Kevin is a very kind and informative team member, worth asking for him.Connie and Lee in the parts department are super helpful and pleasant to work with.As someone who has bought 10+ bikes in the last 10 years at multiple dealerships and online throughout GA, Colorado, and Tennessee, this is one of those rare shops that you actually can expect fair and reasonable experience. No BS, no crazy freebies, just a solid straightforward experience.

I was traveling from Nashville TN (3.5 hour drive) to hopefully buy a bike they had in stock. I was a little concerned of what the experience would be like and worried I’d return home empty handed. What I didn’t expect was that it was going to be the best experience I’ve ever had buying a bike or car. They were all really just a great bunch of guys. Didn’t pressure me on a single thing. It took just a few minutes to agree on the price (good deal for me and them/I’m very happy) buying my bike was actually so straight forward and transparent that the whole process was less than an hour. They were honest so I enjoyed making a deal with them.I worked with Andrew. He was a very cool guy and made it easy. Helped me play with the numbers on the portion I financed as long as I wanted.Afterwards I found out it’s family owned business and maybe that’s why it could be the place it is.20 out of 20! If this place is within your range I recommended you buy your bike from them!

I have taken my Honda Pioneer 1000-5 to Freewheeling twice and both experiences were abysmal. Their service department is truly trash. There are several recalls on the Pioneer and both times I’ve brought the Pioneer in to get the recalls fixed they didn’t do the work. I even called to make sure they were going to address everything that got missed last time and the lady couldn’t even remember what they were supposed to be doing. And this was after it had been there for two weeks. Dear lord…I’ve also had other maintenance issues they said they’d look at and when I get it back they didn’t fix any of the issues. It may just be an issue of being busy, but they will tell you on the phone they’ll fix something while their mechanics ignore it.I’ve spent $600 for what are essentially oil changes. There aren’t a lot of options for SXS service, but would encourage you to try anywhere else first.

I will NEVER buy a bike anywhere else. This dealership is hands down, the best dealership I have ever worked with. They are honest and treat their customers incredibly. I personally work with Joey who is top notch. I have also got a chance to work with and meet the rest of the team and they are all genuinely good people who want to help you. You just dont see this at dealerships anymore. I like this dealership so much, I will just stop in on Saturdays to say hi. Had a situation come up on a bike I bought, and they rectified the issue immediately. In fact, it really wasnt an issue because they handled it so professionally and efficiently. Cant say enough good things about Freewheeling. Go visit place, you wont be disappointed.

The parts department is by far the best in customer service that I’ve ever experienced in any transaction. With that being said I now move on to the maintenance department. They are by far the slowest I’ve ever seen. I took my bike for a regular tune up and 5 weeks later I’m still waiting for them to finish my bike. This place could be a 5 star rating if they could figure out how to get the maintenance department to move a bit quicker.

I had a great buying experience here but thats not what I want to write about. Joey Porter was my salesman and we kept in touch after the sale. Joey often organizes rides for his customers and I was able to accept his invitation to ride this weekend. The ride concluded at a nice brewery and I had to leave a little early so I said goodbye and started home.About 10 minutes after leaving my bike had a problem leaving it disabled on the side of the road. I tried calling Triumph roadside assistance and was having problems so I wanted to give Joey a call to see if he had any suggestions for getting the bike running or perhaps some idea how to get around my problems with the roadside assistance. He wasnt having any of that, he left the gathering he personally organized to make sure my wife and I were OK and see if he might be able to figure out what was wrong. He couldnt figure out the problem so he called Triumphs lead tech but unfortunately they werent able to figure anything out. Amazing customer service right? Well it gets crazier. Ive never once met Brian, the lead tech. Brian volunteers to drive an hour from his home (on a holiday weekend) to where my bike is located to pick it up, bring it to the dealer, and try to figure out whats wrong with it. Joey decides hes going to ride his motorcycle home, get his car, and drive me and my wife home -- we live over an hour from where the ride concluded. This is stuff that Id hate to ask of a good friend and the people at Triumph never even batted an eye. I hardly even care whats wrong with the bike, Im just so happy to know such good people I cant imagine ever going anywhere else to buy a bike again.Seriously, if you are in need of a motorcycle then consider Triumph and if you decide that Triumph (or Honda) is the brand you want then theres absolutely nowhere else you should even think of buying. These guys are absolutely amazing.

