Chose them for a job a few years ago. It was an ok job, shoddy is some spots. It was crickets after that trying to get them to come fix something and also trying to hire them for more work. MULTIPLE phone calls and messages. If they dont want the business then thats fine but they werent even professional enough to say so. I wish I would have just spent the few extra bucks and gone somewhere more reputable. Save your time, energy and ultimately money and go somewhere else.

Showed us many samples until we found what we liked. Loved the knowledgeable, friendly service,And that we could take samples home on our own to view without any pressure.

We had a great experience with Pro Floors. They were suggested by our restoration company after a flooding incident. Our contact at Pro Floors didnt try to oversell us, was patient with all of my inquiries, never talked down to me, and took time to talk through all the options. Even though they had a full schedule, they shuffled some things to squeeze us in to accommodate the tight turnaround we needed for our insurance company. The installer did a great job and we are happy with the final product. They were also really fair with us on pricing, and had a great range of products. I would gladly hire them again and would recommend them to friends.

A top notch operation from beginning to end! A neighbors floors looked so good we asked for a reference - they said Pro Floors did the job. I called Dave for an estimate - he showed up on time, was very friendly, gave us an estimate then followed up with us to schedule the install. A day before the install Dave called to remind us and make sure all the supplies were ready.Clint did the install and we could not be happier. He truly is a professional installer, he never sought a short cut and nor did he accept an occasional miscue as good enough. His efficient installation even allowed us to return stock overage. Overall Clint was quick, precise, efficient and a gentleman who was a pleasure to have in our house.I rave about the Pro Floor experience - professional from beginning to end and we could not be happier. Terrible customer service. Carpet bubbled after 2.5 years and they wanted to charge an extremely unreasonable amount to fix their original job. Not accomodating at all. It took several weeks just to schedule the restretch, I kept getting the run around from Kirra. Finally got the appointment scheduled only for the guys to show up and tell me that they couldnt do it. Kirra was extremely rude, did not inform me that the entire room needed to be cleared out for restretch. My card was charged for a job they did not complete. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere!

We are a general construction company in Riverton. We used Pro Floors of Utah on a basement finish and found them to be great to work with from start to finish. They were very knowledgeable in the products offered. They had what we needed in stock. They knew how to solve the issue of the floor not being level for the type of flooring we chose. They came in when they said they would. They completed it on time. The price was great. You will not be disappointed in the service they provide. Hands down the best I have worked with.

Five stars are not enough for Brandon and his wife Rachell who are the owners of Pro floors of Utah. When I went into their store I was having to learn a lot about LVP flooring and I did not have a lot of time to learn all the ins and outs of the product. They helped me find what would be best for my situation and most of all I feel like I have gained some friends. Once you buy it from them it is like you are adopted into the family. Great customer service

After striking out with 3 other companies flaking out on me, I called this one and set up appt for estimate. Sounded legit....They pulled a no call/ no show.

Terrible. Worst customer service. Walked in, looked around for 10 minutes. One person looked at me then went back to what he was doing. and no one helped me.

Great to work with and endless options.
