I got at the Drive Thru sign. Waited one minute and no one answered. I said Hello and someone answered. I ordered and pulled around and I paid for my order. I was told to pull to next Window to get my order. The man at the Window gave me my Donuts then he asked. Did you pay? Maybe I am taking this wrong but I feel that was rude because you pay at the first Window. I should have said no its free all you can eat Donuts today. This older man looked like he was the owner or the Manager he should have knew I paid.

The ignorance and rudeness at this place was out of this world. I would never suggest nor recommend this location to anyone. They were interested in chit-chatting. Three different people took my order and they ask for someone else to take my order.....🤬

My daughter and I were the only ones in line and we were literally ignored by the entire staff for over 5 minutes. I finally asked if someone would take my order. That was truly uncalled for. The donuts were fresh and food ONCE we got them. The girls were rude when giving me my drinks.

The sign on the door is hiring for anything. We walked in at shift change, and they hit a little rush with just two of them working. They were wonderful! They were so polite and welcoming, and it really was a good experience. I wish I caught their names. We tried the bakers special of the day and it was good- it was the headlight but filled with cream. :)

The staff in here are excellent and very helpful. I love having this place less than 2 miles from me.

I am more than frustrated with this location. I have gone three times within the last two weeks before 10pm, (which is their posted closing time) usually between 9pm and 9:30pm, and have been told they were closed. Tonight was no exception. I arrived at the drive through at 9:27pm and the cashier came across the speaker and told me they were closed. I said to the cashier “ I thought you close at 10,” to which she replied “ we are short staffed.” This being the third time this has happened I asked for the manager’s number and was told to come to the window. When I approached the window I saw three employees. I understand a lot of places are short staffed right now but if you can’t stay open you should post new hours on the door, the drive through, and update your hours online. The cashier was hesitant to give me her managers number and I asked for the number again. She was not polite when she finally gave me the number. I am very displeased with the way this location handles itself in the evening hours. During morning hours my drinks are always right and service is prompt and pleasant. In the evening it is the exact opposite. If you want Dunkin’, avoid this place in the evening.

Order 904 7/2. I ordered a large hot caramel latte and a medium French vanilla coffee. After waiting 20 min I received a large cup of caramel cream and a medium coffee with steamed milk. I took it back to get it fixed and I should have kept what I started with. The latte was cold. There were also 2 large buckets of cream uncovered on the front counter the entire time I was there. Not a food inspector but I sure hope theyre not going to use that later. The worst thing is that the owner was onsite the entire time.

Quick service great food and coffee

I love Dunkin!!! The food is great and they always get my order right, the employees are friendly. The last time I was there, the employees were either not wearing masks or not wearing them properly and only one employee was wearing gloves.

I am so addicted to this place and I absolutely love Sharonda (not sure if spelled correctly)!! Her pleasant and good natured attitude is part of the reason I started visiting so frequently!! She always has a smile on her face and treats me exactly the way I should be treated!! If theres a problem she always does whatever it takes to make it right!! Thanks!!

Staff was super busy and still friendly and drinks were perfect. Great service!

The female with the light brown and blonde highlights wig was mopping the floor and on her phone when I came in. She saw me enter. The other coworker looked like she was doing all of the work. When the other “hardly working” female was done mopping, she went to work on the drive-thru with the other coworker. She also kept looking at me as if she was not even going to help me with my order. I walked out after ten minutes of no service. I will NOT be coming back!

Worst run place I’ve ever been to in my life. 45 mins for two black coffees, saw five messed up orders while there including one guy who said this was the 6th straight time his order was wrong, and employees were just yelling at each other about not doing anything. Badly in need of a manager.

Slow but normal drink consistently, which is weak coffee.

This place is a disaster, we sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes and the staff were unorganized and unconcerned that their guest were waiting on their incompetence. Don’t waste your time or money at this location.

Just a nasty place from employees to the general cleaning of building. Untrained staff with terrible attitude and worst service ever.

Service can be a hit or miss and sweeteners/add-ons are frequently left out.

The rudest employees I have ever come in contact with and slower than ANY place Ive been. I will NOT ever go back there. I will drive across town to Starbucks from now on.

I wonder if the owner of this Dunkin knows that the doors are locked 20+ minutes before closing time tonight. What a sorry group of employees here.
