Go NOWHERE else for your muffler needs, be they repairs, new stuff, whatever you may need. Custom Mufflers is outstanding. I needed a repair, they took a look and the owner told me my problem was a warranty issue and the repair should be done for free at the dealership. He did offer to repair it, but the honesty was refreshing. So, no satisfaction at the dealership(s) - a story for another time - and back I go to Custom Mufflers. The issue was repaired correctly, quickly and at a very fair price. These guys are great, cant say enough good things about them. Thanks for helping me out! Came in on a Saturday to get a custom muffler done on my Toyota Tundra. Sounds amazing and they were really quick. In and out in under an hour. Price was great too. I needed my exhaust repaired and they were able to get me in immediately and fixed my exhaust in less than 10 minutes. They offered a good price and my truck is running better than before my exhaust line came apart a week ago. They were nice gentlemen and I would recommend them to anyone who needs exhaust work.

This was my second visit to this muffler shop and while it wasnt as quick as my initial visit, in the end it was still stellar service. I went to have the exhaust adjusted on my girlfriends car because it would rattle on the frame brace of her convertible. When we left the first time, for whatever reason the issue wasnt resolved. After the shop became aware of the issue, they had us come back to have it properly fixed and it took no more than 10 minutes. They apologized for the inconvenience and thanked us for choosing their shop. I highly recommend this shop for any exhaust concerns you may have.

They installed two catalytic converters on my truck the summer of 2019. Here it is October of 2020 and I just had an exhaust leak repaired (at another shop) because rather than welding the entire circumference of the pipe they used filler on top and welded the bottom. So now I know where not to go to get an exhaust fix.I’ve heard of them for years as being very good but it was terrible job they did for me.

This place has done 2 of my trucks and they are always super quick and the best customer service I have received. They were quick to answer emails and even answered questions at 9PM at night will always use this place great people.

We had a situation where some unknown person stole the catalytic converter from our church van! I called and asked about it and they gave me an up front estimate; no strings attached. Outstanding service and great customer service. Ive taken two of my vehicles in for exhaust work and my experience was terrific. There was little to no wait before I was seen at the counter. My car was on the lift being inspected within 15 minutes. During this time, I was brought over to the lift to inspect the work that needed to be done. The repairs were completed within the hour (less than 30 minutes during my last visit) and I was on my way. Once again, great experience and I would highly recommend Custom Mufflers as your GO TO muffler shop.

Went there cuz my car was way to loud after I installed test pipes. Brought my own resonator and I welded it in in probably 10 minutes. My car sounds drastically different and I’m very very happy with the results. I would suggest coming here 👍

Very knowledgeable technicians. They found a problem from another shops catalytic converter install. They didnt charge me, but explained to me what to tell the previous technician.I took it back to Kaufman Tire and had it repaired the right way.

Ive been to Custom Mufflers three times for custom work on my 2013 Charger. Most recently, they installed some exhaust tips that were a tight fit in the plastic bumper. They were very patient and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the fitment.

I had an exhaust leak and they were able to immediately check to see what was leaking. After finding the leak he offered two options to fix it for a very reasonable price. I was extremely satisfied and will use them again for any future exhaust work.

I give this shop two stars because I came here and I told him specifically the way I wanted my muffler but it was off. They need to pay more attention to the customer’s detail. If they couldn’t do it then they should of told me and I would of went somewhere else. Got the job done at the very least.

For the record, they do great work and have great prices and seem like nice people.I had a bad experience a few weeks ago.Ive been coming to custom mufflers for about a year now, I like the location, close to the house, great people. Visited multiple times including times that Ive sent friends over there for business.Anyone who knows me knows that Im a nice person and that I speak highly of custom mufflers.Ill cut to the point. I had been waiting two weeks to get a spot available for my car to get some work done, because Im only available on weekends, finally after making it, I got setup of with the older gentleman, got my car on the rack, checked it out, told him what I would like to have done and explained to him that Mark gave me a quote in the past.He checked back with Mark to confirm, then gave me a price, of which I happily agreed to.Get ready for them to start working then Mark comes from the other side of the shop saying youve brought your car here too many times and its always a problem with something (which I find unrelated), I dont want to work on it no more .I didnt understand because hes only done work on my car twice without any issues. Yes I did bring my car there a few times to get it checked out for a future muffler install, but hes only done work on it twice.Also, when I tried to clear up whatever issue Mark had with me, he then says in front of his father yeah i told him not to come no more which I strongly disagree with. Essentially being kicked out of a shop is not something I would easily forget, so I dont see why he said that, because I never heard him say that, other wise I would never came back in the first place.Then he proceeds to criticize my car and that I should take it elsewhere. For a shop thats been voted the best in Ga, I believe the situation couldve been handled in a better manner.I do not appreciate having my time wasted over two weeks just for them to refuse my business when they could have told me from the beginning that I shouldnt bring my car there.As of right now, I feel insulted, didnt appreciate the way I was treated, as if I was some bad guy causing trouble and at the moment I do not recommend anyone over there, since they dont appreciate my business nor the people I sent to them.Apologize if this offends anyone but that was the experience I had when I last visited.Thank you.
