Awesome place if you’re a bow hunter or archery shooter. They got us set up and stayed past closing to make sure we had exactly the set up and new bows that we wanted. Very attentive and they didn’t try to push anything on us we didn’t want or need. Great shop and people.

You couldnt ask for a better place to shop for your archery equipment. Very knowledgeable, honest, and helpful staff. You can tell theyre in it for the love of the sport rather than the love of the sale.

I highly recommend dealing with this company. I ordered something from them that I prepaid for. I was reluctant at first, but I called them to inquire about my order and they gave me a estimated time. Not only did the shipment come in they got it sent out to me very quickly. We I received my order I also received a bunch of swag and a had written not on my receipt thanking me for my business. I was not just a paycheck for them. They truly care for there customers!

I went here for the first time yesterday, and I was not disappointed! I had heard great things about these guys, and it was all true. They tuned my bow in 3 hours vs the last shop I went to it took 3 weeks. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I recommend any one that is wanting to get into archery go to this place. They staff is very knowledge, friendly, and are willing to help you out.

These guys were super awesome to work with. They had me try about seven different bows and educated me on the latest engineering of them. Super friendly and very attentive. Well price and they are not there to over sell you. You give them a budget they will recommend the best bow at that price range. They will help zero the bow and make sure when you walk out you are ready to start slinging arrows. Highly recommend them, also they have a lot of cool hunting gear!!

Its great to have a new pro shop in the valley! These guys know whats up, so if you need a bow tuned, or looking for a new setup this is the place! I ordered a few things and they had them within a few days and far better pricing than anyone else in the valley!

I went there to setup my new bow. They are awesome the whole crew is very knowledgeable friendly and answered all of my question. Not only did they set up my bow but they also tuned it to my arrows I will say they have gained a new repeating customer.

I have a limited entry bull tag and decided to take my bow to get re strung and tuned. I took it in and told the kid at the counter everything I wanted done. New string, tune, new sight, draw length checked and a dozen arrows with custom fletchings. I tried to explain to him I want a new rest as well. He told me I don’t need a rest which I clearly did. Anyway I left my bow got a call 2 weeks later to come get it. Went in and told them I’m here to pick up my bow. A different guy was at the counter and said it’s hanging up just take it down stairs and pay. I obviously asked him if I can pull it back and check the draw length and peep alignment. He said sure took me in a room I pulled it back the peep was about 2 inches high as well as my kisser button. He was content with me leaving with my bow like that. Not to say no one had cut my arrows. I told him that and he said it was because he didn’t have any. So he talked me into a different arrow and then took them back to get them cut and get inserts in them. That took a solid 45min. I left very unsatisfied. I made the 2 hour drive home and shot my bow. I can definitely tell the bow wasn’t paper tuned. I’m not so sure they tuned it at all. I then realized they didn’t give me the sight tapes for my sight they put on. I know for 100% the sight they put on my bow came with sight tapes. So I had to get on CBE’s website and order them for $15 dollars. I hope other people have had good experiences at this place. But I am here to tell you mine was sh!t

These guys are awesome. They took the time to answer all my questions, and as a new archer I had a lot. They do their best to get you what you need and fit it to your needs.

I dropped my bow off at another archery shop to have the string served and the bow tuned. A month later I had not heard from them at all. I called Badass and spoke to Lucas who told me I brought my bow in they could have it done for me while I wait. I was there for a little over an hour and walked out with my bow ready to shoot, a dozen arrows and a case all for a really good price. The people are good the service is great. They have earned my business from here on out

Best archery pro shop in Utah. I was new to archery and was looking to get setup with better equipment, I stumbled upon Badass and I am so thankful I did! I drove the 30 minute drive from Provo because this shop was highly recommended to me and man was it worth it!Excellent customer service!!Porter helped me setup the new rest I got and also did my peep sight and d loop for me! Drive extra 30 minutes past other archery places to go to this store because they treated me very well and answered any and all questions I had. I had 2 bows setup. 24 hour turnaround( dropped them off after work on Wednesday, picked them up after work the next day. Very reasonable labor rate on bow tuning. Awsome customer service. I highly recommend. Theyve earned a lifetime customer. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the slower days here. I suggest going then.

This was my first visit and wont be my last. The retail space is very clean, organized and well stocked with a small variety top notch gear. I was looking for archery equipment and found it here. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable about the gear I asked about.

I’ve been in all the archery shops Utah has to offer… I have never experienced the customer service or information givin to me better than I have here. BadAss is truly badass….from the custom arrows, release questions and concerns.. bow tune and pretty parts! Made me feel good leaving my equipment and kept in touch with every change…oh… and had two people help me at once finding the right hiking/hunting shoes. They didn’t know at first whether I had 10 bucks or a 1000. Still helped me, asked questions and truly built a rep for themselves with me. Keep it up guys and gal! I Thankyou so much and see u soon!

I have always used humphries archery I tried badass for my new strings the pep site was installed wrong so I am now paying humphries to fix it. Also I was charged to have arrows cut something I haven’t had to do with another service being done. Humphries will be my forever place.

I bought 2 eBikes and a hitch carrier from Badass earlier this year. They have provided exceptional customer service from helping me choose the correct bike for my sons to making suggestions on accessories and setup. Never once during this process did I feel like I was being sold anything. To me that felt very rare based on todays norms. Again on the customer service side, their response to problems has also been exceptional. While hunting a few weeks ago, we nearly lost one of the bikes from the bike rack due to a failure of one of the bike rack components. All it took was a text and they had the new part coming under warranty. Ive never texted or called where I didnt either reach someone right away or receive a reply very soon after. I cant say enough about how friendly and helpful they have been. I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future, and would highly recommend them to others.

A great place to buy equipment and get quality information. They prefer to meet with customers one at a time on an appointment basis to properly help each individual. I havent bought a bow from them (yet), but Ive got to say that they were more patient and accommodating than one could ever expect; incredibly nice people. They let me shoot every bow basically as much as I want even though I was very clear that I want going to buy a bow today and was still considering a few other brands they dont sell here. Fyi, right now they are based out of their garage and you have to call ahead to make an appointment.