I called Freewheeling Powersports to inquire about a very specific bike. Joey answered my questions concerning the price over the phone, which is pretty rare in the vehicle sales world. Every detail was discussed during the call, with no bs involved (even rarer). I came in about an hour after the call, got the bike, picked out some gear, and was out in no time. Johnny in Finance wasn’t pushy at all (again, another rarity), and the parts department went above and beyond as well! Thank you Freewheeling Powersports for the best dealership purchasing experience I’ve ever had!

Salesperson was eager and helpful over the phone. I made a deposit over the phone to hold a motorcycle. Unfortunately I decided to go a different direction and did not go through with the purchase. Upon review of my emailed receipt there was no mention that the deposit was not refundable so I contacted the salesperson seeking a refund. The salesperson returned my second request with several reasons why the dealership would not refund my deposit. My thoughts... proceed with caution when dealing with Freewheeling Powersports.

Long story but I bought a used bike off the showroom. 1999 Honda Shadow. Great bike but after my first ride I noticed a few more serious issues. The chain tension was maxed out, fork seals pouring, and speedometer cable broken. I called, then drove back by as the general manager asked me to do. I pull up and 3 people started inspecting the bike. The GM asked Connie (one of my favorite people on this earth) to order the parts. I didn’t make it back by for a few months as I was so busy with my business. I show back up and Connie is so excited to see me and has my parts on the shelf. They fixed everything at no cost to me. I bought the bike As Is! They didn’t have to be those kind of people to go out of there way and make sure to take care of a bike they got in on trade. What wonderful people and so kind. I brought two friends and they purchased bikes as well. Will always be back here.

Very disappointed. They had my vtx 1800 after I bought it to go over the bike and replace tires. I also had asked them to replace clutch fluid. They did not replace the clutch fluid. I needed up having issues with it less than a month latter. They did replace tires and told me they were replacing the back wheel bearing but now I question if they even did that. They charged for for the clutch fluid but failed to deliver. Not the first time I’ve had issues with the service department. The other time was with my previous bike. IThey replaced a vacuum line with stock hose and told me they were going to order the form fit vacuum line hose. Took the bike in a trip and that vacuum line kept sliding off because they failed to secure it and did not put on a form fit hose that they charged me for! Will not be returning. Very disappointed in a dealer not providing top tier service.

Ive been a customer of freewheeling for quite some time and have never had a bad experience. The first bike I bought was when Jim owned it on consignment. It developed an oil leak. I brought it back fully expecting to pay for repairs he had it taken care of. Bought my second bike after the new owners took over the process was smooth and professional again. The most recent transaction was not even a sale but an information call, I spoke to Connie about some dresser bars for my Thunderbird. She searched the computer for the dealership that had them gave me their contact and told me how I should pose my questions another dealership got the sale but because of the great service I get all around at freewheeling that will be my first go to place for motorcycle parts repair and purchase. When I went in they added a $200 doc fee, $125 assembly fee, $50 destination fee, and one more I forgot. Total came out to $2133. Thats $484 in fees! Almost 25% of the cost of the bike. To some this may be a nice dealership but to myself an individual who simply went in to purchase a bike out right I found out the hard way on their way of sealing deals for me in most States if you do not take the vehicle off the property it is not officially sold but in this case I was told I needed to pay for the bike fully before a test ride once I paid for the bike all the paperwork was processed by them I then waited a couple days to go back to the dealership due to a check engine light on the bike the day I originally went in I was unable to take it the day that I paid for it and ask them to do a road test on it when I returned the owner told me that theres no going back on the deal that I already paid for it and the paperwork is done and its registered so the deal cannot be undone....and as I tried to express to him that he has the power to simply make this deal go away he refused to work with me in anyway and kick me out of his office so unless youre a local I would not suggest going to this dealership to purchase anything...Im not like other people I will not go into full detail on all the reasons the deal went wrong but thats the moral of the story

Very smooth transaction and quite quick at that. Johnny in finance finished up all the paperwork for both bikes and out I went with a new Rocket. Sure glad I got it as its the last year of release. First time prospecting customer really let down by this place. I drove 45 min to the store to get parts which they did have in stock. Connie was going to order me some tie rods to go with the ends they had in stock because the ends didnt fit my rods. Was supposed to get a call friday about my parts when they arrived as i was assured we will get you going by the weekend well monday rolls around. Still no parts. I call in this morning (Wednesday a week later) She says she has them. Then not sure if she has them said she would call back in just a second. 3 hours later im writing this review still with a bike torn apart in the garage... I could have had the oem parts shipped to me for less and been here had i ordered them last Wednesday when i started this venture attempting to get parts from this company. She asked multiple times to give her a chance she wants the younger generation coming in the store. We gave a chance and have heard back from you zero times. Show room was pretty nice.
