Had three companies provide quotes for a replacement Central Air system. Perfect Degree were the best deal in my opinion. Mark, James and Sean had great communication before during and after installation.Would I use them again...YESWould I recommend them...YES.Not only installed the new units but corrected the original installation, redirecting the ducts and connecting then to the lines in the proper location for better air flow (cooling). The guys were efficient in their time, very clean during the process and fully respective of our house.

The team at Perfect Degree HVAC is nothing short of amazing! Mark went out of his way to answer all my questions and design my new system with all may wants and needs. The installation team was quick and professional. The install was amazing, and they removed all the old equipment and my basement was cleaner then before they started. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a good team with good value and someone that treats the customer great! The perfect in the name describes the work they do!

From start to finish, Mark and his crew were fantastic. Mark walked walked me through all the details on the system he wanted to install educating me on how the system would work and why it was best for my home. On the date of install, Marks crew was on time and respectful of my home. After completing the work in given time, Mark explained how to run the system and complete some basic maintenance. We used Perfect Degree HVAC Mechanical for emegency Air-Conditioning service for my elderly mother in Broomall. The process was easy and professional from start to finish. Technician John called ahead, arrived on time, and was clean, respectful of Moms home, and went above and beyond to repair an older unit in a brutally hot attic! Two thumbs up ! Have had great experiences with Perfect Degree HVAC! My husband and I moved into a home with boiler heat which we were unaccustomed to, scheduled an appointment with Mark for a boiler 101 and tune-up and he was fantastic! Very thoroughly explained everything about our heating system and described the entire tune-up process as well! His team also did super prompt work on a newer HVAC split unit that was on the fritz. And during one of the colder days of last year, the heat stopped. Perfect Degree was incredibly quick with their response and John was out here in no time with a fix! Great company that we’ll 100% be using for all of our future HVAC needs!

Fantastic company! Had them install new exposed spiral duct work and clean/service my two units. The entire team was a pleasure to work with; showed up on time, stayed within the scope of the project and estimate and made sure our units were running tip-top! I refer them to all of my friends for their hvac needs.

I am very happy and pleased with using Perfect degree! Our heater stopped working due to the motor going in the middle of the night ! We called early morning and service tech was out within an hour !! Talk about prompt service ! Apparently the model part that we have is out of stock and on back order making it hard to get ahold of by other company’s but Perfect Degree/ our service tech John made sure to track it down and got in within 24 hours and had it installed!! I can’t say enough about how professional and honest John was with the entire process !This could of been awful to wait since I have 2 small kids and they don’t like being cold, happy kids, happy mama even happier customer!

AC unit went out on the hottest day of the summer, and Perfect Degree had an amazing tech in the area who had us back up and running in no time and their pricing was incredibly fair. Their tech did a full HVAC tune up, which made our system more efficient. His repairs and tips have more than paid for themselves with our energy savings. I dont leave many reviews, but Perfect Degree went above and beyond my expectations.....and this 8 months after the repair and my heating/cooling expense is 30% less than years previous on the same system.

Perfect Degree HVAC saved us from the winter frost! We moved into a new home this past weekend and our boiler had a leak we discovered within a day of being there. Mark and his team were able to come the next day and completely replace our boiler and have the heat up and running within hours!! The team was so friendly and helpful- they even brought space heaters for us to help while the heat was getting fixed! We will slept warm and well tonight!

I had an existing HVAC that was installed by a horrible contractor and it was not working so I had to reach out to Perfect Degree to help. The original system worked for a few days then it shut down due to high limit failure. I contacted Perfect Degree and spoke with James. He went above and beyond to walk me through why the system was failing and promptly scheduled a time for him and his team to come out. Mark and James came to my property (bright, early and on time)and walked me through the problem and options to resolve. We are agreed on a plan and the work was done neatly and timely. Once the work was done I wanted to reconfigure the layout and they came back without hesitation to ensure the layout met the needs for my wife and I. I cannot speak highly enough about James and Mark and the whole Perfect Degree team. Keep up the great work, I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.

If you have a house like ours with the radiators and every summer you have to lug your window units from the attic, basement or some other hiding spot, to put in all of your windows in every room and dealing with the second floor being hotter than the first due to the house being different temperatures and the noise of them running, you most definitely 100% want to invest in ductless air conditioningby Perfect Degree HVAC.Which is exactly what you will end up with is the “Perfect Degree” temperatures in your home. The units are hung up high so we get our windows back and they are extremely quiet, so you can sleep in peace, which is worth every penny of the cost.The insulation was just a few days and the Perfect Degree HVAC crew Mark, Sean, Jerry and Jamie were amazing to work with, very professional and on point with everything.A huge thank you to all of them, we are extremely happy!

We needed some ductwork removal and installation in our offices. These guys were on time, worked professionally and quietly around our employees during a busy day in our office. Job was completed in the timeframe they proposed. We’ll use them again.

These guys really care and they do a great job! Mark and John were absolutely fantastic! I called in 3 other companies to try to fix my heater and none of them could figure it out. John and Mark came out and figured out the problem in just a few hours! They had to order some parts, but they charged a reasonable price to get it fixed and were very flexible with scheduling. Mark also checked in with me at several points leading up to the repair service and following the repair service to make sure everything was okay. John did the repair and Did an amazing job - fixed the nonsensical wiring mess the installers created as well as the issue, tested and triple checked everything before finishing, and walked me through it all. I really can’t say enough good things about these guys!

Its pretty hard to find good reliable and honest work from some companies thats only out to get all your money but I was so lucky to come across this one! So I installed my own four zone mini split system at my house back in November and it worked perfectly up until mid February. Come to find out my compressor had went out on me probably due to the fact that I forgot to install a surge protector or possibly the few small leaks in a couple lines. But overall I didnt do bad for my first time they said lol. John Berckman was the technician who came out and did the installation of the new compressor that i received from company i purchased from. He was very professional and knowledgeable about everything. Even went over the things he was doing. Overall my system is working better than ever with no leaks! I highly recommend him and this company for a job you can be sure will get done right! Thanks again!
