DO NOT shop at the boutique OBSESS. Very rude owner, disrespectful and terrible customer service. Her costume jewelry contains lead and had my friend break out all over neck after only wearing for a few hours. Also the bracelet broke the same day it was purchased. I also bought a jumpsuit that I did not notice had holes with stitching breaking loose in butt area and she refused to return it or give me store credit. It was never worn tags still attached but yet the cheap costume jewelry she took back the return and when I asked why take the jewelry and not the jumpsuit she said because I CHOSE TO! Which means you will get no type of professionalism if you have any issues. She stated strict no returns at all but yet she picked and choose what she would except back. Her clothes are rainbow store quality for high prices. You don’t have to trust my review Go find out for yourself and don’t say I didn’t warn you. This why you can’t support all black owned businesses. This women has no common sense or business ethics.
I love this mall! There is so many places and there is a food court! There was also a mini-train you get to ride, I had the experience and it was awesome. Would recommend to families for a summer vacation.
Lived near this mall for years. Always been clean with a good selection of stores. One shooter that was dealt with quickly by mall security in the 22 years of its operation and people give it 1 star. Please go to Green Briar and check it out you dont like it here. You will come back
Definitely not as nice as it used to be, but still a pretty good mall. Has a Books-a-Million, movie theatre and a ton of clothing stores. Good selection in the food court.

If you advertise on your website and Google listing that you are open until 9pm then please dont let every store in the mall close at 8:30pm. I drove 30 minutes to this mall after a long day at work only to be greeted by a string of locked gates with lights out. Only kiosks were open. Why not have the courtesy to alert the public if your entire mall is going to close a full half hour or more before your advertised closing time? Change the website listing and signs on the mall doors. Disappointing and not worth making another trip.
This is only because of Mens Image. DO NOT SHOP THERE! They do not have integrity. They are so rude. They took my money for an item that was the wrong size. They promised to find the correct size or return my money in 2 months. Came back 2 months later and they acted like they never said it. Told me I could have store credit. Who wants to do business with such men? Ridiculous. Very disappointed.
I moved to Georgia a few months ago, last week Saturday was my first time going to Arbor Place Mall. There are many stores there like Macys, Dillards, Express, Old Navy, Foot Locker, Forever 21, Justice, Kay Jewelers, Kids Worlds, Legz for Dayz, LensCrafters, Lids, Victoria Secret, Regal Cinemas Arbor PlaceIts far from me and I dont intend driving down there anytime soon but I had fun there because I stayed by to watch a Breakthrough movie. I took me 45 minutes drive from my house.The Mall is lovely tho, I wished its a little closer to me it will be my day in day out mall cus I love to shopLeave a thumbs up 👍 😍
This is the ABSOLUTE best place in Georgia to be vaccinated. This place has the best model anywhere. I drove several elderly and family members to this location. It runs like clock work. I assumed that the Sears Parking lot at Gwinnett Place Mall would be similar. Its an unorganized mess. There is no place like Douglasville.
The outside doesnt look so fine but, the inside is beautiful. The stores have beautiful things.
Love the mall, However stopped at Sarku to get something to eat and witness one of the cooks going between raw and cooked food with no gloves on and wiping his hands on his apron. Unsanitary!!!

Love this mall. You will see a lot of teenagers but you can go about your business as needed. I always visit American Deli for their wings, and right now, wings and fries are the only items that they serve. Sorry. I always ask for plain fried wings with just a little extra seasoning, and I tell you, its good eating! Fries and their sweet tea will keep you coming back! Enjoy!

