Two messes in a role.Last month I wanted my refill and the technician messed it up by saying that they need doctor approval. There was no need of approval since the doctor already did.This month I refill the alternative. They decided to give me the regular one that cost 10 times more. They make me wait again for almost twenty minutes to fix the mistakes.Im switching to Kaiser soon and hopefully I never have to deal with this place again. Be extremely careful with the unprofessional staffs here.

I have been going to this pharmacy for several years now, and I appreciate their good advice and prompt service.

DONT BUY WALMART GIFT CARDS. My boss bought a $250 Walmart gift card for me from a Walmart store in Duarte, CA for Christmas and somehow the card number and security system failed because someone stole and used almost everything that was on the card before I even checked the balance. What is weird is that the foil was still covering the last 4 numbers and pin when I received it in the mail from him. I was going to use it to get more diapers, wipes, and bottles for my baby and it only had $8.40 left on it. I told my boss about it because that is a random number. He contacted Walmart and they are refusing to do anything about it even though the system is broken on their end. Its heartbreaking and they will be losing business from my boss and my household. Im telling everyone about it.

Be warned these guys will treat you like you are a drug addict. I had placed a percscription here only for them to scold me that i use my perscription too often and they made me wait over the whole weekend. The worst part is that i have asthma and i was struggIing to breathe right in front of them and they still took thier sweet time help me and told me they couldnt help. To add insult to injury they also claimed they would have all the perscriptions i needed. This was also inaccurate because after the weekend they told me they dont have it and even gave me the excuse that they had just opened. If you can find a better pharmacist go for them.
