Very unprofessional. They charged me a 3% credit card fee without my authorization. Then when I cancelled my order they emailed me that I would be blocked from ordering from them again.

My Company has been purchasing from TCI Supply for over the last several years, and our ordering volume has increased greatly over the last 11 months. We purchased a Fireye sensor a month ago and a co-worker whom has always had speculation on the integrity of their parts questioned the if the part was new or used. We always request new parts, given the liability repercussions on using a used part. TCI flat out sells used parts and marks them as new. My co-worker contacted another purchaser within our company to make them aware of the vendor ebay sticker TCI neglected to remove from our order before having it shipped to us. BE AWARE, they are selling parts bought off of ebay/ craigslist and selling them as new.
