I had my car serviced here. When I first checked in Hannah was welcoming and confirmed my appointment. The turn around time for the service wasnt long. They even washed/dried my car too!! Over all great experience.

The slowest oil change Ive had, 4 days out on making an appointment 2.5 hours on an oil change and couldnt even rotate my tires

Mediocre customer service, nothing special about this dealership! full of empty promises, Pointless apologies, after all that they still treated you like just another dumb person who believed they care 🤷🏻‍♂️

The forgot to fix my window even though I told them twice to check it.

Not only did my car take a whole week longer than anticipated, it drove 100 miles before the check engine light came back on and after that It won’t start which was never an issue before. I had the code read and it’s an issue with a system I just paid a ton of money to fix and I find it suspicious that suddenly my car won’t start after having it serviced here.

Took my car in because the heater wasn’t working and the diagnosis was that my blend door actuator needed replaced. They quoted me $720 for a part that costs less than $100. I got quotes from three different mechanics and they were all under $250. When a mechanic NOT at the dealership began to work on my car, we found that my actuator and a plastic attachment had been taken out and not put back in. Come to find out, the Ford techs didn’t put it back in and it was a “misunderstanding”. Ford service dept tried to take advantage of me and up-charge me a ridiculous amount. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars rather than 1 is because Kevin was kind.

Parts guy was very helpful

Should be negative stars. Absolutely DO NOT use their fleet service or any service there really. We had taken our vehicles there for years because it is the closest dealer, but it always takes weeks before you finally get it back. We use another Ford dealer now. Every time is a minimum of 3 weeks. Always blame they are waiting on parts. Ford must be making the parts as they are ordered. Apparently there is no inventory anywhere in North America. They even lied about looking at our vehicle once. Said they took it out and test drove it. We have GPS in our vehicles. It hadnt even been started after we left it. Which was 2 weeks prior. Drive to any other Ford dealer no matter how far. It will be worth it.

Great service as always

Nicole in customer service is amazing to work with over any maintenance issues. Such a blessing to have someone you can trust when it comes to cars repairs/maintenance.

Excellent service

I would give them a - 10 but theres no way to write them for that. They tried to cheat me once when I went to buy a new vehicle. They tried to bait and switch in the paperwork loan part That was supposed to be interest-free and they wanted to charge me five percent Plus. I drive a Ford diesel oil changes is every 6000 MI the note they would put on the windshield was for every 3000 miles the more I dealt with them the more they tried to cheat me so I just dont go there anymore.

I dont trust this place. Every time my company takes it here, they fix it, and without fail comes back with more problems that werent there before. Also, the prices were outrageous. And finally the last time we had some work done, it took an extra week above what they said. My boss wants to take it to a dealership, but personally I would never, ever, take my personal vehicle here. And right this moment, weve called multiple times, been transferred, and its rings indefinitely. Booooo

I love these people! They take good care of me. Talk to Chris in the service department. Hes one of the best!

Parts staff are super helpful, they know what Im talking about despite my terrible descriptions of parts I need.

Quick and reasonably priced

Good place for a Ford vehicles owners, staff is knowledgeable and helpful with a problems . But however, every review it is personal experience and may weary from customer to customer. It depends on pricing or other segments customer looking for or how vell problems is executed.

Great customer service

Had to call several times to find out when my vehicle would be done. Was never able to get ahold of anyone had to talk to the front desk to actually get help and understand the wear abouts of my vehicle. Once I finally got my vehicle back the issue was not fixed at all!!!! And I have had to now reschedule with them once again to get my vehicle back in to fix the issue. Unbelievable!!!!! Terrible customer service and technical or mechanical understanding. I do not recommend this place. This has not been my first time having an issue with this place.

Engine lost power and had bumpy shifts between gears.

With their oil packages you can get makes it worth to keep using the dealership. Working with the service team is always simply and fairly quick.
