C&S Glass repaired a broken double pane window in our bedroom. They provided a free estimate first after visiting our home and we decided to proceed because the price was fair. At the time of the deposit, the employee advised that they would order the part and update me via phone once it arrived, so I could schedule the appointment for the repair.The process (from estimate to replacement) took about 3 weeks total, give or take. I waited for a call back regarding the replacement part and followed up after the 14 days, since I did not hear back first and the receptionist was able to schedule the repair for the next business day.They were able to get everything repaired in under an hour!Overall, I recommend them for repairing your broken window! Many of the other places wanted us to purchase a new window, and this was not necessary.

They came to my house back in Feb 2021 and did a half a$$ job. I paid them to fix my kids bedroom window and it took them weeks to get the parts right. At the end, the window was replaced but still managed to fall out of place once opened. Thats ridiculous! THOMAS

Had a great experience and customer service from two of the employees Marie And Marcus. From the inspection of the needed repairs, ordering, and scheduling to the installation they were both very nice to work with and provided excellent service. The job required rebuilding a palladium window and transom window on-site and installing them, not an easy task. Beautiful outcome.

I had C&S glass come out to my residence early March of 2021 to replace two bay windows due to the fact that they were leaking, one of their employees came out and gave me an estimate I decided to go with them for my repairs and will definitely use C&S glass for my future glass needs.

Remodel of my hallway bathroom on my house.. called C and S glass. Charlie personally took care of my estimate and helped choose the glass for me. Fair pricing and quick turn around.. A Few days later he sent 2 guys to do the job. In and out within a few hours. Excellent job. Really shows off well in the new bathroom.. cant compliment the job they did enough.. highly recommend using C and S glass..

They were ok but they need more help it seams that the lady at the front desk had to run the front desk and cut glass to me that. Was to much they need some help and they had a small dog and I just love thats it made the place feel like home keep the small dog there so sweet. And get the front deck some help and the Ladys there so sweet they offer my and my husband water and a chair so many times that was so sweet of them I will go back to do business with them all the time god bless them.

I had 2 windows replaced in the bedroom & living room Thomas and Mark came out and did a phenomenal job Thomas explained to me what he was doing which I thought was cool I enjoyed conversating with both men I highly recommend C&S Glass

There is nothing fast, efficient, or friendly about the service my mother in law received at our house. They were late to the estimate, and when he did finally show up he was incredibly unfriendly. After 5 days, they eventually called back to give the prices and she decided to go ahead with it.It took awhile for the glass for a simple, normal sized window to come in, but that part I have less complaints about.When install day came, they were due at 8:30am. It had been raining all night and wasn’t due to stop any time soon, but only after they were over TWO HOURS late for the appointment did they finally call and say they don’t do installs in the rain.I get the weather being an issue, but you can’t call your clients until hours of their time waiting on you has passed? Time they are missing work to make the money to pay you?The second install appointment comes, and though they were due at 9am, didn’t show up until mid afternoon without having called, by which time once again- there was a job to get to rather than continuing to wait.The -third- install appointment comes, and it was scheduled for 2pm. There were no calls yet again, and the worker didn’t show up until 5pm. That’s 3 more hours sitting and missing work again. On top of that, he showed up with an attitude from the word “hello” and remained sullen the entire time he was here.Maybe there are good, polite, and efficient people there, but that was not our experience in the slightest.Would not recommend nor ever use again.

This is a great company to do businees with at fair prices.i originally ordered 3 pieces of glass and had to cancel 1 piece but I paid for all 3.i called 2 months later as I was out of town to give them correct dimensions on 3rd piece no problems at all ordering.i went to pick it up and had a question.lance Im guessing either a project manager or estimator folded up his blueprints for what looked to be a pretty good size job to talk to me about 2 very small pieces of glass for some doors.most companys wouldnt do that for a private customer ordering just 2 pieces.i will never go anywhere else for glass.

Tried to purchase windows and shower glass initial store visit ok however I felt the reception was not really interested in doing business as she was on the phone with a personal phone call the whole time she took my info and said someone will be calling to set up a measurement appointment .... No one ever called back.
