My experience with using Extra Space Storage has been Excellent! The storage as well as the premises was every clean and I didn’t have any worries what so ever about the the safety of my items. Gigi was so helpful and professional throughout this whole process and I would definitely return if needed again.

My husband and I found this storage unit company coming from another one we had stopped at but received terrible customer service. And we are so happy we did! From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with a smile, promptly shown the unit and we got all our questions answered. The lady who was working, GiGi I believe she said her name was, was exceptional! She was so friendly, and as mentioned above, knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. The process was quick and easy and in no time we had our unit. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage for all your storage needs!

I was high bidder on one of their units. The place is clean the service was super nice. Anyone looking for a storage rental place in the douglasville ga area this would be a great place to go to. Its gated and has lights every where. It is just the perfect place to keep your extra stuff till you need it.

Anna was on her way to lunch when we arrived and had no problem making us feel like we were more than welcome. We even offered to come back and she wouldnt hear of it. Excellent customer service. Very professional from time we arrived til we left. Only reason for 4 stars not 5 is I felt prices were a bit high and added fees.
