My mom and I were both really thankful and appreciative to be able to work with Matt Jasien over the past few weeks. We quickly were able to pick out the car my mom wanted to take home on the first visit there, but unfortunately we ran into a couple bumps along the way on our end. Despite that, Matt stuck with us through the entirety of it and made sure that even a couple weeks later, our car was still there waiting for us. Most dealerships will pressure you into buying their cars, but Matt instead was very honest with us and made sure we knew exactly what was going on, and prioritized us leaving the dealership happy and satisfied with everything. Just bought a car from CarLotz yesterday. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve had. Imagine buying a new fridge at The Home Depot, no pushy salespeople, no weird hidden fees, you can look at what you’re buying without someone pressuring you for your ideal monthly payment. CarLotz is the same!I dealt with Fontaine Pizza, he was very accommodating and helpful and we had a great conversation during the 50 MINUTES TEST DRIVE!!! Yes that’s right, I asked for a long test drive as I wanted to drive the car for a good amount of both city and highway. Fontaine was able to accommodate that without any doubt which gave me time to verify that the car had no issue.No arguing over the price, it’s priced fairly, no question. No hidden fees, just tax, title, registration and what your State recommends for doc fees.I definitely recommend giving a try if you’re looking for a car.I’ll definitely come back when it’s time to replace my second car.Trade-in Warning:One side note, if you’re considering trading-in your current vehicle, make sure to verify with them on the phone that your vehicle is eligible and make sure they run your VIN number AND AN ACTUAL PERSON CONFIRMS that it’s all good. Mine had a mileage discrepancy pop up on the Carfax which their automated system didn’t catch. In the end I wasn’t able to trade in. All in all it’s for the best. They only sell cars with no car fax issue.

Bought my vehicle back in March. Was able to schedule the test drive, put a payment down, and pick up the car within a couple days.Fontaine Pizza helped me out when I first walked through the door. In fact he was the only person to get up and greet me right away and it wasnt even busy since I went in the morning during the week. All in all a nice process.After using Carvana before I would say this a great choice too because you dont feel pressured at all.Also as a bonus they have an Xbox with a racing seat, wheel, and Forza in the waiting area!

Monse Rocha did a great job helping my son and myself to buy a car, only 1 problem with management,I can believe they let my son drive car out of the lot with dry rot tires 6 years old and barely 3/32 of life remaining according to their own mechanic, that should be considered a hazard and do better on the 133 point inspection.

We drove several of both comparing options, likes and dislikes. After we decided on a car we went home to discuss with our financial advisor. Its very nice to be able to compare options with no pressure to buy. We were able to accomplish the whole process in one day at one place!

I bought a car from them back in March. Today is the 2nd of August. I still have yet to receive my plates from them. I have called them countless times, but the Title Specialist Jennifer is never in the office during normal office hours. I am told that I will receive a call from her the next day, which I never do.The other people covering for her has been giving me different and wrong information about the process. I have not received a SINGLE UPDATE initiated by them. I had to call for an update every time, and Jennifer is never available, so I cannot get a proper update.Finally, a team lead from her department reached out to me from request to connect with Jennifer (again). He was very professional, and presented me with a better solution, and I though it will soon get resolved.Almost two weeks have gone by and still no update. I tried to reach Jennifer again today, and to no surprise, shes not there.I am literally running out of time to receive my sales tax refund for replacement purchase, as it is 180 days from the purchase date.

Called before open and talked to corporate and they said theyd have someone call me back.Immediately after open, Brian Z called us and was super great and helpful. We came into the store to see the vehicle and it was out front waiting for us.As we walked around the van drooling Brian met us outside smiling and friendly!As we continued to look through he explained what all the buttons were and what they did. As soon as I entered, we cut right to the chase and took the car of interest out for a drive. Following that, I planned to make a purchase and he made the process very smooth and easy. Overall, it was a relaxed, no pressure experience. No haggling, no pushing, just simple and quick service. All the paperwork was hastily prepared and properly walked through. Made signing off on everything very easy. Not long after, payment would be arranged, plates/registration would be printed on the spot, and keys would be handed to you along with copies of all the signed documents.Some closing remarks: all the staff including Merek were very friendly, hospitable and had great sense of humor.
