Spent a few hours on a Saturday going over plans for our new home, Tony assured us he would get back with us in a couple days, cannot get a hold of him after wasting almost 2 weeks, not even the courtesy to tell us he was too busy.

They were really helpful with tech support. We weren’t customers previously but they were more than willing to help us out over the phone with troubleshooting problems!! They helped us solve our audio problems for our tv and we are really greatful for their help!! :)
