I took my vehicle to the Volvo dealership and they wanted to charge me $3000 to replace my passenger seat weight sensor on top of the almost $300 they spent on diagnostics on it. Lenny found it was an unplugged cable and only charged me the hour of labor it took to find it. Superb! Honest! Correct!Also the same dealership wanted $700 to replace the passenger side CV boot. Lenny replaced the whole axle for half that cost! I am left in awe.This is how its done folks.

I went to a different shop before coming here and was told I need a new transmission. They were very quick to get back to me after taking a fluid sample and checking codes that I had a bad shift solenoid. They replaced the shift solenoid and the transmission works fine! They did an inspection on my car and sent me a detailed report with pictures and videos showing me what needed to be done. They prioritized what I needed by safety and anything that would cause my car to breakdown. Very honest and love the fact that they sent me a report with pictures to show me other things on my vehicle that need repair!

The audi dealership had my car for a week and quoted me at 12,000 dollars for EXTENCIVE repairs that needed to get done in order for my car to be drivable. I bought my car for $9000... Out of options and out of time I took my vehicle to Elite Auto Specialists. I dropped my car off and 1 hour later I was informed by Ken that I needed a couple new parts. Total? $900 😁. I gave them the green light and two days later my car is running better than ever. This auto shop will be my first recommendation to anyone who has an import. I have been extremely impressed with the crew at Elite. they are knowledgeable, and professional. I watched as they went out of there way to make sure one of there customers who had a fairly unique Audi that needed a very specific part to find said part reaching out as far as somewhere back east to ensure they did there customer right. No question with out a doubt my TDI is getting its love from the crew at Elite. 5 starts would recommend to a friend or foe.

I thought these specialists would be honest in their work but as a mechanic I can confirm they are screwing some of you people out here just like me. My Brother-in-law took my Audi A4 2013 to get it fixed and serviced here for over a thousand dollars. Just a little over 5 months later the same engine check code came up? Confirmed it with the old code my in law had with the recent one I got. Took it back to these guys to see if they messed up or what was up. They then told me it was a different problem and that they needed to completely replace the entire turbo...for $3,000+? Considering that it was the same code/problem my brother in law paid them ($1000+) to fix in the first place. Same code = same problem. A new turbo for this car averages at about $900* And they still wanted me to pay them 3X of the original maintenance with the same problem that they should’ve fixed in the first place. Just know as a mechanic, many auto shops/mechanics will try to take advantage of people, because those people know nothing about cars. Always get 2 or more opinions/offers from different auto shops/mechanics before you send in your vehicle to get it fixed.

A couple of trim pieces were not fit properly/snugly upon completion on the first repair. The shop was quick to recognize the problem areas make the corrections. Kevin was polite and recognized my concerns.

Kevin and Ken are spectacular. Very professional with a good personal touch. I’ll be bringing in both our BMW’s to their shop from now on.

Very honest and very fair. They said out my entire transmission, clutch, and fixed some oil leaks for my subaru. They updated me every step of the way and were very transparent. Ive never had as good a service. These guys have earned my business. Honestly, if theres any negative reviews, I would say its most likely from a Karen or a Richard if you get what I mean. Took my car here for a diagnosis. After a couple frustrating conversations where basic questions were not able to be answered, I decided to get a second opinion. After alerting Elite that I was going to pick the car up, it was not ready when I arrived to pick it up. I took the car to a trusted mechanic (located further away than I wanted to travel) and found that the car had an access panel that had not been reinstalled and that Elite had over filled the oil by 3 quarts. Not impressed. Also, I had the repair done and it cost me $3200 less than what Elite had quoted me.

These guys are awesome. They are my go to spot for any type of service or repair. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service at a fair price.

Had a bad AC relay and after a diagnostic they said the compressor was bad and wanted a few grand for repairs. Paid $7 and replaced the relay myself and the system has been working great. The replaced an alternator for us before and they were great. So 50% of our interactions have been good. Friendly and confident staff.

