Love this Public Storage facility!!!When I migrate my items from the valley im taking them here!The owner operator Tabitha is super friendly and does a great job!!!! Other staffers are also very professional.Its super clean and usually lots of parking in front. So its awesome if you need to off-site pay a storage bill!!!Its also very close to the 605fwy offramp. Makes it easy to get to.And, this is one of the only PS, I know that still prints out your receipt if you need one on paper!I would give it 10* if I could!!!

Great location, well kept facility. Friendly and courteous staff able and more than willing to provide assistance. I have been storing here since October last year and Ive had nothing short of excellent service from Ricardo. He knows everybody by name and checks up frequently to make sure everything is safe and taken care of. He even lends me his broom sometimes to clean up my unit. So far I have encountered no issues on the security of the place and Ricardo always makes sure the timeliness of the gate is on point. Definitely recommend.

Great customer service with Thalia! Answered all the questions I had regarding all of the different payment options that were available! Very friendly, great attitude and had an excellent experience!!

I have been renting a 10X20 unit for the last couple of years but I went larger than I needed and had a bit of wasted space. My plan was to go down to a smaller unit to save some money. Ricardo helped me find the perfect unit! It was the perfect size for what I needed and it was like 8 feet from my first unit which made moving the items much easier than it would have been if I had a unit one building over. I had some last minute issues on my end that made moving into the new unit that day frustrating and stressful but he went above and beyond to help ease my stress. He is just all around wonderful with people and customer service. Ive had servers in nice restaurants unable to give me the service he did. I pay a little more at public storage than I would with their smaller mom and pop competitors nearby but for good reason. Staff like Ricardo is a very big reason! Plus they are open later than the other places, are cleaner and newer, and very organized. Security is a big plus. But please if one of Ricardos bosses reads this, give him a raise!!! 😊

Ricardo assisted me with obtaining a storage at this location & he was very courteous & extremely helpful. I arrived exhausted from a long day of moving & not in the greatest mood, but Ricardo thoroughly answered all of my questions & even was able to make me laugh!The access hours at this location are better than most: 6am to 10pm everyday. The initial process of renting the storage was easy & super fast because I was able to fill out a majority of the paperwork online. You can even make your monthly storage payment online, saving you from having to make a trip or having to remember to mail in a payment! They even have a bathroom for customers to use thats well maintained & clean!!If you need a storage & this location is convenient for you, dont hesitate, this is a very secure, clean facility with great management!!Please give Ricardo a raise!! He deserves it!!

Actually terrible 0 stars if I could, this was my first time buying a unit as I was just Moving Out and after 3 months I was on the verge of taking my things out(which I do not see as a something I should have done sooner AS I PAYED FOR THIS UNIT SO MY THINGS COULD BE SAFE) about a few weeks ago my unit was broken into and about 20 grand worth of items were taken and the only compensation I will be receiving will be half of a half of what I have lost. On top of that not only am I upset about the financial situation I am in right now because of this place my photo albums were stolen which is priceless and I will never get those pictures back again. And a tip from one intellectual to whoever runs this place put some cameras up, seriously that’s a smart investment use ur brain
