This company will not hesitate to waste your time and crush your hopes if it means getting a chance to get your number and bother you for window sales. I signed up for their $10,000 sweepstakes in June and they didn’t reach back to me until December! The guy calling me made it sound like I had won and asked for my info. It also sounded like he didn’t know what to do after I told him my location, because I was bit out of town, and gave me a local number to better assist me. I called the local number and they had no idea what I was calling about! Now I was super skeptical... I had to explain to the local people that the number that had called me, told me to call the local people for more info. But local people said that they did know about the sweepstakes and that it was a possibility that we could have won, but they had to do a bit more digging to find out what to do, but that was good news! We were so ecstatic!... Well, multiple calls (on our end of coarse) later, I find out that this sweepstakes is most likely a sham. You should have seen my fathers face when I told him we might’ve won. Now I have to break it to my old man. Thanks a lot Anderson windows for wasting my time and effort and crushing my family’s hopes.

The new management here is very big brother. This place is not what it used to be, its not the same place the hard-working men back in the day built and put their Blood Sweat and Tears into. I guess you could blame OSHA because theyve made them upgrade to standardized work documents for every Department in every job and replaced human beings with machines. A person can build 3 Doors to their one that the machine can produce. I feel every employee has become just a Time Clock number taking away the value and pride put into the product. No knowledgeable skills needed, I felt employees have become invaluable to the company and the quality of the products have extremly decreased. Not to mention that the products they produce are so exspensive, their isnt an a employee that works in the plant who could afford to purchase their products with their wages. Which says a whole lot mostly that the employees are underpaid and overworked and their products are overpriced and and since theyre integrating all this new stuff the quality has decreased due to implementing the new way of doing things its like starting from scratch everythings like a test product until they know what needs Improvement the flaws cant be fixed which means a lot of people putting a lot of money into products that are defective costing them poor people even more money not to mention the gaps in the logistics of their product.