Terrible customer service. I called the dillards two different times to see if they had a pair of leggings in stock. They said they were too busy to have transfer me to the floor. Drive all the way out there, they aren’t busy at all and they didn’t have what I needed. I feel like they could have helped me on the phone If they really wanted to. Disappointing.
1st visit here recently. Its a big mall with all of the usual stores but what I liked most were the number and variety of different small businesses with popular/ trendy items/ concepts. Malls tend to get boring to me but we had a lot of choices to find some more original items than other malls nearby. And the small businesses had good curb appeal so it didnt look cheap. I also like the layout, like hot topic, spencers, zumiez, lids & an anime store all right next to each other.. makes a trip with my teenager quicker when he wants to tag along. Its the same concept with most of the stores. Didnt see the food court, not sure if theres a theater or other entertainment either. We went on a Saturday, it was busy but good wait times in line. Every store employee was friendly. I prefer this mall over cumberland. Umm, I entered near rooms to go, not sure if there are more dining restaurants on the other side of the mall but choices were slim on that end with just an olive garden. We will be back soon to really explore this mall:)

Great clean spacious
Its a large mall with a wide variety of stores, very clean both in the bathrooms and the general walking areas. The only thing I would say is that the food court seating area is pretty small considering the amount of traffic they get during the busy hours, so it can be pretty hard to find seating. Other than that, the stores are good and theres usually pretty nice deals going on in a lot of them, and the mall typically isnt obscenely packed with huge crowds

This is a shopping mall with plenty of stores to choose from, however it is a lot of clothing type stores. They need to add some fun stores with more individualistic tastes. More odds and ends. Not just focus on clothing. Food court has plenty of options and there is a movie theater. Usually a good crowd here as well. Just feel like it is to big a focus on clothing.

It was good visit I went to the regal cinemas inside the mall to see a movie so most of my comments are directed to that effect. The movie theatre seems nicely maintained with no interruptions during the movie . The Restrooms seemed clean and well stocked. The concession seemed a little too many people for an early morning. Mostly teen to twenty age range in staff, but very polite. I enjoyed my experience.

The mall is an awesome place.. Inside this mall is a place called Tip to Toe Nail Salon... Ive tried other places and they cant compare to this one... I always go back... I see William, hes so good... I do gel nails and the American manicure... William does them so good its about a little over 2 months before I have to go back... They do everything... If you wanna have nails done that last longer then go see the staff at Tip to Toe... I promise you you wont be disappointed... I love this salon. Please check them out... BTW they are located right next door to J.C Penny..
Too many clothing stores, if not for FYE, Spencers, or the movie theater there would be no reason to come here other than clothes or food.There used to be a table top games and trading card store in the beginning that was awesome for nerds, now its a tuxedo shop who the hell goes to the mall for a tux.
I always stop at this mall on the way to drop my son off at UWG. I absolutely love it. They have such a great selection of stores. Earthbound is my favorite store they have so many beautiful things. We luuuuv the food court bc is has something for everyone. Ive never had any problems and Ive always had a great shopping experience.
I enjoyed my experience here. This is a huge mall with a variety of stores and restaurants. It is very comfortable and family-oriented. Parking was great. The ease of access traveling through the mall was awesome. I went on a Saturday and it wasnt too crowded.
It wasnt completely packed which made my visit much better. The place is clean and well lit with tons of shops and things to do. While malls may be going the way of the dodo, this one still has plenty to offer.
The mall brings in lots of people from all over. The sanitation could be better, and some of the people appear sketchy. The food court is diverse. The elevators and escalators are well kept. They have plenty of stores, so you can go in for just about anything you need.
Terrible experience. Mall security is not only neglectful but lazy. Major reformation needs to happen with the Mall security staff and very soon. Highly disappointed in their behavior.
Nice mall for families
Overall, this mall is very good and has all your shopping necessities. The organization is quite messy, not many maps around to direct you. Food court is decent, could be a little bit cleaner.
This mall is super clean and usually no major issues. The people are amazing. Very good prices for the most part. Id advise all to go for a family day to see a movie or even grab a bite to eat.
I purchased furniture at Rooms To Go and had a horrible experience due to the set up of my furniture. The sales associate was great and my furniture I love. However, if you purchase furniure from Rooms To Go, make sure the furniture is properly set up and screwed together securely. In my case I assumed they would put my bed together with the frame screwed to the bed. They did not do that. So my bed fell with me on it. They never secured the frame to the poles which also when I looked, did not reach the floor. (T shaped braces to hold up the bed. ) I am disabled and had to lift the bed and box spring to find it never was attached with screws. I was told the time had passed and I should have made sure the job was done correctly so nothing would be done from the customer care person . So I have to find and pay someone to do what their delivery men neglected to do. I will not purchase anything from this company again.
Arbor Place Mall is a typically two story shopping mall with quite a few stores, kiosks and a food court.......you can find bargains at this mall, but as with any mall, they are typically more expensive than stand alone stores......I would only recommend a mall to people who asked for one!........ plenty of parking and a good bit of walking........
Excellent Mall, very clean and very well policed. I feel perfectly safe in this mall. This mall has an excellent choice in stores and you will find yourself hard-pressed to walk out without what you were looking for. I hope this mall is around for at least a hundred years! Keep it up Arbor, youre on the right track!
Love this mall! Definitely a variety of stores and a good food court with a variety of surrounding restaurants. Movie theater, bungee jumping and a train for the kids provide additional entertainment.
We love going here for mall needs wish we lived closer to it. It has a lot of great stores and seems easy access I hope that this mall isnt one not getting enough customers. Its sad all the malls are going away for online life.

