Amazing work I had went to a nearby muffler shop by them and asked if they could delete my resonators and they said bring it back another day so I just left and drove to these guys and when I entered it looked promising with all the exhaust parts they got I knew they knew what they were doing and I asked them the same question “could you delete my resonators?” And they said yes they can today and I watched them work on my car making sure everything fit properly and also realigning my exhaust to be level and spaced evenly since most cars from the dealer don’t even take the time to do that! 😂 after they were finished welding he listened for exhaust leaks which I greatly appreciate since other shops I’ve been to with past cars didn’t even do that and the end result was phenomenal the exhaust sounded so much better and charged way less than if I would do it by myself and am really satisfied with these guys!

I went into this shop 9-24-21 to get catalytic converters replaced on my 2005 Silverado. I went ahead and had them install dual exhaust with a flow master kit. Very happy with the final product. Work is warranted for a year also.The owner and his coworker are friendly.Good service good product friendly staff reasonable prices. I would come back again if I need anything else done to any vehicle.FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY ACROSS

This place is a life saver! Something hit underneath my car causing exhaust to escape from burst pipes. Big Brother is truly a big brother, giving me an estimate of time I could wait or decide to leave vehicle. I waited and they were more prompt than I expected. This is the first exhaust system I ever had put on a truck. He helped me understand the best option for my vehicle and had it done in about 3 hours. Also he was 100 to 150 dollars cheaper than everyone else. Plus he gave me some sweet looking chrome tips for free. I highly recommend this shop.

This shop is top notch! We had to bring my daughters car after being taken advantage of at another shop. Came in to discuss options for my new ram 1500. We talked about all options and ended up going with the muffler delete. I loved the sound but my wife thought it was to loud to drive with me. The radiator in our car was leaking and stupidly we used some stop leak stuff which didnt stop the leak but did manage to clog the thermostat so the car ran really hot.They quoted me two prices -- one for radiator replacement and a flush of the system that might unclog the thermostat and another price for the replacement of the thermostat. The flush worked so no need to replace the thermostat. They could have done it and I would gladly have paid but they didnt run up my costs at all. They fixed the problem and didnt try to gouge me. I hope I dont have any radiator problems in any other car but if I do I know where I am going

They took my crossfire and they fixed the horrible exhaust from previous owner. And they had to do custom one off job that went beyond closing. I can’t be happier

Efrain at Big Brother muffler took good care of me and my vehicle. I initially took it to their shop after reading excellent reviews here on Google. I had purchased a used car and I knew it had an exhaust leak and some other issues that needed to be addressed. After driving the car Efrain said 2 of the motor mounts were bad as well as a rear wheel bearing, it wasnt until later when they were fixing those issues that he found the exhaust leak. Previous owner had a catalytic converter done prior to me buying the vehicle and the repair shop did not replace one of the gaskets. Big Brother found and fixed the problem for a very reasonable rate. I also had them replace the 2 motor mounts and wheel bearing that needed to be done. Picked up the car this morning and it drove so much better and the loud exhaust was now quiet and sounded as it should. They also back up their repairs and labor for 1 year so I feel if there are any problems Efrain and Big Brother will take care of it, however I trust that there will be no issues. They stuck to their estimated cost for the work they did and there were no surprises when it was time to pay the bill. I suggest if youre in the Duncanville or surrounding areas and need quality honest work performed, then check out Big Brother.

I took my Dodge Journey in for a coolant leak. They found out that the radiator had 2 cracks in it. They quoted me a price to replace the radiator, and new coolant. The price was fair, and just. I will definitely be taking any of my vehicles to them in the future.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. I can go around the corner and have dual exhaust installed on my 08 F150, supplying my own muffler & tips, for less than half of what Brothers charges. OVERPRICED & they install used mufflers for WAY too much $$! Unless you just like wasting $, go somewhere else!

I went to another muffler shop and they siad I needed a complete new exaust system. I went to Big Brother muffler shop and they were able to repair my exhaust system it only took 10 to 15 min. and the was great. Thank you for your help.

Efrain is amazing! I did not know he had moved and went to his old location on Freeman St. in Duncanville . The guy there lied to me and told me Efrain was out and then proceeded to do a crappy job on my exhaust repair and rip me off. I left there frustrated and did some more research which is how I found out that Efrain had moved to a totally new location off of Highway 67 just south of Cockrell Hill Rd.I then took my vehicle to Efrain... he not only fixed what the other guy had done poorly... he adjusted the height of my exhaust which the other guy told me could not be done. All this and he even stayed open late on a Friday evening to get it done for me!Efrain is a man you can trust and his work is some of the best in Dallas. Do not hesitate to take your vehicle to Big Brother Muffler.
