They are so helpful and easy to talk to! Every time I go in, they take time to make sure get what I need and I understand how to use it. Today the manager, Raquel, helped me with something Ive been struggling with for a while. She took her time and figured out a great way to fix my hair. Highly recommend.
I believe her name was Chelsea but she was amazing and so kind this was the only store with the product I needed and she was so much nicer then the riverton location definitely coming to this location instead of riverton from now on!

Took the working lady’s advice and ended up wasting more money with no results and only damaged hair.. not to mention their annoyed attitude and bad customer service.
Staff should seriously be trained on the right hair developer to recommend. My hair turned out very splotchy because they told me to use the completely wrong developer .
The girls at the store were awful. Very unprofessional. If you have your choice of beauty supply stores to go to, choose any one other than this one. The sales girls here were so rude and when I asked to speak to a manager they refused, saying there was no manager in the building. I will never return to this store
The ladies here are super knowledgeable able everything in the store especially hair, they talked me through how to go from blonde to red at home, I now love doing my own hair. If you ever have a question they always have the answer. Love my Sally’s!
Terrible! Today I waited 30 minutes outside while an employee was helping someone over the phone. While 3 employees with their arms folded looked outside, I made eye contact with one of them and asked her to help. She said, I had to call. So I tried for 30 minutes but no one answered. What a waste of my time. After 30 minutes I decided to go somewhere else. Never going back to Sallys!
I went in for curbside pick-up about three days ago. They charged my card before giving me my products and then asked for ID. I didnt have that at the time and my friend offered to pay for me since she had ID. They said they were too busy and brushed us off so I had to leave. Im not in Draper often so its sort of an inconvenience to go back for my products. I called to see if I could instead pick them up at a store near me and they said no. The worker was very snappy with me and kept acting exasperated with me when I asked for a simple refund. She proceeded to end the call when I asked for her name. Never buying from this location again when the people here act like helping a costumer is the end of the world for them and treat me like a fly on the wall.
In these times of quarantine where there is not access to many things, the fact that you continue working means a lot for people like me who can damage their hair in a boring night. Thanks guys!! the staff that answered me over the phone was very nice !!
I got really good customer service here today. The store was clean and well stocked. The store manager helped me with choosing the right hair color and the right way to apply it. I have never used liquid color before. She was knowledgeable and patient. When there was a problem with the computer system she was still able to complete my sale. I will be back to this store again.
My wife will never return to this location. Staff was very rude, making snide remarks to each other about her THAT SHE HEARD. They got very apologetic when called out. Manager should see all these poor reviews and do something about garbage employees,
After I finally found what their hours are I got there and they were closed. All they had was a sign that said they’re “doing curbside pickup” with no info on how to do so. I went to their website and called into the store and got no answers.
Teach your people real customer service, also teach them the products that are available in the Draper store. Every time Im in this Draper store the employees are brand new and they use that as excuse for not knowing something. The girls are very rude. What has happen to customer service, do we not teach that anymore. I will not shop the Draper store anymore and will let my friends know. The other stores such as the Sandy store is much better. They remember what customer service is all about.
I have never experienced such phychos. There was a girl with long brown hair that had purple tips. She came up behind me and raked her fingernails through my hair, as if she was hitting on me. I asked her to stop and she did not. I called corporate to report her. I felt violated. In return, she looked me up by my Sallys card and sent police to my house to tell me I can no longer shop there, saying I made a scene, which was a lie. I am fine with not shopping there, but she lied. I cannot believe what a psychotic bunch of people. She had some blonde girl who was with her say it was true, according to police, who were shown no tapes by the way, yet I never saw a blonde girl there...just the gross one who would not get her hands out of my hair. These people here are psycho trash who sexually harrass.
