Incredibly understaffed I had to sit and watch TV when they couldnt help me right away. I only came in to switch a wifi router. Good job guys. Theres also been a kid in the bathroom the whole time. But who help me out the most was Ana she did a really good job and deserves better opportunity

20+ year customer. Had some bad experiences, and a lot of good ones along the way. Wish they had Sunday Ticket, fairly expensive service, but you get what you pay for in some ways. Aaron at the Draper location is a pro, always helps me to learn how to solve problems on my own. Happy customers.

Walked into this draper location with a question on how to get a new phone number changed and the teenage girl named sara was super rude and was telling me about something i had no clue what she was saying and instead of just listening to me and trying to help me she walked away and left me standing there . that is not how you treat a paying customer i have been through xfinity for years and now got 2 phones through xfinity mobile and this is how they treat there customer!Thanks sara you definitely need customer service training .never had a employee walk away because they couldn’t listen to the customer and help them .

Rep was nice. Otherwise Id give it 0 stars. Tech services are s joke. I bought new apple watch and phone for daughter and they couldnt even activate them. Also paid off my own phone and tried to upgrade to new device and their system was grayed out not letting me do that.

Travis was extremely helpful, fast, and efficient. The two other employees in the back treated me like I wasnt important and I was an annoyance to them, I work customer service and this was bad, even though no one else was there besides the people Travis was helping. When Travis was done he helped me right away and fixed my issue in two seconds. Travis gets 5 Stars the other two (didnt get their names, Latino male and female) get zero.

We went into the store to get help switching our cell phone to Xfinity from a different provider. We had struggled to get a transfer pin from the previous provider for the last two weeks. Travis saved us! It was a long process but he was very personable, patient, and fun to talk with. Between the two of us, we got the transfer pin and are officially with Xfinity. We are so grateful for Xfinity and Travis as we were getting nowhere online with chats and speaking with customer service reps.

It sucked! If I would have known that you didnt have people with Xfinity Mobile that could help you with your phones I would have never changed over and I might change back. They no nothing about any kind of phones. At least at Verizon if I had a problem I could just go there and they could help.

Aaron the manager in duty at the time was extremely unhelpful. With internet overage charges being billed 60 days behind, he wasn’t even willing to help with one month of credits or anything whatsoever.

Quickly greeted and only a short wait to meet with someone. The representative (Zoe) was really helpful and had my TV issue resolved in less than 5 minutes. Easily the best customer service experience Ive ever had with Xfinity/Comcast.

Came in today to cancel a phone protection plan. Instead of clicking ‘cancel’ on the computer (where they had already pulled up my account) they had me sit and wait for more than 30 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who wants to retain any semblance of sanity.

I have my account set up on auto pay and was charged double the usual amount with no notice. I went into the store to get it resolved and was told to wait in my car and a rep would be out to help me. After I had waited almost an hour and the store was closing, I went back up to the front. The door was locked, but several employees walked past without coming to help me.Update: Went back into the store today and spoke with Sarah and Alex who were extremely kind and helpful. They got my bill issue resolved and got me a great deal!

Given the new Rona standards of masks and social distancing coupled with a line of people literally out the door, I believe they did a really good job getting as many people taken care of as possible.Our wait was reasonable given the amount of people and the efficiency was quite good.So while XFinity the company needs to learn some lessons in Customer service, this store didnt seem to follow the poor example that their company represents. Great work.

Nice people but long wait times. On my second trip to store, staff were rude when I stated associate from prior visit had offered perks & services that were not necessarily true to. get my business, such as 2 phone lines at 60$ a month unlimited everything,the Motorola 5 free, an a 50$ gift card for signing on. My monthly bill went up to 85$ getting constant notices need more data storage (not unlimited) an still no gift card after 6 weeks. An they tried to charge me full price on phone that was supposed to be free. Store manager was rude in speaking to me about this. I left an will never be back

Terrible service. Called twice and got disconnected both times. At the first of the second call I made sure he had my number to call me back and they did not. I POSTED A 1 STAR AND WHEN IT POSTED IT SHOWED AS A 3....IF IT WAS A ZERO I WOULD GIVE THEM THAT.Update, because I kept getting disconnected and not called back I went down to the local Xfinity store. I spoke to Travis Freyer, he was courteous, listened to my issue and had everything taken care of in about 30 minutes. Travis did a good job for me. I guess it goes to show that a company that does not handle the phones can have upset customers. At least they had a good employee in the store. Thank goodness for brick and mortar.

Added phone service To our Internet service just to receive a new iPhone 11 that does not work properly and they keep sending us to Apple. Apple sends us back to them and no one wants to fix the phone regret the service don’t ever go with them!!!! Cancellation of all services is next if they don’t fix the phone Or even just replace it.