My fave mall in the area to just meander around, browsing through the stores. Too many good ones to name but our fave part is the Food Court. Yummy, wide open with plenty of seating and the food in every restaurant is good. Also, the theater is gorgeous and HUGE! A little expensive but well worth it for a good movie you are looking forward to seeing.
I always love coming to Arbor Place Mall this is the place that my husband bought my wedding band. Its a good place to come and hang out and have a good time especially if youre older and not with teenagers. I love the movie theaters here its a great place to just sit and relax and catch a movie be careful about leaving valuables out here though because it is a big city and you can have things stolen very easily
I love that mall. It got different places to eat at. It got my favorite Anna pretzels and other places to get a snack. I love build a bear workshop.
I enjoy shopping here with my kids. It’s good for the young people and the type of gear they like to buy. Like Forever 21 and Justice. Nice food court, a movie theater, and activities (bungee cords and mini golf)
Nice mall if you like action!!! Its always poppin at this mall. We use to go to the Build a Bear shop at the time. My daughter was obsessed at one point in time. There were other stores that I enjoyed in this mall. Not a bad place to hang out in. Food court was also decent.
Surprisingly still a great mall. I cried a little inside when they got rid of the book store, Ive spent countless hundreds of hours in there. One of the better movie theaters in there as well. A lot of options at the food court, and of course my kids love the adjacent play area. Throw in that jumping contraption for kids and this is actually a decent family outing usually.
We went to see Santa at Christmas time. Wish they would get a better one. We have gone here for years . Its tradition. Probably wont go back next Christmas we will start a new tradition some where else
Not a bad place to shop. family friendly, elevators through out the mall for strollers and wheelchairs, decent food court, variety of stores to include a store to buy sage and Himalayan essential oil lamp. Macys is here, movie theatre, Game Stop and several sneaker shops. I like the bungee cord jumping thing that kids seem to favor. Nice flying high into the air, just dont eat 1st.
I always love shopping here there are so many stores and they so many different new styles that are out as far as when it comes to clothes, jewelry, shoes and etc. They also have a huge food court with a movie theater that is connected right into the mall which is so nice and convenient.
Took my grandchildren to Arbor Place to see Santa over the weekend. I was dismayed about the capitalism around what used to be so much fun for families. The reason for the season is all about money. We waited in line over an hour, which I expected. So glad I didnt purchase a package though because by the time we made it to the front of the line, my granddaughter changed her mind about sitting with Santa. Eventually, her brother was able to get her to stand near Santa so I could try and snap a pic for the kids mom, but the photographer quickly stood between Santa and me so that I could not get a picture! I could not believe it! If a family wants to purchase professional photos of their kid with Santa, great, but gives customers the option. Families should not be forced to purchase a package to get a picture. Being that this IS a business, at the very least, offer shoppers the opportunity to purchase one 5x7. Not everyone can afford a $32+ package. I am very disappointed that the only memory that I have of my granddaughter with Santa is Santa and that employees behind! My granddaughter is nowhere to be seen. #missedopportunity No bueno! 👎
I used to go here for a quick lunch all the time. I would request Abbi D. as my waitress because she is the greatest waitress I have ever had in my life. The new manager is not enjoyable to talk to. The beer selection used to be amazing, however, now it is just a buffalo wild wings with better lighting.
Arbor Place Mall is the only two-story, indoor shopping mall in the West Georgia area on the I-20 corridor. Management keeps it clean, fresh, and modern. The stores are relevant, and security is good. Its a pleasant place to hang out, shop, and enjoy a rainy day. The Regal 18 Cinemas, a decent food court, and great anchor stores like Old Navy and Bed Bath & Beyond help make this a well-rounded mall to visit.
This is my second time going there whats a nice small! I think they have a carousel upstairs somewhere near the food court but its a pretty decent Mall. It stays packed I will tell you that.

