Great store. They have a huge selection of food that you wouldn’t find at your normal grocery store. It’s great. It’s always so clean and very well maintained. I always feel relaxed when I walk in their too. I was sad when they got rid of their movie and video game section, but I got over it.

Sometimes they dont have my wifes favorite ice cream Magnam double raspberry. But, it seems that is the normal thing for the stores in this area. As far as everything else. Good service. Fresh food, everyone that works for the Ingles seem happy and enjoy giving top notch customer service.

I love Ingles. Im not sure how they stay in business because Ive never seen them busy like Kroger and Publix. Thats good for me, however.

Ingles has a great selection of vegetables and herbs to select from. Also their seafood and meats are always fresh. And I love their fresh donut selections.

Always a great experience. Such a friendly staff. Will never shop at Kroger again. My only complaint about Ingles is that when we visited a different Ingles they had a better variety of food in the hot food area like Chinese food and a hot fresh pizza bar. I wish our Ingles on Dallas Nebo had this option as well.

Ate dinner last Sunday from the hot food deli. It was so delicious 😊so decided to return today. It was like night and day ☹️ today the pinto beans were bland and undercooked. The green beans were the same and tasted like the can they came from. The baked chicken was bland as well. I literally threw my entire meal in the garbage. Purchased a salad from the salad bar and thought I could salvage my lunch. Unfortunately, the bacon bits were tainted as they tasted spoiled 🤢🤢🤢 also, the young man literally sloshed the food in the container which made for an unsightly mess😏. So, I sit hungry and disappointed on this football Saturday. This place is definitely on my hit or Miss list.🙄

This is a very nice store that certainly offers an alternative to the areas Kroger & Publix locations. Locally grown produce. A fresh salad bar.

Wow, I use to work for Publix which typically is very clean. Even so, this Ingles shopping experience was by far my best ever! Not just clean but professional help was only an moment away. I wish it was closer to Douglasville. Now Ill have to find a reason to go there yet again. Great place and people working there. I would have given them a 10 🌟 rating if possible...

Got sick from salad bar

The store is large with roomy aisles and good variety of selections. The sales are great but regular prices are a bit higher than other grocery stores. The self checkout was difficult but the store is getting new systems in a few weeks, according to the store associates.

The lines were long they need to have more cashiers on hand to handle all the customers other than that pretty good

Our Ingles is absolutely huge. Wide variety of everything you could want. Never crowded. You could actually drive an 18 wheeler down the aisles. The Ingles store brand products are very good

Toooo expense ! No frozen fish except tilapia. Seafood way too expensive. Cant afford to shop here. Spent $130.00 !and got home wondering where the rest was.

Dont use the self service kiosk! Absolutely terrible software. Literally need assistance for 8 of the 10 items I purchased. Staff was nice tho

The store is very clean and well organized! The isles are very spacious allowing plenty of room for people to navigate! I also love Ingles selection of groceries! It always seems like they have more to offer than Kroger or Publix.

I was just at the Ingles on Dallas Nebo Road in Dallas Georgia, standing at the register that had its lights on but no cashier. I asked the cashier who was looking at her phone in the self check out are if there was anyone at this register, she picked up the phone and called for assistance to that register. Shortly after a redhead cashier walks to the register and pushes past me taking a customer from another register before me. She looked right at me and didn’t say a word, didn’t ask if it was OK if they stepped in front of me, didn’t apologize, nothing. I called and complained to the manager Ramona however based on the lack of interest in her voice I doubt she cared. I knew there was a reason I shop at Publix.

I was so tired of Kroger being out of everything (no meat, certain staples have been out for WEEKS) that I decided to go up the street to Ingles. Prices are SLIGHTLY higher, however they are STOCKED. I was able to get fresh meat, juice, produce, and toilet paper! The store is clean, bright and very well stocked. The aisles are wide and easy to manage, which is NOT the case at our local Kroger. I think Ill be doing the bulk of my grocery shopping at Ingles from now on!

My choice when I want to go closer to home. And I love the gas discount.

Took them 4 hours to fill a prescription I needed, I’m an asthmatic also suffering with covid, they have 1 person working at all times. They should stop being so cheap and hire some more employees

This place is an Ingles flagship store! It carries almost everything you can think of food wise including international foods. This store also includes a fantastic deli, DVD rentals, a butcher and a pharmacy. The store is kept very clean!The reason I didnt give this store five stars has to do with their prices. Patrons can really rack up a whopper grocery bill by shopping here!

Proximity to my home is awesome. Always clean. Pharmacy purchases count toward fuel points unlike its local competitor. Their Laura Lynn store brand offers great products with significant savings.

Overpriced on most items, and my wine never rings up at the tagged price so I always have to go back there with the cashier and then she has to get a manager to override, its a whole ordeal. Every time. I simply so the sales or go there when I just need a quick item or two because its my closest store and its never packed. But I do my normal shopping elsewhere... Kroger, Aldi, Walmart, Sams & Publix. Ingles prices are similar to Publix but not as good of quality or sales. EXCEPT their bakerys glazed croissants! Those are worth going for by themselves!

Clean store with a nice variety of goods. Shelves are neat and stocked. Prices are decent and they do Mark down clearance items. Only reason I deduct 1 star is because only the cashiers and baggers are friendly and personable. The rest of the staff is courteous and professional, but do not smile much nor do they say hello.

