I called ahead about a problem with the jack on my bass guitar and he was able to fix it with no problem. And it cost me less than half of anywhere else I searched. Very grateful for knowledgeable and capable repair work like they do at Rondinelli.

The people here were so helpful with rental of equipment. I borrowed gear for an outdoor event. They were great to consult with in terms of what I needed, have me a good price, and were really flexible in terms of pick up and drop off *and* very supportive with set up. The store is really great, too, and I would love more time to check out their selection

Prices were decent and instruments slightly used were available to those who could not afford brand new, or werent quite sure as yet if their interest would continue. I have dealt with George since the early 2000s when I actually lived in Dubuque. I now live in Janesville and its well worth the trip to Dubuque to get the best deal in the area. I just recently purchased a Fender amp from George, it was used but in pristine condition. Thanks George for another great deal! I will definitely be back!

I found Rondinelli Music/Audio on the internet when I was looking for a Breedlove Oregon series acoustic to try. I was impressed at the selection they had of Larrivee acoustics as well as three Oregon Breedloves, so my wife and I took a road trip to check it out. Every guitar I tried was in excellent condition and had been set up to play well. The staff was polite, extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! They gave me a very fair trade value for my old acoustic and even threw in a free set up and extra strings as part of the deal! My wife and I had a lovely afternoon trying out about six different guitars before making a final decision, and the owner was extremely patient. One of my favorite buying experiences for sure!