Switched from t-mobile to xfinity mobile- better service, lower prices, and excellent in store customer service (ask for Travis, he is the best and truly cares about his customers). Xfinity is on the same Verizon network at lower prices!

Xfinity is good, but this particular store is a nightmare. Social distancing protocol is in place, but it’s not apparent to customers how to form a line when they get there, so they are repeatedly redirected and harassed by an employee upon arrival. After waiting for a long time, I asked the employee about a phone upgrade. He asked if I was the main account holder and I said no. He told me I would have to have the main account holder to get an upgrade. Understandable. So I asked what the upgrade process looks like so I could get a better picture of what to be prepared for next time. He told me without authorization he “couldn’t do a single thing for me.” I kept trying to ask questions just to understand the process, potential pricing, or what phone would be available. After a repeated refusal to answer any questions, I thanked the employee and left. It’s one thing to follow protocol and require the account holder to make an actual transaction, it’s another thing to just flat out refuse to answer questions. If I’m being honest, I think the employee was just trained poorly and didn’t want to deal with me. I’ll have to just go online. Poor customer service.

To protect staff and customers, Xfinity has waiting customers wait in their vehicles. When they bring you in, they immediately take to to where you will speak with your sales associate. On top of all that, we just signed up for cable, internet, and phone for less than half what were paying our current service provider.

This is the BEST Xfinity store around. If you are frustrated waiting on hold on the phone with Comcast, just stop by this store and ask for Abby. She is extremely smart, efficient, and very capable of solving ANY problem you have. She has helped me TWICE with excellent results.

I went to Xfinity totally frustrated because I was being denied a claim on my mobile phone from the insurance company, (Assurant) and was resigned to spending a lot of money to buy a new phone, even though I had paid for this insurance since I had purchased my phone. I made an appointment (I always recommend you do, because the wait can be long) and was helped immediately upon my arrival by Abby. She got the manager involved as well as other Xfinity reps who helped to get a new claim approved, even though I had talked to Assurant several times as well as having conference calls with them and Xfinity, all to no avail. I hesitated to believe I would actually get another phone, yet within a matter of a couple days I had a brand new phone all because of the excellent service I received at this location. I also had to change some of my other Xfinity services after the phone debacle, and Abby was courteous, professional and very understanding through all of it. Thanks for making my experience great and for all the help!!

Visited this store today to try and change our service. We are paying almost 180 dollars for basic cable, 1 box, and slow as all heck internet. The woman helping us advised that we needed to stand on the grey box no big deal we totally appreciate being kept safe. However you have to tell over others who are trying to tell over others. She was not helpful at all it seemed like she didn’t understand at all what we were trying to do, nor did she seem like she was wanting to help us with lowering our bill. She looked at her computer for all of 1 min walked away for a second looked for another 2 min and told us everything they had was the same price. We will try another store or just calling customer service.

I am so glad to be done with Xfinity, I couldn’t pay my final (astronomical) bill soon enough. I had a very simple question that could have been answered in two minutes talking to an Xfinity agent. After an HOUR on the phone and trying to “chat” with the system I could not get in touch with a live agent, forcing me to drive all the way to the nearest location (not near), wait in a 30 minute line outside the building all to have her answer my question just as quickly as i predicted. A giant waste of my time, every company should have an option to talk to a live agent when you pay this high of a price for simple cable and WiFi. I don’t recommend this company for the life of me.

You will regret it immediately the first time You have to go into a store or call customer service. The only reason they continue to treat their customers like this is because most people think theres no other choice. There is choices nowadays. There are multiple dish providers who will provide a much better service add a lower cost. There are better internet providers. The only way they will ever start to realize how bad they treat their customers is if their customers finally disconnect from them and leave. And if smart people who are doing their research read the reviews and learn from people like us and do not sign up for Xfinity. As you can tell majority of the reviews are one star. And you can tell really fast that all of their five stars or I should say most of their five stars are fake. Please please please for the love of God do not sign up for Xfinity.

We had an internet connectivity issue for about a month. I replaced our modem, router, cables, everything I could think of. I was too stubborn to just call a technician to come look at everything. Miguel was kind and professional. He was quick and checked just about everything inside and outside of the house that could be affecting the internet, and put in a ticket for the team to come look at the box for the neighborhood later this afternoon. This location is no exception, lived up to their reputation of having the worst customer service. I was told by a representative he would provide me with free WiFi pods due to a bad experience and poor connection. All he did was give me his business card and instructed me to email him. Since then I’ve emailed him several times with no response.. 🤷🏻‍♂️

If you want to experience the ultimate in pathetic customer service models visit Xfinity... When you talk to the service representatives in person theyll tell you what you want to hear once you leave the store those promises magically disappear. Harrison appeared anxious to resolve my service question gave me his card and ignored my emails following up on our discussion. (You can never contact anyone locally by phone just email...) Same experience was repeated with multiple service reps, their goal here is to up sell you on their services not to provide customer service or help you. Its no surprise they funnel all service calls through their call center out of state and dont let you talk to anyone locally. Its a shame this company has such a monopoly on internet around here, they know they can provide this level of service without any other service options. TMobile and Verizon 5G please rollout to residences soon so I can jettison this bloated company that doesnt take pride in caring for their customers!!

