Love this place! Great service, very friendly, Love there flavors and great prices! Expecting to come again Soon!Update!!! It’s my 5 time here and it’s great! Still friendly! I just wish they could make something on there menu for puppies! Like a little pup treat like plain shaved ice with wipes cream on top or a peanut butter doggie flavor 😂 I’m not fully sure but I think my dog would appreciate it thank!

Hokulia is one of our favorite spots to go several times during the summer. A short board is their smallest and its plenty big enough to split between two people! We also love that they have several locations to visit.

The sizes are huge! My husband and I easily shared the smallest one. The coconut ice cream inside is on 🔥. There were only two girls working at the time. They were amazing but as can be expected there was a little wait. So just go during a time you can just sit and enjoy the atmosphere for a bit.

I love the moment when you get a bite of snow cone with a little bit of ice cream from the middle! Service was quick and friendly, I love me some Hokulia!

This place is simply amazing!!! I love the customer service, and the employees really strive to make a difference. Also, I can’t leave out the authentic shave ice!! The flavors taste exactly like the real thing, and words can express how this place has become my second home! My favorite employees are Maren, molly, and JD. 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Always pass by and finally took my friend here for their birthday. Tried the cherry with a vanilla icecream scoop. Perfect treat to cool down for a bit. Definitely give it a try!

The employee was great. She was very patient with our long order. She was the only employee there but she was still really sweet even though it was busy.

Ughhh… if I could give them into the negatives, I would not hesitate. There are so many things wrong with this place. First, you are not allowed to sit on the grass… why!?! Second, the line takes way too long, and it is way overpriced and it is not that good. I would definitely not come here again. Also, lots of the flavors taste bad.

Ok so here’s my thoughts. The burgers, sushi and chicken tenders were great. But the soy sauce and gravel could use some work. All around it was pretty good. Love you but I’m sorry lol

Extraordinary shaved ice family friendly great customer service 10/10 would come again

This is the real deal…authentic shave ice not sno cone ice! I took the advice of the employee and had mango and haupia (a creamy coconut flavor) combo and it was so refreshing! I got the coconut flakes and ice cream add ons. I loved the ice cream (buried inside the ice) because it kept the ice cold and the ice kept it cold and frozen but it made everything creamy. Very large portions…it was a perfect after Pickleball snack!

Worst place ever.Kids who work there are not very helpful.A huge umbrella felt on my son’s head and even get ice from them to put on his head needed additional explanations.We love their other locations though (Highland and the one in 10600 S and 1300 East)

Impressed. Great friendly service and made our order so fast. Fun flavor combinations they offer. I love the allota colada and ice cream is a must. Good fun family atmosphere. The racing cars in parkung lot were annoying but kids will be kids i guess. Thanks for your great business here.

It was really good! They are really big, even the smallest one was plenty for me. The kids with us all shared a small one and barely finished it. The staff was really kind as well. They do take cards!
