Not impressed with Sandy in particular.

Was ok just didnt like the fact that instead of having a place specifically for Order Pick up orders you had to stand in live for a mixture of transactions. They need to have a place just for that. And I hate when its a line and only one person working annoying especially around the Holidays!

The salon is fantastic. The store is so dirty it is shocking. Piles of dust on every lower counter, picture frames covered in dust, and clothes on floor. It has never looked this bad before

Good sales - they are ways running some type of sale which I love!