After 6 million upgrades this is still the absolute worst service I have ever had and the best part is that they offer upgrade after upgrade rather than an Im sorry let me give you a discount, let me give you a month free absolutely the worst. Sitting in a packed waiting room to drop off a router. There are 2 employees helping, but they are chatting away about non-Xfinity topics. I understand providing good customer service and being friendly, but I prefer to get in and out. The efficiency in the store is terrible.

I am waiting to get help at this location!! Ability 9 people in front of me.Problem is every time a Team Member gets done helping a Guest they disappear or start talking to their work partner while we’re all waiting. When I walked in there were 9-ish workers. Currently there are 4 ... 1 guy (long hair pulled back) seems really proactive. The rest not so much. VERY very Frustrating- where is their supervisor?

It was ok. The people were nice and the concierge got the door for me coming in because I had my arms full so I appreciated that. It was air conditioned and they had a movie playing to make the wait more comfortable because they were quite busy. What I didnt care for was that I had to wait 45 min just to return outdated equipment. The return took 5 min. I dont know why the concierge wasnt allowed to just check in the equipment. They need to change that or create a self-scan check-in for returned equipment.Update- I had to return equipment again, this time the concierge was able to just scan it in for me, no waiting, and I was on my way in just a few minutes. I have not been happy with Xfinity/Comcast data policies but the employees here make the effort to provide a good in person experience.

I called and reserved my equipment. The lady in customer service on the phone was fantastic... Rosa. Told me my equipment would be waiting, Id walk in show my ID and pick up my equipment. That was not true.This is set up like an Apple store. You go in, check in, and wait... wait... wait... then they try to up sell you.Stores need to realize customer service means taking consumers time into accountability and that making them wait over 45 min to upsell them is telling them their time is worthless.Still waiting...

My experience with the store was limited to equipment return. It’s really nice being able to take it to the store rather than drop it in a shipping box and not be able to ask any questions. Service with Comcast was excellent. Over two years, my need to call customer care was very rare but always pleasant. You will absolutely save money with Comcast. My television, internet and home security package was less than I paid for just satellite television. If they were wired for the complex I’m moving into, I would happily keep them for years to come.

Guy shows up about a cable issue where it was working fine one day and not the next and disconnects the outside line. I went out and explained the situation and he said he MUST disconnect the outside line even though its not a connection issue. I explain I need the internet(which IS working okay) for work and they would have to come back after 5pm or not at all. They proceeded to show up the next day unannounced and disconnect my cable right in the middle of an extremely important work meeting without my knowledge. Not the guys fault that showed up(just doing his job), but management has a serious issue.

Awful. We tried switching to Comcast in January and our internet has been down ever since (6+ weeks). We need a cable run 100 feet to our home - weve had visits from 5 different techs - each time they say that they need to send a different team and will expedite the process. They never call back. Weve called in multiple times to the customer service line only to find that no new appointment had been scheduled and that well need to wait another week for a new team to come out.

We just needed to pick up a freaking starter kit for our new place. We got to the store well before closing. Put our name on the list. 15 min for the next rep. Okay cool. Except there are 2 reps goofing off talking about video games, while the other is trying super hard to upsell a family. Been here 30+ min and still have yet to be called. I get taking a break, but if your close to closing you really shouldn’t be taking your break anyway.

Nothing was fixed again. From day one my app doesnt work called 3 times to Techs once on computer chat, store twice all tell me a glitch in The program.. cant see much data I use or when there are going to take my bank withdraw out. Susan was great she really tried to help but The tech hung up on her too.

I went in one time without an appointment, checked in on their system, and walked out after 40 minutes of waiting.Went back with an appointment and had a completely different experience. We got service right away, and the person who helped us was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and she made sure we were only signing up for what we wanted/needed. There was no pressure, no pushing any product or service. She even made it clear that nothing was set in stone; that we could make any adjustments we wanted as we began to use the new account.One last note. Their internet speed is just as advertised. The speed you buy is the speed they deliver.

Comcast has really turned it around, my last two experiences here have been super positive. Fast, quick, and with a smile. Things that I think historically you wouldn’t get as part of Comcast customer service. Big shout out to my advisor who was smiling the whole time got me what I needed and I was in and out in a couple of minutes.