Huge aisles and great deli! Friendly clean with all the foods you need to whip in the jutx&en like its stir fry! The international section is awesome with so many staple ingredients from other lands to help you change up whats for dinner!

Why cant there be one price. The savings card program is a sham. So they can charge you more if you dont have or use the card. $.10 off a gallon of gas if you spend $100. The gas is priced .10-.15 higher than other stations in the area.

I would like to report racist hiring practices by Lisa the hiring manager at this store. My son called to see if they were hiring and on the phone she said “ yes we are fill out an app and come on in” my son then did that. I then brought him in. Lisa talked to him for about 2 seconds and the told hem she will give him a call. He called back a couple days later and now all of the sudden Lisa said they were not hiring. Since I’ve been shopping at the store as far as boys go, I have only seen white boys as courtesy clerks. I have even seen some new ones since Lisa said they weren’t hiring. I believe this is very unfair. My son is clean cut in shape, well spoken, I don’t see any other reason for Lisa to have not given him a chance other that the fact that he didn’t fit the “look” ( race) of the other kids that she hires. This is very unfair and next I’m taking it to corporate level. In fact I already have.

I like that its not very busy usually. But other than that their prices and selections cant compete with others really. Now the little convenient store that they have i would give a 5 star rating its pretty awesome really!

When I need produce I go to Ingles. They have the freshest vegetables and fruit. Ingles has a much larger selection of meats and cheeses in the deli. There is a salad bar during the day. The salad bar has a selection of olives and chicken cooked in a variety of ways. The bakery has an excellent selection of breads, cakes and pies.

The customer service exceeded ALL my expectations. Love this place!

Love it! Clean store. Guides at isle to find what you might not know where it is!!! Love that. Produce fresh! Meat fresh not brown. And they cut it how you like free. Just an all around great shopping experience.

Very clean and well stocked grocery store. Great meat department. Butchers will cut meat to order. Love the soup, salad and olive bar. Produce always looks very fresh. Prices are slightly higher than most of the other grocery stores in the area but well worth it. Great and friendly employees.

Easy parking. They just closed there movie rental. I believe this will be about the last time I go to Ingles. I really enjoyed renting movies. I hate it that theyre closing I always bought stuff when I went in this is a drag.

Love this place. I actually pass a Kroger to get there. The produce is always fresh and I love the fact two people with a cart can actually pass each other in the isle with out scraping. With the more popular Kroger near by most of the crowds are there which makes Ingles a joy to go to. Staff is always friendly.

Ingles is clean, well-lit, has wide aisles, good selection/sales/prices. Their Deli, Pastry and Salad sections are always fresh with great home style foods. Good variety of beer and wine and cheeses. The Pharmacy staff are great! Two of my favorite things about my Ingles is an excellent and responsive store Manager (Keith) and friendly, proficient staff. Oh, wait! And I really like the quality and taste of many of their store brands!

This ingles is on the smaller size, the bread, and meat selections are very, very small. (Usually have some discounted meat super cheap great for freezing and cooking later). Great vegetable selection, fresh and something is always on sale. Due to being a smaller store its good for quick trips and vegetables. Other wise heavy or more specific shopping I would got to the Kroger on Hwy 278.Store is very clean, and organized friendly staff!

Hands down the nicest Ingles Ive ever been to. From the gentleman in the meats department, to the employees stocking the aisles, to the floral lady, to the check out, everybody was good morning, how are you? Super friendly and helpful. The store was immaculate and the prices were nice and big in front of all the items.

The cashiers and baggers at this location are friendly, especially a young blonde-haired lady named Kathryn. I appreciate the fact that she will chat you up about anything while scanning and bagging your groceries in a timely and effective manner. The only reason I detracted a star is because they could do better as far as checking the dates on their items. Several times I have bought something from here, it’s been out of date. Like, by more than a month. So now I check the dates on everything. Other than that, this Ingles is great!

Really like this grocery store, and I hate grocery shopping. They are well stocked, orderly and have a great variety. Ive never seen long lines at check out, but my visits are always at different times. If you get an Ingles card you can save on groceries and earn money off your gas purchase after you spend certain amount.

I forgot how much I enjoyed shopping with Ingles until I moved closer to this one. Way to go store cleanliness, customer service, the Bakery people are the most helpful, and the music is well chosen. - 1 star for leaky bathroom toilet that I slipped in.

Clean, well stocked grocery store. There is a deli area with salad bar and a section for hot meals. In addition to the grocery items In needed, I got a couple of hot meals to take home for supper. They also have a section with tables if you want to eat there. Meat, two veggies, and bread is $5.

This location is always clean, and usually has everything I am looking for. I also love Ingles in general because they have a wide variety of new grocery items I cant find anywhere else in my area. My favorite grocery store.

Ingles in Hiram is awesome! Never crowded, plenty of space between isles and prices are decent. Great gas program by earning points when you purchase.Staff are young and occasionally need to develope customer training skills, but they have to learn somewhere.

The ingles on nebo road is the cleanest and most organized grocery store Ive ever visited. The have a much better selection than I was expecting, especially for their location. Beer and wine, international foods, an olive and salad bar.. it really is amazing.

Love coming to this ingles. My kids bolt for the bakery every time we arrive. Produce is always fresh and wife loves the self serve salad bar. Keep up the good work.

Exceptionally clean and well managed. Items are always in stock and the very best quality. I can find things here that I cannot find at any market nearby. The management and regular employees are fantastic!