Pretty good mall overall. It does get pretty crowded sometimes but overall it is a decent experience. Along with having a good selection of stores, there is even a really good movie theatre. This mall is in my top 5.
Ive always loved going to the mall during the day on a weekday. Its quiet and I loved to walk the whole thing. I didnt spend a lot each time, but I was there pretty often. I dont really go much anymore because of the middle kiosks. No, I dont want popcorn. No, I dont want your CD. Im in a contract on my cell phone. No, I dont want a massage in the middle of the mall. My hands are soft enough, thanks. And, the worst offender: DO NOT TOUCH ME WITH YOUR STRAIGHTENER. Also, why are you so offended by my curly hair? The mall used to be my happy place, now I just feel accosted. No thank you.
This mall is bigger than other malls Ive been to. Theyve a good selection for their food court. Very few empty stores. Long train route for little kids that is stationed outside Old Navy on second floor.
Really nice mall, great to have one right here in town. Not as fancy with super expensive department stores or quite as big as town center, but still a really great place to spend an afternoon. Good selections in the food court and Regal cinemas right there in the mall to catch a matinee.
I have been living in this area for years now. Trust me when I say that this mall is the best in town, they have the best food court that I have seen in any other local mall, and they have the best stores to shop at. One of my personal favorites is hot topic. This place is the best place to go if you are into gaming, K-pop, and basically any other fandom, because this place will have it. Arbor place is also just a great place to hangout even if you dont have any money. There are many other things you can do around the mall for free. Security at this mall is beyond rude. Dillard’s is closed. Just another mall that’s losing its luster.
They do certainly try their best here, trying to keep the place up to date, or even further, using smart phones and apps to connect shoppers with the mall. I have to be frank however, the food court is a bit smaller than Id like it to be, and the shops that come and go are never really appealing to begin with. I hope some better selections come soon.
My sister and I were being followed all throughout the mall, and didnt realize it for a little while. We kept seeing the same two guys after every store we left, then I finally realized it wasnt coincidence. They followed us all the way out to the parking lot, then pursued in the car as well. There were no security guards in sight, and I cant imagine how common this is being so close to I-20. I will not be going back without my husband, and I definitely will not be bringing my children.
Ive gone to this mall since my kids were little. It has always had what I needed and it is pretty close to where I live. No complaints here.
Its an average mall. The food court is clean and well kept. There are a nice variety of stores. Compared to other malls near Atlanta, it lacks in quantity of products (which is understandable ). I cant explain why but the atmosphere is different compared to other malls Ive been to. It doesnt feel like theres a bustling mall culture. (If that makes sense)
