I never really write reviews but this one was worth it, I brought my mom here,for the 1st time and let me tell you we were not at all disappointed, Brian was awesome he went above and beyond he made sure my mom understood everything that was going on he took the time to explain everything to us and talked to us about all the options and what he thought was best for my moms hearing problems, the girl at the front desk was also very nice over all we had a very wonderful experience I definitely recommend my mom walked out of there with a smile on her face.

Brought my mom here and not only were they very helpful, they were very attentive to her. I definitely recommend!

I recently went to this location to take my gramma, she doesn’t speak English so i went with her to help her out.As soon as we opened the door we were greeted with such a beautiful smile and tone of voice by Gabby, she helped us out and my gramma felt even more comfortable talking to her in Spanish. My grandma had a hard time trying to order her hearing aids for a couple months. I brought her to this Connect Hearing in Downey and the front desk Rosie was awesome!! She was super friendly AND she went above and beyond to help. She helped with dealing with my grandmas insurance and within 1 week and a half my grandma had her hearing aids! My grandma is so thankful and is happy shes able to hear better

We came for my grandmother. And they were very friendly and helpful. Rosie receptionist is funny and will offer you water or coffee.

About a year ago I came in with my mom which is a faithful current customer of this location for an exam and was happy with the services provided to her. About 2 weeks ago I now brought my father in law in for an ear test due to his Drs orders and I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service given to us. The young lady at the front counter greeted us before we even walked to the counter and made us feel welcomed. She also offered us help with the new customer forms if needed. She was very sweet and attentive both while we waited to be taken back and when we left the place. (meanwhile I can hear the phone ringing and her confirming future appointments ) wow she can multi-task while keeping a smileOur overall visit was about 1 hour in a half and Bryan went over everything with such detail and most importantly answered every question my father in law had (which can be a whole lot!!!) Bryans patience and professionalism made the worlds difference during the visit. I will continue to recommend this place to everyone in my reach as for my father in law he did not need the ear instruments but I will continue bringing my mother for any maintenance needed.
