I have been calling since they came out in November/December for the estimate to replace windows. Twice I have talked to someone after leaving enough voicemails for them to call me back. The first time I spoke with someone they told me the price and they could start in 2 weeks. Second time was in January and said that he was on a site and would take my payment that following Monday when he got back to the office. If this is considered punctuality or professionalism Dumas no longer has expectations.
