I bought tires off of TireRack.com and Pro Automotive was listed as a certified installer. After completing the purchase I called Eric and he informed me that once the tires arrived that he would call me to schedule the installation. I watched the tracking and as soon as they arrived he called me and we scheduled the service. The tires were installed and were perfectly balanced. The alignment was also spot on. They will be installing all of my future sets of tires from now on. Great local shop, great customer service, and great quality! Much better than the larger tire companies in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They helped me when my cars serpentine belt broke on the highway. After AAA helped me get my car towed to the shop, they found more issues regarding the alternator and the cells within the battery for the car. Now my car is up and running perfectly and my Bluetooth connectivity has improved significantly. Id say go to Pro Automotive!

I used to like this place. They do decent work but, its ABSOLUTE highway robbery on prices. I think a dealership could probably beat them on price. 50 dollar oil changes and 860 dollars for rear strut replacement. I was able to do it myself in like an hour and a half with hand tools. There are a lot better places in the webster dudley area that will not take advantage of you as much. This place should be investigated for price gauging. They took advantage of my father too. In five months charged him 4000 in different repairs on a truck not worth 500. To add insult to injury hes has to finally buy a new truck only a week after we got it back from them. i guess it costs a lot to get a loaner car.

I live in Oxford and have visited both the Webster and Dudley locations. My experiences at both were great. Managers Jason and Anthony are very helpful and professional, and will try to serve you on short notice when needed. I believe they are honest and fair. They reach out afterwards to make sure everything was OK, and I’m sure they’d make ever effort to resolve any issue that might arise to ensure a customer’s satisfaction. Highly recommended!

The guys at Pro Automotive are great they do great work, I have only taken my 2 cars in for oil changes but each time its done its in a timely manner. Anthony the manager is great and his people check the car out and report anything they see wrong. The waiting area has drinks and plenty of tv to watch while you wait and comfortable too.

Great place. Change the oil and tuned up my van after it was sitting in the garage for the winter. Runs great and they gave me advice on how to keep it running great. Highly recommend them.

I was very desperate as the battery in my KEY-LESS ignition died (Hyundai) but I could not get the key fob apart to replace the battery without breaking it. Only have one. Charged me over $130 to look at my car when nothing was wrong/didn’t do any work. Sometimes, my car wasn’t turning on when I moved the key when I had it checked out. They couldnt figure out what was wrong. They claimed they told me up-front that they would charge me, even if they found nothing, but they told me no such thing. I have never been to a mechanic where they charged me to fix my car without fixing anything. I recommend going elsewhere.

Pro automotive was able to work with the last-minute delay I had. When I did arrive, they were ready for me! I found there waiting room to be well-stocked with snacks and beverages as well as clean! Anthony was very pleasant to talk to during my visit! The work was done quickly and I was very pleased!

Called to get a quote for a steering rack and the women i talk to wouldnt do it. Told me they had to see the car first. I can understand that they want to make sure its the real issue, but they can do that if choose them. I called three other places all very nice and willing to give quotes and all stating that they need to make sure that is the issue before doing the work. I couldnt believe she would do it. There loss. I am going to Rob automotive super nice guy.

I went to get an oil change at the new Webster location (walk in btw) and am a customer for good! The associates were all so kind and respectful! I was shown photos and video of the condition of my vehicle, very thorough. I felt very welcomed, they offered coffee and other drinks, and the restroom was immaculate. I was never talked down to, and instructed on how to further take care of my car! (Shes a 99) I highly recommend this business to anyone who appreciates quality and great service.

Had an issue with shimmying after having new tires put on by town fair tire. Had them rebalance and check the alignment. Still had the issue so I brought it to Pro and they took care of it. They rebalanced and rotated the tires and checked the alignment. Shimmy is gone and it took under 3 hours to get my vehicle back. Great customer service and thorough work!

Called everywhere around town and auburn. No one wanted to touch my low profile tires and custom rims for mounting and balancing.Called Pro Automotive and they said come down we can mount and balance them without any hesitation. They have machines for these low profile tires 215/35/18.They were great just amazing workers and customer service thats the place to go if you want things done correctly and with a smile and happiness you dont get that at most automotive mechanic shops thats a FACT.

With the December demise of my old truck which I use for plowing, I needed to have the plow system adapted to a new truck ASAP. Jason was able to remove the plow system from the old truck while the new truck was being shipped from across the country. When it arrived Jason was able to quickly complete the new setup. He was able to leverage the capabilities of both the Dudley and the Webster locations to work on both the old and new trucks. When I got the completed new truck home I simply connected the plow and it tested out perfectly. I am so grateful for the care, efficiency and expertise that Jason and his staff pride themselves in. I would not be comfortable taking my vehicles anywhere else for service. After many years Ive learned that the Pro Automotive way is just simply better than all the rest. Had my ford 350 diesel there needed Egr valve they took care of promptly. Light still coming on they took it right in found harness problem fixed promptly ! Have truck back for summer fun!!

I’ve been taking both my 2004 Toyota RAV4 and my daughter’s 2012 Fiat Pop 500 to Pro Automotive for the past year and never would go anywhere else. Anthony and Jason are fantastic and his mechanics always find any problems and fix them quickly. They also provide a loaner car for you to use if you need one. Last year they resolved a problem with my RAV4 that no one else could!!My highest recommendation to Pro Automotive!!
