Thank you to Rich the manager at the Dudley store. We had an issue with assembling a bathroom vanity and he said bring it in and He would be happy to help us. He fixed the issue in 5 minutes right in the parking lot in the back of our truck! He clearly explained the issue and how he fixed it. Excellent customer service from Rich which is a lost art in today’s world! Thank you again and we will be back in the future to shop!

Great staff great prices

The entire staff is very co-operative and helpful. Did a lot of shopping for my flip project. Returns are very easy and they also accept open box returns.I wish they carried more variety of products.

Rich is the best above and beyond always, all of his staff is of the same caliber which makes the hour and sometimes more trip that much more stress free knowing I have and always will leave there with everything I need as he consistently double checks. Sure I could shop closer Grossman but the level of professionalism, integrity, and fun could never be replicated. Been there done that. See you soon Rich !!!!!!! and staff.

Just walked out of there as We asked the guy working there (large man working 12 noon sat 12/28) for a price on something an he response of “duh ya that’s the price” I found this very disrespectful an will never walk in there again.
