They fixed a hit and run fender bender on my 2016 Camry! Looked better than it did when I bought it a year earlier! On top of that they refunded me money because they were able to repair something instead of replacing it!! Honesty is key with these folks. Would recommend them to everyone.

The pickup damage was fixed perfectly. You could not tell where any of the damage had been. They completely detailed the vehicle too. Excellent work.

Took my car into get detailed. It was pretty dirty. They did a great job. It looks brand new again. They should have charged me alot more and they didnt. I cant believe how great my car looks. They fixed my husbands truck when he hit a water spicket and it looks amazing as well. You cannot tell it had any work done to it or that he hit anything.

Once again, Michels knocked my socks off with their outstanding customer service. I have dealt with this body shop on several occasions over the past 2 decades and they always go the extra mile. Just yesterday I took my car in to have the headlights buffed out and they not only did a nice job (that I would have been satisfied with) but they were not satisfied, and did not charge me. In addition to that, they washed my car and cleaned the wheels, and did a light cleanup of the interior. I never cease to be amazed at the care and professionalism they exhibit each and every time I do business with them.

My husband needed a new engine for his truck and Billy Michel searched and found one a lot cheaper with less miles on it than we had been quoted by a shop in Norman. Well, that deal fell thru then he found another engine with LESS miles and didnt charge us anymore AND fixed his shocks and detailed it for the same price!!!! These people are so awesome. I had hit a deer at 70 mph and had really messed up the hood and radiator and the grill was pretty much nonexistent. They fixed everything and made look like new. I will always be going to them from now on.

Went there gun appraisal said $2,700 went and got it fixed the insurance gave me a appraisal on it and they wanted to see the appraisal insurance had they didnt, I didnt have one so when I went to pick up truck . the price had gone up to 3170 all because they missed a part and a part went up, that wasnt my fault but Ill never use them again I think its pretty sorry
