This place is great! Yes sometimes you might have to wait a little bit longer then you expect but it is mainly due to the customers that don’t understand the process of a pawn shop. So don’t let the bad reviews of bitter customers keep you from going to this store. Oh & FYI: you aren’t going to get what you paid for it, it’s a PAWN SHOP!!! If you want your money back for what you bought it for then take the receipt & your item back to the original store you bought it from, period.🙄🤯😆😎

These guys are crooks. Ive purchased Apple watch which I thought was a good price. It was the cheapest one compared to all the other 1. Come to find out that they are selling stolen product. They made me purchase a warranty which was 5% over the price and if I did not I cannot get my money back so I bought it just in case. The watch had an activation lock on it.When I went back the next day the person told me that youre lucky you didnt lose a $100. I said I didnt come here to shop to lose a $100 I came here to gain a Apple watch.The best part was after I returned it they literally put it back on the shelf for sale again.If I were you I would not shop there, They are not trustworthy.

I been coming to Cash Pawn America for years! I’m treated well there, you never feel bad going in there knowing you need to pawn something in a crunch! The manager is a completely sweetheart and staff he keeps on board treats you like family!! As long as I have this need this is the only place I’ll go! Love y’all and thank you 🙏

Very rude and unwelcoming only one was nice was the older lady who helped me. Also they were discussing phone calls out loud In front of customers.. Unprofessional!!!!!

They have no good reviews all these reviews are bad! They are slow and rude. I agree! No one in line and they took 45 minutes just to get me going with paperwork. While two old ladys just talked instead of greeting the customerWhen you finally get to the counter 90% of the workers are rude. Every visit maybe 5 total to buy or pawn) they are rude and ugly to your face like they hate their jobs! Be polite or be quiet! Yall have no idea how many customers yall loose. E super pawn offers more money for anything and are very kind. :)

I would not say this is the most valuable used items. I purchased two items for $95 dollars within a week the screw fell off the electronics, with a warranty they still wouldn’t honor even a repair or exchange. Would not shop with this location again

Super slow . Typical slum Pawn shop... Offer you 15-25% of what your item sells for new... Then they turn around and sell that same item for the new price.. Or $10 less. Most of the items in this pawn shop are selling for more than items in the store cost

Yes the lines are long but that is because they have quailty stuff. And good deals on the quality items. They give you a LOT more money for your items than other shops and give you a LOT more time and grace period to recover or pay on your pawns. No they wont give you $300 on your $140 Hi Point gun. I wouldnt want them to. People complaining are trying to hock junk.

I wanna give a big SHOUT OUT to Christopher and Janay at the Douglasville, Ga location (Fairburn Rd)I had put an item on layaway for Christmas for my little one. I had paid a big chunk the day I put it in layaway just in case I didnt make it to the store to pay on it. Well one thing led to another, issues with vehicle etc. I didnt make it by the date. When I went to get it, it was put back sold and I lost all the money I had put on it (about $150) no store credit or nothing. I was freaking out panic attack, crying. I lost my job in January and thats why I put it on layaway back in August and havent found one yet. So when I heard that I was in tears heart racing my ears turning red, I was getting so hot.. I had spent any extra cash I had on fixing my Jeep just a few days before. Janay went and spoke with Christopher the manager. He came out said there was nothing he can do I lost it. I begged him to see what he can do and explained my situation and that it was my little ones Christmas gift. He called corporate office and after almost what seemed eternity (45 min later)he came back and told me I had the full credit of what I had paid. I was able to get her another one. They fought for me....HE FOUGHT FOR ME!!!!SHE FOUGHT FOR ME!!!These two I individuals went above and beyond to help me when they didnt have to. It was there in black and white, they really didnt have to but they did... I cried and cried. I wanted to give them the biggest hug but instead I bought them dinner. I even got my oldest daughter a gift there as well and will continue to do business with them and recommend them to Everybody...❤Thanks Chris and Janay

When I checked out this place everything is very organized and a lot cleaner then most places the employees have positive attitudes and treat customers how their supposed to be treated even though some customers have negative things to say they stay positive so I give them a 5 star rating !

This has been my second trip to this location and I made sure to read the reviews first, of course. The first time I went in I was getting a loan for a few games and I was in and out. I tried haggling for a better price but that didnt work I dont hold that against them. My second trip, however, was a nightmare. I stood in line for what had to be 2 hours all together, and they had the nerve to continuously look at me and my partner as if they couldnt tell why we were there. *Side note* they were killing roaches behind the counter. I wouldnt had noticed but the cashier pretty much made a scene and got mad at the customer I front of me for noticing as if it was supposed to be normal! I believe her exact words were its just a roach! I would not be coming back here they are truly unprofessional and not only that I would hate to buy something and bring roaches into my car and home no telling whats inside them electronics!

Very bad experience. Wish i could have given them 0 stars. The employee Dennis agreed on $210 for a ps4, then only gave me $200. Dennis and another female employee named Sierra were talking back and forth right in front of me about inappropriate things like sex and popping pills! Just over all a very unprofessional and inappropriate experience with cash america pawn. Will not be back there or recommend anybody pursuing a sale or doing a pawn with them. Very very unsatisfying.

Staff is friendly and reasonable pawnss. Some items to purchase are expense but I like that things price drop quarterly.

I was left on hold with an employee name Trudy. SHE WAS VERY RUDE left me on hold to get a manager to check on my merchandise and 30 minutes later no one came and Im in line for 30 more minutes and theres five employees the worst service every no one spoke . Im NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN.I will never recommend any one here.

They Take their sweet time, way longer than necessary imo. If you expect to be in and out in a timely manner, youll be very disappointed! The line is long, even with 5 employees working behind the counter, They REMAIN inefficient! if you do plan on doing business with them, youd be SMART to bring a fold-up chair (LOL.... Seriously though)! They are exceptionally rude! Cold hearted even. DONT expect to be treated in a friendly manner or with any dignity! Seems like the employees are burnt out and HATE/Are MISERABLE at their job! Ungrateful for your business.

Nothing but theives work at this place.I pawned a flat screen TV, paid to get it out and low and behold IT WASNT THERE!!!!tried to replace my tv that was less than a year old, with an older model replacement tv??? Are you serious!!!!Tried haggling me over the value of my TV and the fraudulent renewal charges I was charged, needless to say will be staying FAR AWAY from this place!

I left this place 3 times already because i could not be served by anyone. You legit stand in line for damn near an hour.

I was very unhappy with the service here and all their “extra” fees. I went in here with my diamond ring, they charged me $67. 00 dollars on small $250 loan, the next day picking it up I was charged a extra $48. They are a big rip off. I suggest going somewhere else.

This pawn shop took some jewelry on pawn and the person that pawned the items was using stolen idenity of my wife. We reported it to the local authorities but the pawn shop refuses to help us in any way.