I took my car in to get it fixed and they warranted their parts and labor for 2 years ( I think it is that long) but I had issues with a part about a month after the work and they found the part was faulty and they fixed it at no cost. Elite Auto is a team that demonstrates the highest level of integrity. They took on an extensive repair at no cost. This was the result of an especially challenging repair that required going into the engine an second time. They are outstanding. No other repair shop would have taken into account the customer experience like they did. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Kevin friendly, but beware. We had a leak at our coolant expansion reservoir. We showed them where we thought leak was located. Kevin called me and said would be $612 to repair plus 120 for diagnostic. Called another BMW shop and only $380 to replace resevoir and flush coolant. My wife brought it in the day before and was told diagnostic would be $55. He ended up charging 142 for diagnostic tests? I brought to german auto specialist and fixed for 380 in 2 hours. No diagnostic test charge. Almost 1/2 of what Kevin would have charged. Beware and look elsewhere and save money and time.

What a great experience I had with Elite Auto! I am always somewhat suspicious of auto repair guys and shops, mostly because Im not familiar with cars and I feel some shops give this industry a bad name (dealer). However, shortly after taking my Audi in for what I suspected would be an explanation I didnt understand, and would be overcharged for, I met the owner and his team and was immediately set at ease. They walked me through my cars issues and gave me a fair and comprehensive estimate with timetables of the most important services. I highly recommend the Elite Auto team and will continue to return to them for my car repair needs.

These guys are great! While they specialize in European models, theyll work on many American models as well (like my Jeep). They do solid work, and will treat you fairly. In addition to great service and honest work, reception is happy and profession and wonderful to work with. I wont go anywhere else.

You know that feeling when you dont understand vehicles and you dont trust a soul that does? I bought a lemon and I was devastated because I realized how much money I lost buying it or how much I might lose fixing it. I moved to Draper and looked up the closest European auto specialist and decided rather than donate the car to good will, Id give Kevin Medina a shot. My experience has been next to none! He calmed my fears about the amount of repairs that my car needed and never up sold me. Kevin was honest and open with an uneducated auto owner. I brought my car back when I accidentally ripped the bumper off and I only asked Kevin to check that the radiator tube was unaffected (knowing that he doesnt do body work) he stayed up till 11 pm the night before I needed my car putting my whole bumper together again!!! No one I knows enjoys auto repairs, but next time I have an repair/maintenance issue, it just might put a smile on my face. I bought a Mercedez Benz with a rebuilt title and I have been having it serviced here for several months. I have been beyond happy with the service. Kevin is very honest and has even done a couple things at no charge. Kevin is definitely busy, so its best to go to the shop when you need him, but he is always so helpful and willing. I recently had a very favorable experience with my Son’s VW when I visited Elite Auto Specialists for the first time. The car had issues that were ongoing & past attempts at other repair centers failed to zero in on the exact trouble. The staff at Elite were knowledgable, professional & repaired the throttle body issue timely. I was pleased with the results and the aged car is now running great again.

I am amazed at their honesty. The $125 fee to diagnose the problem was well worth it as several mechanics spent hours trying to figure out a complicated problem with my BMW Z3. But when they determined a loose battery connection sent the computer system into fits, they tightened the terminal and reset the system. To my amazement and delight, they stuck to their word and charged me only $125 as promised. This was my first interaction with them. I will now be a customer for life.

This time I had major work that was needed and although they had to keep my car longer than anticipated Kevin completely made it up to me and went over and above what would be required. He did this not once but TWICE on the repair. Awesome customer service! Got stuck in a pinch with not alot of options as my coolent leaked out the bottom of my car. Luckily I stopped here! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wasnt pleased with the cost of the repair(not their fault) because it was just a bigger job, but they where able to work with me and help me save some costs and hooked me up! Will definitely be going back again. Dont think they just work on import cars either. They do it all! 5 stars.

Replaced the clutch and fly wheel on my Subaru Impreza Outback Sport. They told me how much it was going to cost based on the time it would take to replace it. Even after going well over on the time they said it would take they still charged me the same amount. Very honest shop. I will definitely be getting the work done on my car here.
