I have been using this place randomly for a a solid 10 years and they have yet to give me bad service. I am hard person to please and these people are good at what they do. Their prices are fair, availability on parts are good, willing to answer questions(with VALID answers) and polite. Family owned businesses seem to be the way to go, when it comes to competence. I hope others appreciate you guys.

The guys and girl at Sparomobile are MVPs!!!! I went through 3 alternators and 3 weeks with my car being down until my uncle told me to call Sparomobile. Not only was it on a saturday.. they had to drive an hour each way to get me the part right before they closed for the day and they were happy to do so.I cannot thank them enough, I will be using Sparomobile from now on to save me all the headache of online parts shopping and waiting for shipping.Also, everyone there was very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Ive been using Sparomobile for years and theyre always less expensive than the national chain stores and MUCH more knowledgeable. You call and after asking a question dont get any uhh.. um, uhh... and the service couldnt be better.Today I spoke with Ruben about a part I *thought* I needed but actually didnt. My car gave a bad code and the part was okay after being tested. HOWEVER, even though theyre in Downers Grove, Ruben actually offered to drop the part off where I work in Aurora on his way home because its only a mile or so away. That was not normal customer service, by any means, and is indicative of how they do their business.As long as Sparomobile is around, Ill be a customer. DO NOT hesitate to buy from them. Theyre the best in the business.

Called Mike on a Saturday morning looking for a BMW fuel pump. He didnt stock it but had it within an hour. No one could get it until Monday the earliest. Price was lower as well. THIS PLACE ROCKS! I will call them first from now on. Thank you, Mike!
