Excellent service from Merit of Duncan. By far the best service Ive ever had at a car dealership and this would be my fourth time. I expected to spend many hours in there just like any other dealership. This dealership had me complete in less than 2 hours with minimal paperwork. They got me the exact used vehicle I wanted and gave me an outstanding value on my trade in. Trever and Bobby had great customer service and we were able to make a deal quickly without the unneeded presser that many dealerships tend to have. Highly recommend!

I took my 2020 GMC 2500HD Denali into the service dept for a “service 4wd” message. Once they looked at it, they informed me that the wiring harness pigtail at the front differential actuator was damaged. Two of the four wires were broke. They also informed me that my warranty on the $85k truck I have wouldn’t cover it because of the leveling kit. They said the leveling kit cause the wires to stretch. They offered to fix it for $389 but I had to wait a week for the parts. If they had any idea how the trucks they sold work and the difference between a leveling kit and a lift kit they would know that a leveling kit like the one on my truck does not drop the differential. So there’s zero possibility of the leveling kit causing the damage. Then they charge me $89 for the diagnostic fee and sent me on my way. It’s just sad, they never even contacted the GM warranty department. They just assumed and I got the short end of that assumption. Maybe in the future they will educate their service writers and maybe take better care of their customers. Thanks for nothing Merit.
Brought my 2017 Silverado in to have the fuel gauge fixed. They installed a part, which I was charged for, but the fuel gauge was not fixed.Dont know if they have faulty diagnostic equipment or if the mechanic cant interpret the results.Very disappointed

I arrived at Merit Chevrolet, without an appointment. A young lady came out and took information. I went to the waiting area. I didnt time the time I waited. I was surprised when I was told my car was ready. The oil was changed and a recalled part was replaced. All good.

They told us that they couldnt get our pmt right and the told us we could go through our bank at tinker they turned us down we been banking with them for 14yrs never been late on a pmt then the said we can get your loan through lawton credit union oh and our trade in lol they wanted to give us 7000 less. Had to go somewhere else got a new tahoe our pmts are good and its through tinker. And its a z71 please this place is a joke

Prior to bringing in my vehicle for an oil change I had some hail damage repair done there. When that was done they forgot to hook my right tail lights back up. When I brought it in for the oil change I asked the service dept. to check the bulb which they did. They noticed the disconnected cable and reattached it. Everything worked fine afterwards. Great attention to detail in the oil change service dept. This is our third vehicle from you guys and so far everything has been great.

I was quoted 9 days for my vehicle to be repaired. It took 5 weeks with MINIMAL updates on what was happening. I had to call twice. When I went to pick up my vehicle Marty was extremely rude and disrespectful as well as condescending. The body lines are not lined up and there are chips in my hood and a body panel that was supposed to be. 5 weeks for a subpar job and to be treated disrespectfully. Will NEVER use Byford for any services again.

IF THERE WAS A NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD OF CHOSEN THAT.. This is a 100 percent legit review....Took my 2016 duramax to have the temp sensor replaced on the reductant tank.... I was thinking oh cool my EMISSIONS warranty is still good because Im at 42,000 miles and the warranty doesnt expire till 50,000....After they diagnosed it... they said the sensor and reservoir needed to be replaced and those specific parts WERE NOT COVERED..... HOW CAN IT NOT BE COVERED WHEN IT LITERALLY IS PART OF THE FRICKIN EMISSIONS SYSTEM.....They must of thought I was ignorant or something because they actually gave me the GM customer service number...trust me theyll be hearing from GM...anyway..called JOHN HOLT chevrolet and GUESS WHAT??? They replaced the sensor and reservoir no PROBLEM, THEY WERE ACTUALLY HONEST AND HONORED THE WARRANTY....AVOID AT ALL COSTS...THEY WILL LIE STRAIGHT TO YOUR FACE AND WITH A SMILE....IF YOU NEED AN HONEST REAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY....MAKE THE DRIVE TO CHICKESHA....ITSLL BE WORTH IT!!!!!

We needed an estimate on my car. No one mentioned there would be a charge when we set the appointment up. No one mentioned there would be a charge when they gave us the estimate over the phone. Then we go to pick it up and we’re told we were being charged $128 for looking at it. Thanks Byfords. We’ll be going somewhere else in the future.

Looked at a car this afternoon.The salesman never even tried to have a conversation with me.Just what is your name and phone number?Then he told me how smart he was and he had his ged.A dealership that I want to buy from has their ged people sweeping the floor, not selling cars.
Terrible service, they took my deposit and said they would hold my truck. Promised everything was alright, then sold it to someone else. I called them out on it, then they attempted to bait a verbal threat out of me. Seriously? Joe, Rick, and Donny are scumbags. Awful experience, go elsewhere, they are not worth it.
Gave me a price with TTL added. I confirmed this twice. Then when I call about the funds to pay registration. No-one remembers. They told me the price was added to the vehicle price to get away with it. Thieves.
