Lids is one of the best hat shops around, you can customize you fitted if you’d like. Nothing bad to say l love this place and also recommend you shop here.

Place opens at 11, online it say open. Employee arrived at 11:44 not professional at all. Crazy thing is it’s Gameday a lot of fans like to buy their fan gear so they can represent. Apparently this is a normal thing because I’ve noticed the same complaints in reviews.

Its almost 12 and the store is still closed. Drove 30 mins for nothing. Again.

I wanted to purchase a customized cap for my grandfather who lives in another country. The store manager was very patient and accommodating and took his time to understand what I wanted and exactly how I wanted it to look. When he found out it was going overseas, he went the back and got a special box for us to pack it in. Overall, Im very satisfied with my experience there and would highly recommend this shop to others.

Received an email from Lids saying there doors would be open and they were starting there Semi- Annual clearance sale. Arrived at 12 noon on Sunday to find that the doors were still closed. Despite the sign on the door saying the hours for Sunday where 12-6pm the store has remained closed.

Great Gear but Pricy

Been here waiting since 10am when it was supposed to open, 10:45 now and not open and people waiting. Not very good on game day when people want their team hat for the day.
