I had a non-emergency issue so I told them there wasnt a rush. They still worked me into the service schedule within a couple days. When Kyle arrived, he identified the issue, explained it to me & provided a ballpark estimate. After I agreed, he left for a short time to get the needed parts & had the furnace fixed very quickly. When he worked up the final bill it was on the lower end of the estimate.It was a very positive experience as compared to service Ive received from other companies in the past.

If you need a new AC central air unitId say this is the one place you should go Baylor fast courteous polite and helped me with learning my new equipment. Which as we know, its right up my alley.

We are very happy with our pellet stove. We had a few questions and concerns on how to operate the stove right after we got it installed. They sent us out a very knowledgeable service guy, along with the owner to make sure everything was running smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone!

Furnace went out over New Years weekend. Called and spoke with Kyle and he trouble shooted with me over the phone to fix the problem myself, saving me a weekend service fee! He even call me back a few hours later to make sure everything was working properly! Great Service!!

Customer service leaves something to be desired. Slow to respond to issue and very unconcerned about the customer not being satisfied, let alone happy. Will be taking business elsewhere.

Staff is not friendly. The lady at the office is rude.

Installed out heated floors and water heater, very satisfied. We had them come back to install our mini split as well, could not be happier.

Heat was out this morning. Birch installed our furnace for the previous owners so I called them. They troubleshooted the problem at no charge over the phone!

Poor customer service. Having issues with a product they installed. Hard to get them to return calls. Placed four calls to them and they finally stated that they would send someone over. No one ever showed and no call back...

He showed for estimate on new AC and furnace told us hed get back with us....never called or bothered showing up..giant waste of time..look elsewhere
