It was super bad experice buying here, I went to get some costumes for me and my kids, at the time I was with my three kids and didnt really noticed one of the costumes was damage. I went back to exchange it and the lady was rude and stated that the costume was not damage when I bought it. I have no idea how this lady had the audacity to tell me this costume was not damage when she didnt really take the time to check it.

Horrible experience. Least favorite Halloween store Ive encountered. Right away as we entered, were greeted forcefully and aggressively to put on hand sanitizer. I did so from being caught off guard, even though I did not even plan on touching the merchandise since I went with my girlfriend. There was a man standing at the front door the whole time with a green sweater who was working as if waiting to catch people from trying to steal stuff. I had forgot something from my car, proceeded to walk towards the exit, said excuse me to the man in the green sweater and he barely moved out the way. I returned and decided to put on hand sanitizer on my own accord instead of feeling forced to do so. As I enter I go towards the hand sanitizer and am literally about to pick it up before the man in the green sweater cuts me off to grab the hand sanitizer and squirts the hand sanitizer on my hands and says you have to put hand sanitizer. Like you literally didnt see me reaching for it just now? On top of the that, the rows are so tiny, its hard to navigate through and you basically feel claustrophobic the whole time. My girlfriend purchased angel wings. The man with the green sweater opens up the box and states I just opened the box to imply that this item is brand new so you better not try to scam us and say it was broken when I just opened the box in front of you. If you think your customers are going to scam and try to steal or return your merchandise, why do you even have a store or why do you impose your negative experiences from the past on new customers. And I think the worst part is that this place is terribly OVERPRICED. Dont waste your time or money. They charged my girlfriend 200$ dollars for a tiny angels outfit. There are plenty of other mom and pop Halloween stores where Im sure youll have a better experience and where you can absolutely get a better deal with the same quality. Never returning. And thanking God I dont have too.

The lady that attended me was very helpful. She answered all my questions. Definitely recommend. They have lots of costumes too! Great variety of stockings and bras!

Love this place, wont go anywhere else. When I go I find everything Im looking for. From corsets, shoes, boots, Halloween costumes, just your sexy bra and underwear sets, beautiful stockings that match what you want to wear. This store has a variety. The price is great because there are not to many stores near by that have what they have. Its convenient and I get great customer service when I go. Not a pushy person, very sweet women. Very helpful when you need something. Can get a little messy when new shipment comes in but you can still move around. I would recommend going here.

Had a decent selection. The store was in a flip (switching to Halloween). I work retail so I know the pain. Definitely understand a mess of new freight. I didnt find exactly what I wanted but found something suitable.

So many cute outfits, costumes, corsets, shoes, fishnets/tights... Some of the stuff there is the generic stuff that you would expect, but some of it is really more obscure or custom, which is really cool. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back
